At the time t_stop=100/3 the right edge is held still and the continuum has therefore a permanent stress field and keeps on vibrating in its domain.
The sum of the stored elastic and the kinetic energy is preserved after the time t_stop thanks to the (Crank-Nicolson) numerical scheme.
