Over-the-counter
Medication Information
Kayla Prestage, R.N., is our school nurse.  As a medical employee of the district, her nursing license restricts her from giving students over-the-counter medications.  A non-medical employee may give a student an over-the-counter medication with your permission.  If you wish for your child to receive over-the-counter medications during school hours, you will need to complete and submit an Itawamba County School District Authorization for Over-the-Counter Medication to be Taken During School Hours form.  The forms are on  our school website or can be requested from your child’s teacher.
Thanks,
Ashley Greer & Carson Cook

Ashley Greer, K-5 Principal                Carson Cook 6-8 Principal

Welcome to Itawamba Attendance Center.   We are extremely proud to be a part of the rich tradition of academic excellence in the Itawamba County School District. We strive to make each child's experience at Itawamba Attendance Center meaningful and educationally successful. The success of our school depends on the involvement of the principal, teachers, parents, students and the community.  We would like to encourage and foster this involvement.

The teachers and staff work very hard to plan individual instruction to make certain every child is challenged to meet his or her ability level. This method of instruction provides an environment where each child has the opportunity to experience the joy of success. We invite you to come and see all the great opportunities Itawamba Attendance Center has to offer children.
