Al Quran surah 87.

The will of Allah.

Why is stoning to death for adultery not in the Quran?

The first time Allah did not allow Prophet Muhammad to continue to give permission in the Holy Quran for the punishment of stoning to death (al rajm) for adultery was during the life of Prophet Muhammad.

The second time Allah removed stoning to death for adultery was when Prophet Muhammad died.

The third time Allah did not allow stoning to death for adultery was when the Quran was compiled.

Before studying hadith (stories from humans) students from every religion (Jews, Christians and Muslims) should first study all the books of Allah.

Allah’s test for Muslims.

Hadith (stories from humans) explain how Allah removed stoning to death for adultery three times.

Hadith (stories from humans) explain why many people mistakenly believe what humans say about stoning to death for adultery instead of what Allah has decreed.

Quran 87:7 Ayah 87:7 Except for what Allah wills.

(Comment 1. The will of Allah.

Why is stoning to death for adultery not in the Quran?

Allah completely removed stoning to death for adultery in Allah’s Quran.

Who is following Allah’s will that is in a written record (Allah’s Quran) and who is following what humans tell them is Allah’s will but what humans say is Allah’s will cannot be found in Allah’s Holy Book (Allah’s Quran)?

Quran 87:6 Ayah 87:6 We (Allah through Angel Gabriel) shall make you (Prophet Muhammad) recite (the Quran) so that you shall not forget it.

Quran 87:7 Ayah 87:7 Except for what Allah wills.

Quran 10:64 Ayah 10:64 For them (the believers that do the good and avoid the evil) is good news in this worldly life and in the Hereafter. There is no changing the Words of Allah (Allah’s decrees, Allah’s promises, Allah’s Holy books) and that (Paradise with Allah) is the ultimate success.

(Comment 2. Hadith (stories from humans) explain how Allah removed stoning to death for adultery three times.

The first time Allah did not allow Prophet Muhammad to continue to give permission in the Holy Quran for the punishment of stoning to death (al rajm) for adultery was during the life of Prophet Muhammad.

Imam ibn Kathir narrated the story (hadith) that, “People were sitting around Merwan and Zayd bin Thabit was also present.”

He (Zayd) said, “We used to recite in the Quran that punishment for married adulterer and adulteress is stoning to death.”

Merwan asked, “So why did you not write this in the Quran?”

He (Zayd) said “Listen, when we started talking about this, we went to Umar bin Khattab and he told us, one man came to the Prophet and he started talking about the ayah about stoning to death (ayah al rajm).”

Someone from the gathering asked “O Allah’s messenger write this ayah of stoning.”

Prophet Muhammad said “I cannot write it down anymore or something similar/same.

(From Abu Ya‘la al-Mawsili who died 307 AH recorded in his Musnad and al-Nasa`I who died 303 AH recorded in his Sunan record).

The second time Allah removed stoning to death for adultery was when Prophet Muhammad died.

Aisha (Aishah, the wife of Prophet Muhammad) said “When the ayah “Rajm” (Stoning) and ayah “Rezah Kabir” descended, they were written on a piece of paper and kept under my pillow.

Following the demise (death) of Prophet Muhammad a goat ate the piece of paper while we were mourning.”

Another translation is:

Aisha (Aishah, the wife of Prophet Muhammad) said “The ayah of stoning and of suckling an adult ten times were revealed, and they were (written) on a paper and kept under my bed.

When the Messenger of Allah expired and we were preoccupied with his death, a goat entered and ate away the paper.”

(From Sunan Ibn Majah, Book of Nikah, hadith 1934 and Sunan ibn Majah, Volume 2, Page 39 and Sunan Ibn Majah (Arabic), Book of Suckling 2020).

Only Allah has the power to command an animal to devour and take away the “Word of Allah.”

Aisha (Aishah) clearly understood what had happened when Prophet Muhammad had just died and a goat immediately came and ate away the paper with the ayah of stoning to death for adultery and she did not have it written again.

The third time Allah did not allow stoning to death for adultery was when the Quran was compiled.

Ibn Abi Shaybah reported, concerning al-masahif, from al-Layth bin Sa‘d who said, “The first to collect the Quran was Abu Bakr and Zayd bin Thabit wrote it.

And people came to Zayd bin Thabit (with parts of the Quran) (but) Zayd did not write anything (in the Quran) without the testimony of two reliable witnesses.

