Sarah Wells, President
Sarah is a sophomore pursuing a BSOF in Vocal Performance at the Jacobs School of Music with an outside field in Theatre and minors in French and English. Sarah is a member of the Hutton Honors College and is a Jacobs School of Music Student Ambassador. During her time at Indiana University, Sarah has been involved in Swing Club, the Honors Student Organization, IU Habitat for Humanity, Read Student Government, the Residence Halls Association, and IUSA. She has volunteered with the IU Auditorium usher corps for two years, and beginning this spring will be volunteering with the brand new IU Cinema. Last year, Sarah was RSG's Director of Outreach, where she organized several build date opportunities with Habitat for Humanity of Monroe Country, in addition to being a delegate for the RHA General Assembly. Currently, she is a member of IUSA Congress, where she acts as both Grammarian and the Chair of Membership, Rules, and Internal Affairs. Her dream job would be working in the Jim Henson Creature Shop. In what little spare time she has, she thoroughly enjoys creative writing, singing, playing piano, reading, acting, dancing, and sculpting. A fun fact about Sarah: She has approximately 20 different varieties of tea in her dorm room.

Ben Smith, VP of Internal
I am a Junior Vocal Performance Major.  I love this year's group of enthusiastic SG members and I can't wait to see what they come up with next.  I also enjoy photography, golf, and traveling.  And I'm recently engaged!

Destiny Powers, VP of Programming
I am a sophomore studying Human Development and Family Studies. I am also pursuing minors in human sexuality, psychology and German. This year I have had the absolute pleasure of working with the spectacular group of individuals that make up Read Student Government. Though, when I am not programming I enjoy running, skiing and the movie "Elf".

Christos Panagoulias, VP of Finance
I am currently a sophomore from a suburb of Chicago, Oak Brook. I am majoring in Accounting and trying to be admitted to the Kelley School of Business 3/2 program where I would receive a MBA in Finance as well. Apart from being involved in Read Student Government, I am also a Teacher’s Assistant for Basic Accounting (A100). I enjoy spending time with my friends and family as well as lifting weights. I have loved being in Read SG and I cannot wait to see what the rest of the year holds.

Kelsey Collisi, Director of Media
I am a freshman studying Journalism as pre-law here at Indiana. I am currently living on the Media LLC floor in Read and have had the privilege to be selected as President for the 2010-2011 school year. I have also had the pleasure of taking the role as Director of Media in Read Student Government. I cannot say enough good things about the hard-working individuals I have come to admire through this experience. In addition to government, I write for the IDS and INside Magazine, I'm a member of Phi Alpha Delta, and I'm a part of the Media Scholars program. I absolutely love IU and when I'm between meetings and deadlines I enjoy the local music scene, yoga, and interior design. My hopes for the future include becoming trilingual, coaxing more people to join The Reader Staff, and finding world peace. I continue to be inspired by the diversity here on campus and seven daily cups of coffee.

Matt Daleiden, Director of Advertising
As a freshmen at Indiana University, I thought it would be a good idea to be involved and maximize my opportunities at succeeding in college.  As the Director of Marketing, I have the unique ability to strongly influence people's knowledge and attendance of the phenomenal programs put on by the awesome Read programmers.  It has been very useful experience as  I am working toward a Marketing and International Business degree in the Kelley School of Business and a minor in Spanish.  On the side, I very much enjoy running, biking, drawing, and traveling all around the country and world.

Jen Entwhistle, Director of Environmentalism
Jen is a sophomore from Elmhurst Illinois, which is a northwest suburb of Chicago. She is currently majoring in Environmental Management and considering minors in Environmental Science and Health and History. During her spare time Jen likes to play the harp, and take long walks on the beach. She hope to be studying abroad next semester in Australia.

Claire Houterman, Director of Outreach
Hello!  I am a current freshman studying Spanish while also taking courses to fulfill Pre-Medicine requirements.  I loved having the opportunity to work closely with the students on the Read Student Government to plan successful community outreach and volunteer programs during my fall semester at IU, and look forward to another stupendous spring semester.  When I’m not busy, I love to swim, chat at coffee shops, and try all the brunch places in Bloomington!

Nick Philip, Director of Social EventsDirector of Social Events Nick Philip is a Sophomore majoring in International Studies with a minor in Comparative Literature and hails from Plainfield, Indiana.  Nick was a member of the 2006 state champion Plainfield Indoor Drumline.  He was also a contestant on the 2008 Jeopardy! Teen Tournament.  Nick is a proud member of the Indianapolis Straight Edge community, a voracious reader of fantasy novels, and a part-time scholar of music of all genres.

David-Aaron Roth, Director of Scholarship & Diversity
David-Aaron Roth is currently a member of the College of Arts and Sciences class of 2014. Aside from his work on Read Student Government, he also sits on the Judicial Board of Read and is a member of the Indiana Club Rowing Team. He is currently planning to pursue a double major in Drama and Speech and Hearing Sciences. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, David-Aaron graduated with honors from Woodward Academy. He spent the majority of his time working in the theatre department, but had a few weekends where he could hang out with his friends and play Mario Kart until 3 o'clock in the morning. During his spare time, David-Aaron finds himself either training for rowing or sitting around aimlessly. He also enjoys hanging out with his friends and eating at random hours of the day. During the rest of his time at IU, he hopes to pursue more opportunities in both the theatre and student government.

Chelsey Jones, Graduate Adviser
Chelsey is a second year Master's student in Higher Education and Student Affairs.  She did her undergraduate work in Religious Studies at the University of Virginia.  Currently, she's supervises the wonderful RA staff in Read center as well as advising the student government.  Chelsey loves scarves, chunky jewelry, and the number one combo at Chik-Fil-A.
