Berry Blast Smoothie

Yield: 5 (8 ounce) servings

3 C mixed frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
1 C fresh strawberries
1 C light vanilla yogurt
1 T sugar
1/2 t vanilla
1 1/2 C orange juice
dash salt
 
1. Toss 3 cups of frozen mixed berries into your blender. I like to buy mine at Costco, they seem to have the best price. 
2. Cut the green tops off of 5 large strawberries, you need about 1 cup worth. Just eye ball it, we are not performing heart surgery here. Just building a smoothie to put a smile on your face. Just breath, take it easy and all.
3. Add 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 1/2 cups orange juice and a dash of salt. 
4. Blend it all together until well combined. If you like a thicker smoothie, add more frozen fruit. If you like it on the thin side add a bit more orange juice. Serve and enjoy!