The last part of Surah Bara`ah (Repentance) was not found except with Khuzaymah bin Thabit.

He (Zayd) said, “Write it, for the Messenger of Allah had declared the testimony of Khuzaymah equivalent to that of two men.”

So he wrote it.

And ‘Umar came with the ayah of stoning (rajm) but Zayd would not write it because ‘Umar was alone (in his testimony) (From Al-Suyuti as quoted in ‘Awn al-Ma‘bud 3130 and "The Itqan" by Suyuti Part 1, Page 168).

‘Umar came with the ayah of stoning (rajm) but Zayd bin Thabit would not write it because ‘Umar was alone (in his testimony because every ayah required two witnesses before it was accepted in Allah’s Holy Quran. Only Allah had the power to stop a second witness and indeed no other witness could be found as Allah had willed).

(Comment 3. Hadith (stories from humans) explain why many people mistakenly believe what humans say about stoning to death for adultery instead of what Allah has decreed in Allah’s Quran.

Umar Hadith confirms that Allah’s written Quran does not contain stoning to death for adultery.

Muhammad bin Ja‘far and Hajjaj said that, Shu‘bah said that, Sa‘d bin Ibrahim said that, ‘Ubayd Allah bin ‘Utbah said that, Ibn ‘Abbas said that, ‘Abd al-Rahman bin ‘‘Awf said, Umar (Umar bin Khattab) performed hajj and intended to address the people.

Abd al-Rahman bin ‘Awf said (to ‘Umar), all kinds of riffraff (ra‘a‘) have gathered around you (in the season of hajj), so delay it (your visit) till you go to Medina (Madinah).

When he arrived in Medina (Madinah), I sat close to him near the minbar (where the congregation is addressed) and I heard him (Umar bin Khattab) say, There are people who say, “What is this al-rajm (the stoning) when in the Book of Allah there is only flogging?”

“The Messenger of Allah stoned and we stoned after him.”

“Were it not that they (the people) shall say I (Umar bin Khattab) have inscribed in the Book of Allah (the Quran) what is not there, I (Umar bin Khattab) would have inscribed it as it was sent down (by Allah).” (Ahmad 333).

Who was Umar bin Khattab afraid of?

This hadith says that Umar bin Khattab was afraid of what men would say about him.

Can we believe that Umar bin Khattab was more afraid of what man thought about him compared to what Umar bin Khattab has said Allah commanded him to do?

If Allah commanded you to do something would you say I am not going to do it because I am afraid of what men might say about me?

When you are in the Hereafter you shall not be judged on what other people said but you shall be judged by what you did.

(Comment 4. Only a Prophet has direct revelations and understanding from Allah -1.

No one gave an example that was equal to Prophet Muhammad -1.

In the Peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah in 6 AH (628 CE, 628 AD) between the stone idol worshippers and the Muslims Umar jumped up and went to Abu Bakr saying, "Is this not Allah’s messenger and are we not Muslims and are they (the people of Mecca (Makkah)) not idol worshippers?"

Abu Bakr agreed, and he (Umar) went on, "Then why should we agree to what is demeaning to our religion?"

Abu Bakr replied, "Stick to what he (Prophet Muhammad) says, for I (Abu Bakr) testify that he (Prophet Muhammad) is Allah’s messenger."

Umar said, "And so do I."

Then he (Umar) went to Prophet Muhammad and put the same questions to Prophet Muhammad who answered, "I am Allah’s slave and His (Allah’s) messenger. I shall not go against His (Allah’s) commandment and He (Allah) shall not make me the loser (in the hereafter)."

Umar used to say, "I have not stopped giving charity and fasting and praying and freeing slaves because of what I did that day out of fear for what I had said, when I hoped that (my plan) would be better." (Sirat p. 504).

Only a Prophet has direct revelations and understanding from Allah -2.

No one gave an example that was equal to Prophet Muhammad -2.

Prophet Muhammad honoured all agreements including the peace agreement with the stone idol worshippers in Mecca (Makkah), Arabia today Saudi Arabia

During the Peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah in 6 AH (628 CE, 628 AD) between the stone idol worshippers and the Muslims, Prophet Muhammad said, "Oh Abu Jandal, be patient and control yourself, for Allah will provide relief and a means of escape for you (from the stone idol worshippers in Mecca (Makkah)) and those of you who are helpless. We have made peace with them (the stone idol worshippers in Mecca (Makkah)) and we and they have invoked Allah in our agreement and we cannot deal falsely with them."

