The month of October is off to a fantastic start! Here are some things to keep an eye out for:
October 25-27 at 8 pm: Read's Haunted HALLOWEEK! Three days full of tricks and treats sponsored by your friendly (southeast) neighborhood Read Student Government!
Monday October 25: The Legend of Kinsey Hollow -- We will be gathering around bonfires in Kinsey Hollow to talk about Read's haunted history. Ghost stories and marshmallows and s'mores, all starting at 8:00 pm.
Tuesday October 26: Pumpkin Painting, Making Caramel Apples, and Watching Young Frankenstein (clever name TBA), Read Center Lobby
Wednesday October 27: Hocus Pocus Pancakes and Paranormal Popcorn: A double feature of Halloween movies and delicious treats. At 8 pm in the Center Lobby, we are screening a delightful Halloween comedy (Hocus Pocus; total childhood nostalgia? Check.) and making pancakes (complete with all the toppings necessary to create a Hocus Pocus Pancake). Later in the evening at 10 pm, we are showing Paranormal Activity for those who prefer a few more frights. Popcorn will be provided.
