Temporary Food Booth

The link below will take you to our Fair and Festivals Application page.  The packet contains an electronic fillable application, requirements, and cover letter. 
The application and permit fee (if applicable) must be filled out completely and returned to the Jackson County Health Department at least 7 calendar days prior to the event.  Failure to submit the completed application along with permit fee will result in an additional penalty and a delay of your booth being inspected and permitted.
