Creamy Spinach Dip

Time: 10 minutes + 2 hours refrigeration

Yield: 4 Cups
Recipe adapted from Knorr
 
1  1.4 oz Vegetable Recipe Mix by Knorr seasonings
1  10 oz  package baby spinach, chopped 
2 C sour cream
1 C mayonnaise (I like Best Foods Light)
1/2 C carrots or celery, chopped 
3 green onions, chopped

1. Chop up your spinach into very small pieces. Do the same with the carrots and green onions. Small....like about the size of a pea. No one wants to scoop up some yummy dip on a piece of delectable bread and have a big fat carrot hanging out on the end of it. Not yum. Make them small. Little tiny.
2. Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. 
3. Serve with pieces of French Bread. You can slice the bread, or just rip into small chunks. It's also yummy to dip veggies in. Enjoy!