Umar jumped up and walked alongside Abu Jahl, saying, "Be patient, for they are only idol worshippers, the blood of one of them is but the blood of a dog," and he moved the hilt of his sword close up to him (Abu Jahl).

Umar used to say, "I hoped that he (Abu Jahl) would take the sword and kill his father with it, but the man spared his father and so the matter ended." (Sirat p. 505).

Only a Prophet has direct revelations and understanding from Allah -3.

No one gave an example that was equal to Prophet Muhammad -3.

Prophet Muhammad rejected the advice of Umar, who counseled to have Abdullah ibn Ubayy (Abdullah bin Ubayy, Abd-Allah ibn Ubaiy, Abdullah ibn Salul, Abdullah bin Salul, died 9 AH (631 CE 631 AD) killed and also the offer of Ibn Ubayy's own son, who was a Muslim, to kill his own father.

(The Life of Mahomet volume 3 chapter 16 by William Muir, The Bonds of Faith are the bases of the links between men (1991) by Akram Diya Al-Umari, The Life and Times of Muhammad (2002) p. 262f by John Bagot Glubb).

Only a Prophet has direct revelations and understanding from Allah -4

No one gave an example that was equal to Prophet Muhammad -4.

In the stoning to death of a woman from Juhaina.

Umar said to him (Prophet Muhammad), “Allah’s Messenger, you offer prayer for her, whereas she had committed adultery?”

Prophet Muhammad said, “She has made such a (big) repentance that if it (the sacrifice) were to be divided among seventy men of Medina (Madinah), it (the sacrifice) would be enough (to forgive 70 men). Have you found any repentance better than this that she sacrificed her life for Allah, the all powerful?” (Collected by Imam Muslim, Book 17, Story (hadith 4207).

Only a Prophet has direct revelations and understanding from Allah -5

No one gave an example that was equal to Prophet Muhammad -5.

Sahih al-Bukhari hadith number 9.468 narrated by Ibn Abbas:

Ibn Abbas said; When the time of the death of the Prophet (Muhammad) approached there were some men in the house and among them was Umar bin Al-Khattab.

Prophet Muhammad said, "Come near and let me write for you a statement after which you shall never go astray."

Umar said, "The Prophet (Muhammad) is seriously ill and we have the Quran, so Allah’s Book is sufficient for us."

The people in the house differed and disputed.

Some of them said, "Come near so that Allah’s messenger may write for you a statement after which you shall not go astray," while some of them said what Umar said.

When they made much noise and differed greatly before the Prophet, he said to them, "Go away and leave me."

Ibn Abbas used to say, "It was a great disaster that their arguing and noise prevented Allah’s messenger from writing that statement for them.”

(Note 1. When Prophet Muhammad received his first revelations he could not read or write but after 23 years of revelations it is likely that Prophet Muhammad would have learned how to read and write. Today most people who follow the example of Prophet Muhammad can read and write).

(Note 2. Only Allah knows what Prophet Muhammad wanted to write before his death after which he said, “they would never go astray”).

Only a Prophet has direct revelations and understanding from Allah -6

No one gave an example that was equal to Prophet Muhammad -6.

Sahih al-Bukhari Hadith number 4.393 narrated by Said bin Jubair:

Said bin Jubair said that he heard Ibn Abbas saying, "Thursday, do you not know what Thursday is?”

After that Ibn Abbas wept till the stones on the ground were soaked with his tears.

On that I asked Ibn Abbas, "What is Thursday (about)?"

He said, "When the condition (i.e. health) of Allah’s messenger (Prophet Muhammad) deteriorated and he said, 'Bring me a bone of scapula so that I may write something for you after which you shall never go astray.'

The people differed in their opinions although it was improper (for them) to differ in front of a prophet.

They said, 'What is wrong with him? Do you think he is delirious? Ask him (to understand).

The Prophet replied, 'Leave me as I am in a better state than what you are asking me to do.'

Then the Prophet ordered them to do three things saying, 'Turn out all the pagans from the Arabian Peninsula, show respect to all foreign delegates by giving them gifts as I used to do.'

