What to Expect

The decision to access therapy may be equally, and understandably, as daunting as the emotional difficulties you already feel that you are facing. As a reflective practitioner, I strive to be fully accepting of my clients, regardless of age, ethnicity or religion. Similarly, I seek to bring a sense of peace, direction, and contentment into the lives of those of whom I am privileged to help. I endeavour to provide professional and accessible counselling to adults and older adults, and  am, therefore, happy to arrange sessions around your availability or work commitments.  Collaborative flexibility is paramount to my therapeutic facilitation, and it remains, always, the choice of the client when deciding how many, or how few, sessions they may wish to access.

A counselling session lasts for 50 minutes, and I offer the first session at £15. This introductory session may allow me to introduce myself to you and, similarly, offers you the opportunity to decide whether you feel that we will be able to work together.

All subsequent sessions are offered at a fee of £35, with a sliding scale in place of £20 for Senior Citizens and Students.
Payment is usually made at the end of the session in cash.

Cancellation Policy: The cost of £15 is payable if less than 24 hours of cancellation is given.
