10 Minutes A Day

Why Only 10 Minutes A Day?
Each lesson is designed around the 10 minute rule due to the physical nature of each lesson.  It is necessary to keep the lessons brief as to reduce the possibility of physical or temperature fatigue.  A 10-minute lesson will fatigue most children, especially infants.  Young children can focus an average of 8 minutes on a given subject.

The 10-minute, one-on-one format allows a balance of attention and energy for the young swimmer and success with the fearful or inexperienced child.

Also, if your child shows signs of having excessive air in their abdomen, has had a recent illness or injury, your lesson may be shortened or canceled.  The safety and health of your child during EACH lesson is our primary concern.
