  • To evaluate recent and past climate conditions on coffee production countries based on stable isotopes analysis and climate data;
  • To develop a coffee geographical fingerprinting model at both regional and global scale;
  • To provide coffee manufacturing industry with an analytical tool to distinguish and identity scientifically the geographical origin of the green coffee bean.
