I can do 1:1 personal training with you in your own home.  
My training sessions are just over 1 hour long and are unique to each individual. I can bring along a whole selection of equipment like Kettlebells. They also include a full initial health & nutritional assessment. 




How could I miss out on this latest exercise to music sensation. I love to dance and party and with my background experience in running classes and in personal training, I know I can get the results with Zumba as well as giving everyone a buzzed up hour of fun.





I cycle roughly around 2 hours a week myself as part of my own training so I know how to make a cycle workout effective. Those are good enough credentials to teach cycling but I am also qualified to teach Spinning classes.

I believe that it is Focus and Motivation that gets you results and for that you need a goal to train for in a gym. The Octathalon   provides that goal. These are short sharp intense group training sessions. 
They create a great atmosphere in the gym and you get to work towards running through an Octathalon course at the end of several weeks of training.



The Octathalon (www.octathalon.com ) has 15 different courses including 6 Junior & Beginner courses and a Senior course. In fact there is a course for all body types and for those at all stages of fitness. The idea is to train to do that course without stopping and that means learning to pace yourself. Having completed a course you have a clear measurement of how fit you are with the time you did. Now all you have to do is to improve your time and you will know your fitness is improving. Why not become a member of the Octathalon website. There are heaps of training programs on there for you to try out. There are even some to be done out of the gym and there is also plenty to motivate you on the site as well.