The sub-narrator added, "The third order was something beneficial which either Ibn Abbas did not mention or he mentioned but I forgot.'

(Note 1. Quran 7:157 Ayah 7:157 Those who follow the messenger, the Ummi (Ummiyy, Ummy, the person who is not from among the People of the Book, Gentile meaning the person who is not from the children of Israel, Unlettered meaning the person who has no formal education. Meaning, the) Prophet (Prophet Muhammad who was among the Arabs in Mecca (Makkah), Arabia today Saudi Arabia who had never before read or recited a scripture) and (who is the prophet) whom they find mentioned in the Torah ((Taurat) Deuteronomy 18:15 – 18:22) and the Gospel ((Injil) Gospel of John 14:16, 15:26, 16:7 – 16:15 that is)) with them (the Jews and the Christians) and who (is the prophet that) enjoins on them (the Arabs in Mecca (Makkah)) what is good and forbids for them what is evil and (who is the prophet that) relieves them of their burden (of the difficult stone idol religious practices) and the chains that were on them (such as sacrificing new born babies to the stone idol gods by burying female babies while they were still alive). Those who believe in him (Prophet Muhammad) and honour him and help him and follow the light which is sent down with him, they are the successful (in the Hereafter).

Quran 29:48 Ayah 29:48 And you (Prophet Muhammad) did not read any book before this (the Quran) nor did you write (any book) with your right hand (meaning, with your own hand) otherwise the doubters might have had reason (to doubt the truth of the Quran).

Quran 29:49 Ayah 29:49 It (the Quran) are revelations that shall be understood in the hearts of those who have been given the knowledge (from Allah to understand the Quran). No one except the wrongdoers shall disregard Our (Allah’s) revelations.

Quran 61:6 Ayah 61:6 And (mention) when Prophet Jesus (Isa) son of Mary (Maryam) said, “O Children of Israel, I am the messenger of Allah to you, confirming what was (revealed) before me in the Torah (Taurat), and bringing good news of a messenger (“The Comforter” (Prophet Muhammad)) who shall come after me (Prophet Jesus (Isa)), whose name shall be highly praised (by those who recognise that he is the prophet of Allah who Prophet Jesus (Isa) said shall come after him in the Gospel of John 14:16, 15:26, 16:7 – 16:15 (Injil of John 14:16, 15:26, 16:7 – 16:15)). But when he (“The Comforter” Prophet Muhammad) showed them clear proofs (from Allah), they (who do not recognise him) say, “This is only a deception” ((a fraud), while those who recognise him called him Ahmed “the one who is highly praised” because he confirmed the Good News from Allah of the life after death which is “a comfort” to the world).

Quran 62:2 Ayah 62:2 It is He (Allah) who has sent to the Ummi (Ummiyy, Ummy, Ummyyeen, those who are not among the People of the Book, Gentile meaning those who are not from the children of Israel,  Unlettered meaning the people who have no formal education such as the Arabs in Mecca (Makkah), Arabia today Saudi Arabia who had never before received a scripture), a messenger (Prophet Muhammad) from among them, to recite to them His (Allah’s) revelations and clean them (of their sins) and teach them the Book (the Quran) and wisdom. And although before (when they prayed to stone idols) they were in clear error –

Quran 62:3 Ayah 62:3 others among them (the Arabs in Mecca (Makkah)) have not yet joined them (in the religion of Allah). He (Allah) is exalted in might and wisdom.

(Note 2. When Prophet Muhammad received his first revelations he could not read or write but after 23 years of revelations it is likely that Prophet Muhammad would have learned how to read and write. Today most people who follow the example of Prophet Muhammad can read and write).

(Note 3. Only Allah knows what Prophet Muhammad wanted to write before his death after which he said, “they would never go astray”).

Only a Prophet has direct revelations and understanding from Allah -7

No one gave an example that was equal to Prophet Muhammad -7.

