1 Tb cooking sherry
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tb A.1. Steak sauce
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 C plain greek yogurt
1/3 C milk
2 Tb cornstarch
1 Tb butter
Egg Noodles

1. Heat a large, deep skillet up over medium high heat. Add the ground beef, garlic and onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook until the meat is brown and the onions and garlic are translucent.
Remove the meat to a plate, cover with aluminum foil and set aside.
2. Into the same skillet heat 2 Tb of olive oil. Add the mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the mushrooms are soft and slightly golden.
3. Add the meat to the mushrooms, along with the water, bullion, cooking sherry, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic salt and sugar. Bring it to a simmer and let it cook for 3-5 minutes.
4. Add the greek yogurt and allow it to heat through.
5. Mix the milk with the cornstarch, stirring until it's nice and smooth. Pour it into the skillet and bring it back to a simmer. Let the sauce cook for another couple of minutes, until thick.
6. Add the butter, and stir to incorporate.

Serve immediately over hot egg noodles.
