Waffle Cone Fruit Cup with Vanilla Cream

***NOTE: Fresh fruit, after it has been sliced, tends to get all juicy and runny. These cups are best prepared just before serving. 

Fruit Cups:

24 waffle cones
2 pounds strawberries
5 large kiwis
2-3 pounds grapes

Vanilla Cream:
1 1/2 C vanilla yogurt (I like Yoplait)
3/4 C sour cream
1 T brown sugar
1/2 t lemon juice (bottled works fine)

1. Place the waffle cones carefully in a large basket.
2. Slice up the fruit and distribute it evenly between the cones.
3. In a small bowl combine 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt, 3/4 cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice. Stir it around with a spoon until all ingredients are combined.
4. Add a dollop of the vanilla cream into each cone.
Serve and enjoy!
