In a medium sized bowl combine the flour, brown sugar, salt and baking
powder and pumpkin pie spice. Toss it all together with a fork. 2. In a separate mixing bowl combine the canned pumpkin, melted butter, egg, milk and vanilla.3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix just until combined. 4. Add the raisins and the toasted pecans and stir just until combined. 5. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray (of line it with cupcake holders) and spoon the batter into each cup.6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the tops of the muffins spring back when lightly touched.