Bukhari, Book 15, hadith 70 is narrated by Aisha (the wife of Prophet Muhammad) who said that, “Prophet Muhammad came to my house while two girls were singing beside me the songs of Buath (a story about the war between the two tribes of the Ansar, the Khazraj and the Aus, before the time of Islam).
Prophet Muhammad lay down and turned his face to the other side.
Then Abu Bakr came and spoke to me (Aisha, the wife of Prophet Muhammad) harshly saying, "Musical instruments of Satan (Shaitan) near the Prophet?"
Prophet Muhammad turned his face towards him (Abu Bakr) and said (to Abu Bakr), "Leave them (alone)."
When Abu Bakr became inattentive, I (Aisha, the wife of Prophet Muhammad) signaled to those girls to go out and they left.
It was the day of 'Id, and the Black people were playing with shields and spears; so either I (Aisha) requested the Prophet (Muhammad) or he (Prophet Muhammad) asked me whether I would like to see the display. I replied “Yes”.
Then Prophet Muhammad made me stand behind him and my cheek was touching his cheek and he was saying, "Carry on! O Bani Arfida," until I got tired.
Prophet Muhammad asked me, "Are you satisfied (Is that sufficient for you)?" I replied “Yes” and he told me to leave.

(Comment 5. The will of Allah and the Christians.

Allah put a similar test in the Gospel (Injil) for the Christians to find who would follow Allah’s will which is in a written record (Allah’s Gospel (Injil)) where Prophet Jesus (Isa) said in the Gospel of John 16:26 Do not pray to me (Jesus (Isa)) to show who is following what humans tell them when humans say pray to Jesus (Isa) but what humans say is Allah’s will cannot be found in Allah’s Holy Book (Allah’s Gospel (Injil)).

Today millions of Christians pray to Jesus (Isa) which is against Allah’s Gospel (Injil).

Gospel of John 16:26 "In that day you will ask in my name (“I pray to Allah in the name of the messenger of Allah who is Prophet Jesus (Isa)”), and I (Prophet Jesus (Isa)) do not say to you that I (Prophet Jesus (Isa)) will request of the Father (Allah) on your behalf (Meaning that all prayer must be directed to Allah, not to Prophet Jesus (Isa)).

Only Allah knows but could it be that in the Hereafter some Christians might be asked to show where in Allah’s Gospel (Injil) did Prophet Jesus (Isa) tell people to pray to him (Jesus (Isa)) instead of correctly praying only to Allah who is the creator of every creation including Prophet Jesus (Isa)? Allah is the only one who has the power to hear prayer. Creations that are alive or dead have no power to hear prayer).

(Comment 6. The will of Allah and the Muslims.

Today millions of Muslims believe in stoning to death for adultery which is against Allah’s Quran chapter 4 and 24.

Only Allah knows but could it be that in the Hereafter some Muslims might be asked to show where in Allah’s Quran did Allah order stoning to death for adultery and did their eyes not read the first commandments from Allah in Quran chapter 24 which is followed by examples of married people in adultery?

Quran 24:1 (This is) a chapter which We (Allah) have revealed and ordained and in which We (Allah) have revealed clear signs so that you remember (to follow what Allah has commanded in this chapter).

(Note 1. The clear signs from Allah in Quran chapter 24 are the descriptions of married people in adultery.

See: Allah removed stoning to death for adultery and replaced it with another punishment in the Quran.

Allah removed stoning to death for adultery.

The error of stoning to death for adultery

How Allah removed stoning to death for adultery in the Torah (Taurat), Gospel (Injil) and Quran.

How Allah removed stoning to death in the Quran three times.

In the Quran the law for illegal sexual intercourse for unmarried Muslims is Quran 4:15 – 4:18.

In the Quran the law for adultery by married Muslims is Quran 4:25 and 24:1 – 24:2.

Forgiveness for all sins is confirmed in Quran 4:17 – 4:18, 4:110, 25:68 – 25:71.

(Comment 7. Why does Allah warn against making the messenger of Allah into an idol?

When humans claim that other humans are infallible (meaning that they do not make mistakes) that is a dangerous human desire to replace Allah with human idol worship.

Humans that believe other humans are infallible are being arrogant towards Allah because only Allah is infallible (meaning that only Allah makes no mistakes).

Allah shows how his messengers have human weaknesses in the Quran, the Torah (Taurat) and the Gospel (Injil) as a way to warn humans against the belief that there is any human who is without human weakness.

See: Do not make the messenger of Allah into an idol.

No human is perfect, only Allah is perfect.

(Comment 8. How does Allah test if Christians are following the word of Allah or the word of other humans?

