Washington State Retirement Homepage:
  • Below are the links to the Washington State Teachers’ Retirement System know as TRS and the Public Employees Benefits Board known as PEBB. In the retirement system there are currently three plans in existence, although most active members will in Plans 2 (Handbook) or 3 (Handbook)

  • If you are not sure which plan you are in you can contact the Department of Retirement Services or set up an account on their web page and it will identify your retirement plan.The Public Employees Benefits Board purchases and coordinates health insurance benefits for retirees.

Chris directs his planning around maximizing employer-sponsored retirement programs and helping reduce potential tax burdens. Having a broad understanding of the Public Educator compensation and retirement benefit package you can expect to partner with Chris to take a holistic look at how your current programs are positioned, and discuss how to navigate future flows into these programs to determine if there are areas in which you are not taking advantage.
