Please be sure to read these guidelines
thoroughly to make sure you understand what's expected from you.

You have to be
pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at King Saud
University.
·
You are expected to
provide detailed information about your project. Be innovative and creative. All submissions should follow the project template: "IT Project Fair Template" or you can find it attached below.
·
Your project should
either be done as a requisite for a course, or it had been done during your
free time. Note: No training or paid
projects will be accepted.
·
You can also
participate with one of your non-implemented ideas, which must be related to
using IT skills and knowledge.
·
It's strongly
recommended to prepare (hands-on) demos, for implemented projects. (i.e. Have
your laptop ready for trials!)
·
Each
team should prepare a poster demonstrating their project. There will be some
samples for posters from the previous IT Project Fair. A creative and attractive
presentation is a key to WIN!
·
(Each team can only participate
with a maximum of two projects (same student in more than two different
teams is fine).
·
All submissions of
projects must be sent to the IT Project Fair Email itprojectfair@gmail.com.
Before the deadline on 31st of March.
·
Projects should be
submitted in .doc Word file. The title font size should be 18 and the
description is 11. The font should be Times New Roman. The line spacing should
be double.
·
Projects will be
subject to a blind peer review and evaluated based on significance,
relevance, and clarity. Results will be announced on 3th of April.
·
Make a ZIP file and
send your project description along with the logo and images.
