1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder

1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs

Teriyaki glaze

1/4 cup Mirin (sweet wine rice)

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 1/2 tablespoons Japanese sake

3 tablespoons brown sugar

3 tablespoons honey
