All on the level small basic self-catering accomodation.  Village centre location within walking distance of hotels and shop.  Bus stop nearby.  Beach round the corner about 30 metres.  Play park in village. Fantastic location to see Islay.

We do not have wifi .  We do not need it all of the time when there is so much to see and do or just relaxing at the beach.  You can access wifi in a number of places in the village and beyond if you need it or we use an EE dongle which works very well.   As the flat is not occupied all year we would need to put the price up to cover the cost of having wifi.

We tend to park in the layby in front of the beach but if we have heavy bags we park temporarily outside the door to unload/load up.

Close friends may be granted a discount of 20% out of peak season.

PRICES

Letting is usually Saturday to Saturday especially during the high season.

 £490/week 

Reduction possible if visitors bring bed linen, kitchen linen,  and towels.   

Prices include reasonable costs of electricity.
