Biography

Chih-Chan Tu received B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taiwan, in 2010. He received his M.S. and Ph.D degree in Electronics Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taiwan in 2013 and 2018, respectively. In 2014, he was an Intern with TSMC, Taiwan, where he was involved in phase-locked loop design. In 2017, he was with IMEC, Belgium, as an exchange researcher, investigating MEMS Magnetic sensors for biomedical applications. His research focuses on sensor readout circuits and systems, and the applications include bio-potential monitoring and magnetic field sensing. He is currently an senior engineer in Realtek, Taiwan, where he designs analog and mixed-signal circuits for various applications. 

Dr. Tu received Taiwan Engineering Medicine Biology Association (TWEMBA) annual outstanding master thesis award in 2014. He is also honored with TSMC scholarship from 2013 to 2014. He won the Bronze Prize of MXIC Golden Silicon Awards in 2014 and 2017. He serves as a Reviewer of the IEEE Sensors Journal. Dr. Tu is the moderator of the discussion board "Electronics" in ptt.cc, the largest and most active BBS forum in Taiwan.
