Yield: about 12 pancakes
Time: 15 minutes
Recipe from my dear friend Amy Howells
2 1/2 C milk
1/3 C oil
1 t salt
2 1/2 t baking powder
2 C oatmeal
1 C whole wheat flour
1. Place all ingredients in your blender and give it a whirl. Make sure all of the ingredients are blended up smoothly.
2. Let the batter stand for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
3. Cook on a hot griddle and serve with butter and maple syrup.
