We have recently received the following information about Tina’s Teas in Brownsburg.

I am a native Englander and Brownsburg resident and produce a high quality range of British baked goods, jam and preserves; hold Afternoon Tea; cater tea parties and hold Tea Talks in the Indianapolis area. My recipes are traditional old English recipes made with local and organic ingredients and my jams and preserves are from my Grandmas recipe collection.

 

Sample Menu

1.              Mini Cucumber & Cream Cheese Tea Sandwiches

2.              English Cream Tea - Scones, Cream and Strawberry Conserve

3.              Victoria Sandwich Cake – named after Queen Victoria and filled with jam and cream

4.              Victorian All Butter Shortbread

Endless cups of tea (English breakfast tea served hot with milk or herbal tea)

$15 per head for 4 course small plates (children under 12 $10).
