Creamy Honey Mustard Dressing and Dip

Yield: 1 cup

2/3 C mayonnaise (I use Best Foods Light)
3 T Dijon mustard
3 T honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 T lemon juice (out of a jar, is fine)
1 T white vinegar
3 T milk
1 T canola oil

1. Place 2/3 cup mayonnaise in your blender.
2. Add 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard and 3 tablespoons honey. 
3. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon  lemon juice, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 3 tablespoons milk and 1 tablespoon canola oil. 
4. Blend it for 30 seconds or so, or until all the ingredients are well combined. 

Refrigerate leftovers. It should keep well for you in fridge for up to a week...longer if you dare.
