Mark your calendars for 2014 IWINR Conference
January 30-31, 2014 @ Honey Creek Resort State Park
Mission: To provide a network and support system for women in natural resources and environmental fields, to promote the entrance, advancement and retention of women in natural resources and environmental careers, and to promote  opportunities and training for the development of environmentally responsible attitudes and behaviors.

IWINR was formed in 1988. Every year IWINR organizes a conference to aid individuals in the development of various skills and continuing education, gathering new information, and provide networking opportunities with members in diverse natural resource fields. A one-day conference is held in odd years and a two-day conference is held in even years. Conference locations move around the state to accommodate all members. The 2013 Annual Conference, 25 years Sustaining Today Through Tomorrow, will be held Jan. 24 at The Hotel at Kirkwood.

Iowa Women In Natural Resources, IWINR, is an organization dedicated to the professional development of individuals interested in the natural resources field. Membership is open to anyone interested in the purposes of Iowa Women In Natural Resources.