According to Christian hadith (stories from humans), after the departure of Prophet Jesus (Isa) a ruler of the Christians with the name of Constantine proclaimed that the human invention of Trinity was the truth.

Later in European history many Christians who rejected the idea that Prophet Jesus (Isa) was god were killed by Christians who said that anyone who did not believe that Jesus (Isa) was god was a blasphemer even though there is no mention of Trinity in Allah’s Gospel (Injil) and in Allah’s Gospel (Injil) Jesus (Isa) is a messenger of Allah who prayed to Allah.

Is this a trial from Allah to show who were the humans who followed the word of Allah and who were the humans who made the leaders of Christians to be like idols by following them even when their leaders are reported in hadith (stories from humans) as saying something that is different to what Allah had revealed in Allah’s Gospel (Injil)?

Satan (Shaitan) uses the name of Allah and of messengers and of leaders in hadith (stories from humans) to try to deceive people to believe something about Allah that Allah did not reveal in Allah’s holy books.

Only Allah knows what humans said in the past and what Satan (Shaitan) fabricated in false hadith (stories from humans) because Allah has only guaranteed the truthfulness of Allah’s Holy Books (the Quran, the Gospel and the Torah).

Allah gives no guarantee of protection for the truthfulness of hadith (stories from humans).

False hadith (stories from humans) are a deception from Satan (Shaitan) with Allah’s permission so that those who do not follow Allah’s word shall be unable to reject that Allah’s judgement of them is correct.

Only Allah knows which hadith (stories from humans) are true and which are a deception from Satan (Shaitan).

False hadith (stories from humans) show which people follow the word of humans and which people follow only the word in Allah’s holy books.

(Comment 9. How does Allah test if Muslims are following the word of Allah or the word of other humans?

According to Muslim hadith (stories from humans), after the departure of Prophet Muhammad a ruler of the Muslims with the name of Umar proclaimed that stoning to death for adultery was true.

Muslims who rejected the idea that stoning to death for adultery was true were killed by Muslims who insisted that anyone who did not believe that stoning to death for adultery was true was a blasphemer even though there is no mention of stoning to death for adultery in Allah’s Quran.

Is this a trial from Allah to show who were the humans who followed the word of Allah and who were the humans who made the leaders of Muslims to be like idols by following them even when their leaders are reported in a hadith (stories from humans) as saying something that is different to what Allah has revealed in the Quran?

Satan (Shaitan) uses the name of Allah and of messengers and of leaders in hadith (stories from humans) to try to deceive people to believe something about Allah that Allah did not reveal in Allah’s holy books.

Only Allah knows what humans said in the past and what Satan (Shaitan) fabricated in false hadith (stories from humans) because Allah has only guaranteed the truthfulness of Allah’s Holy Books.

Allah gives no guarantee of protection for the truthfulness of hadith (stories from humans).

False hadith (stories from humans) are a deception from Satan (Shaitan).

Only Allah knows which hadith (stories from humans) are true and which are a deception from Satan (Shaitan).

False hadith (stories from humans) show which people follow the word of humans and which people follow only the word in Allah’s holy books.

(Comment 10. Allah’s test for Christians.

Who are the people who have made idols of humans so that they cannot see that in the Gospel (Injil) Jesus (Isa) is a messenger from Allah?

Jesus (Isa) is not Allah.

No where in Allah’s Gospel (Injil) did Prophet Jesus (Isa) say, “I am Allah.”

No where in Allah’s Gospel (Injil) did Prophet Jesus (Isa) say, “Pray to me.”

In the Torah (Taurat) Allah called those who believe in Allah “sons of Allah.”

Prophet Jesus (Isa) is “a son of Allah” because Prophet Jesus (Isa) “believes in Allah.”

It is not correct to use the words “son of Allah” in any other way except in this way because this is the way Allah uses the words “son of Allah” in the Torah (Taurat) before the time of Prophet Jesus (Isa).

See: The son of Allah in Quran 19:35 comments

(Comment 11. Allah’s test for Muslims.

Quran 24:1 Ayah 24:1 (This is) a chapter which We (Allah) have revealed and ordained and in which We (Allah) have revealed clear signs so that you remember (to follow what Allah has commanded in this chapter).

