About Me

Amalgamating ideas and concepts, watching them take form and then grow into tangible entities give me an inexplicable creative high.

And see! She stirs, she starts,
She moves, she seems to feel
The thrill of life!

I feel overcome with the same exhilaration for every robot I have built or worked on and it is the pursuit of this joy backed by the immense scope that this field offers which drives me to pursue a research-oriented career in Robotics.

The word robota stands figuratively for "drudgery" or "hard work”, but when I see people around me doing monotonous work for a substantial part of their time, it makes me wonder whether they are doing work that robots should have been doing in the first place. It is said that what makes man unique is his ability to ‘think’, but I feel that most of the human population spends only a fraction of its time actually ‘thinking’! The computer and the internet have significantly multiplied this time and Robotics, I believe, is going to take it further.

I am currently working at Hstar technologies as a Mechatronics Engineer. I have received my Masters in Robotics at the University of Pennsylvania. I have completed my Bachelor in Mechanical engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI).
