Our next section meeting is planned for Aug. 31st, 2016 at TUHH, collocated to our Summer School and dedicated to “Network Performance Evaluation and Optimization”.

ITG 5.2.1 Section Meeting at TUHH (31. Aug. 2016)

Network Performance Analysis and Optimization

We are looking for contributions in following areas:

Optimization for example:

• for network planning and dimensioning

• for resource management in radio and virtual networks

• also considering the prediction of network states

Performance Evaluation of current and future network technologies e.g. using:

• Queueing Theory and Networks

• Network Calculus

• Graph Theory

• Simulation

Further suggestions and proposals in above mentioned topics and the topics of the summer school are welcome.
