Yield: 2 Cups of dip
Recipe from my cute cousin Natalie Stringham
1 pound Italian Sausage
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 14.4 oz can Tomatoes with Green Chillies
1. Brown up your sausage in a hot skillet. Drain the grease.
2. Add the cream cheese and can of tomatoes. Stir it around until the cheese melts and everything is well incorporated.
Serve it up with some nice corn chips. It is also a handy idea to put the dip in a small crock pot, on warm.