Who are the people who have made idols of humans so that they cannot see that in Allah’s Quran there is no command of stoning to death for adultery in Quran chapter 24 which is a chapter that gives the examples of married people in adultery such as the wife of Prophet Muhammad who was falsely accused of adultery?

Why is Allah giving such examples of adultery by a married woman if this chapter which Allah revealed as “giving clear signs” is not the punishment for adultery by a married woman?

Clearly Quran chapter 24 must be the punishment for married people as Allah shows with clear examples.

(Comment 12. How Allah divides Christianity.

Allah divided Christianity into two major parts.

Those who correctly believe in Allah’s Gospel (Injil) where Jesus (Isa) is a prophet of Allah. They follow Allah and believe in Allah.

And others who have mistakenly rejected Allah’s Gospel (Injil) by adding the idea of Trinity that turns a human Prophet Jesus (Isa) into a god. They follow other humans and they believe other humans more than they believe in Allah and Allah’s Gospel (Injil).

(Comment 13. How Allah divides Muslims.

Allah divided Muslims into two major parts.

Those who correctly believe in Allah’s Quran and do not add things that are no there such as stoning to death for adultery. They follow Allah and believe in Allah.

And others who have mistakenly rejected Allah’s Quran by believing things that Allah has not put in Allah’s Quran. They follow other humans and they believe other humans more than they believe in Allah and Allah’s Quran.

(Comment 14. When did some Jews become misguided?

The Jews who became misguided after the departure of Prophet Jesus (Isa) were those who stopped listening to the messengers of Allah.

Some Jews preferred to read hadith (stories from humans) in Jewish Rabbinical literature more than they desired to read the word of Allah in Allah’s Gospel (Injil) and later in Allah’s Quran.

Those who enjoy reading hadith (stories from humans) more than they enjoy reading Allah’s word in Allah’s Gospel (Injil) and in Allah’s Quran show more love for the word of humans than for the word of Allah.

There are some Jews who have a copy of all of Allah’s holy books (the Torah (Taurat) and the Gospel (Injil) and the Quran).

(Comment 15. When did some Christians become misguided?

The Christians who became misguided after the departure of Prophet Jesus (Isa) were the Christians who refused to read Allah’s Torah (Taurat) and later refused to read Allah’s (Quran).

If Christians had read Allah’s Torah (Taurat) they would have understood the meaning of “son of Allah” as a “believer of Allah” and not as a biological son of Allah.

If Christians had read Allah’s Torah (Taurat) they would have understood that Jesus (Isa) was a descendant from a long line of Jewish prophets among the children of Israel.

Some Christians preferred to read hadith (stories from humans) about Trinity more than they desired to read the word of Allah in Allah’s Torah (Taurat) and in Allah’s (Quran).

Those who enjoy reading hadith (stories from humans) more than Allah’s word in Allah’s Torah (Taurat) and in Allah’s (Quran) show more love for the word of humans than for the word of Allah.

There are some Christians who have a copy of all of Allah’s holy books (the Gospel (Injil) and the Torah (Taurat) and the Quran).

(Comment 16. When did some Muslims become misguided?

The Muslims who became misguided after the departure of Prophet Muhammad were the Muslims who refused to read Allah’s Torah (Taurat) and Allah’s Gospel (Injil).

If Muslims had read Allah’s Torah (Taurat) and Allah’s Gospel (Injil) they would have better understood what Allah had revealed in Allah’s Quran such as the story of Haman because the Quran repeatedly confirms that Allah is the owner of the Torah (Taurat) and of the Gospel (Injil).

Some Muslims preferred to read hadith (stories from humans) about stoning to death for adultery more than they desired to read the word of Allah in Allah’s Torah (Taurat) and in Allah’s Gospel (Injil).

Those who enjoy reading hadith (stories from humans) more than Allah’s word in Allah’s Torah (Taurat) and in Allah’s Gospel (Injil) show more love for the word of humans than for the word of Allah.

There are some Muslims who have a copy of all of Allah’s holy books (the Quran and the Gospel (Injil) and the Torah (Taurat)).

The key to understanding Haman is in Quran 40:24

Quran 40:24 Ayah 40:24 To Pharaoh ((Firon) the King of Egypt) and Haman (the Prime Minister of Persia) and Korah (Qarun, Qaroun, Qaroon, Qaaroon of the children of Israel), but they (the Pharaoh, Korah and Haman) said, “A (person who says that Allah is more important than us is a) fraud (a deceiver), a liar.”

