  1260 Form for Non-US Citizen

NIST is an agency of USA Department of Commerce and all non-US citizen conference attendees are required to complete the 1260 form no later than May 16 (Friday) for the purposes of a security check to enable access to the NIST campus.

  Invitation Letter

Attendees who need an invitation letter from the IT Pro Conference for their visa applications to USA, should contact the Chairs of IT Pro Conference: Irena Bojanova and Richard Kuhn. A formal invitation will be issued after attendee's registration is completed. Since it may take a few weeks for attendees from countries such as China to receive their visas, attendees are encouraged to complete their conference registrations at their earliest convenience and immediately submit requests for an invitation letter.

  Visa Requirements

It is strongly recommend to start the visa applications as soon as possible. Attendees from countries that do not participate in the US Visa Waiver Program are required to obtain a visa. Those from the following countries are waived.
