BSA Scout Troop 17

Scouting at Troop 17

Troop 17 is located at Jamestown United Methodist Church and has a diverse membership which includes scouts from  Jamestown, High Point and Greensboro and a contingent from the Adams Farm area.  Our Troop has served the community for over 20 years, and in 2010 we recognized the 31st Scout to earn the Rank of Eagle. We typically have at least one troop activity each month.  Our troop balances activities based on cost, training, adventure and plain old FUN.  Please come visit our troop and see first hand the principals of Scouting in action, as we guide scouts along the trail to Eagle.