In the Torah (Taurat) the first to die is the Pharaoh (Firon), later Korah (Qarun) dies and later still Haman dies. Allah expects that every believer has read all of Allah's revelations so that they know that these 3 famous people lived at different times in history.

Only Satan (Shaitan) with Allah’s permission as a test for believers would want to make Muslims believe that Allah’s books are faulty so that they incorrectly understand the Pharaoh (Firon), Korah (Qarun), Haman (Hamman) story.

See: Haman (Haamaan Hamaan, Ham'an, Hamman, Aman) in the Quran.

(Comment 17. No one has the power to change the word of Allah.

Those who believe humans have the power to change the word of Allah do not believe in Allah because they think that Allah is so weak that Allah does not have the power to protect the word of Allah in Allah’s holy books.

If Allah did not have the power to protect Allah’s word then no book could be trusted.

Because then a Jew could not use the Torah (Taurat) to confirm the truth of the Gospel (Injil) or the truth of the Quran.

And a Christian would not be able to use the Gospel (Injil) to confirm the truth of the Torah (Taurat) or the truth of the Quran.

And a Muslims would not be able to use the Quran to confirm the truth of the Torah (Taurat) or the truth of the Gospel (Injil).

But Allah tells the Muslims in the Quran to look at the Torah (Taurat) and look at the Gospel (Injil) and you shall see and understand that all of those books are from Allah and they all confirm each other.

See: Allah protects His Quran, His Torah (Taurat) and His Gospel (Injil).
Allah protects His word.

(Comment 18. Who has banned the word of Allah?

Who is hiding the words of Allah?

Prophet Muhammad fought against the stone idol worshippers in Mecca (Makkah), Arabia because they banned people from the word of Allah.

Allah tells the Muslims in the Quran to look at the Torah (Taurat) and look at the Gospel (Injil) and you shall see and understand that all of those books are from Allah and they all confirm each other.

Why have some Muslims banned the word of Allah so that Muslims cannot see Allah’s Torah (Taurat) and Allah’s Gospel (Injil)?

Allah is the owner of all three books.

Why do they ban Allah’s books but never think to ban well known false hadiths (stories from humans) which are a deception of Satan (Shaitan)?

Only people who have a love for power want to ban the books of Allah.

The Quran has revealed that the people against Allah are the arrogant people who do not believe in Allah. They want to take power for themselves by using the name of Allah to make people to be afraid not of Allah but to be afraid of other humans.

But only those who are afraid of Allah truly believe in Allah.

Those who make humans to be afraid of humans only follow the path of other humans and they do not believe in Allah as they should.

See: Allah protects His Torah (Tawrah, Tawrat, Taurat, Tavrat, Al-Tawrah, Al-Tawrat, Al-Taurat, Al-Tavrat), His Gospel (Injil, Injeel, Enjil, Enjeel, Al-Injil, Al-Injeel, Al-Enjil, Al-Enjeel) and His Quran (The Coran, Al-Coran, Al Coran, The Koran, Al-Koran, Al Koran, The Quran, Al Quran, Al-Quran, The Qur'an, Al-Qur'an, Al Qur'an, The Qur’ān, Al-Qur’ān, Al Qur’ān).

(Comment 19. The Middle East and North Africa in 2011 (1432 AH).

The Arab world has lost its fear of human persecution and is calling for freedom from the fear of human persecution.

To return all the religions of Allah to the true path of Allah it is necessary for all religions to join the Arab world and call for freedom from the fear of persecution in religion so that all religion is used only for the fear of Allah and not used by humans to make humans fear other humans.

(Comment 20. Which hadith (stories from humans) are useful?

False hadith (stories from humans) are a deception from Satan (Shaitan) with Allah’s permission.

Only Allah knows which hadith (stories from humans) are true and which are a deception from Satan (Shaitan).

Hadith (stories from humans) that do not change what the Quran says and that give more understanding which agree with the Quran are useful hadith (stories from humans).

(Comment 21. Before studying hadith (stories from humans) students from every religion (Jewish, Christian and Islam) should first study all the books of Allah.

Every student of Allah should be given a copy of the Torah (Taurat) and the Gospel (Injil) and the Quran.

How can you study what humans said in hadith (stories) about Allah before you have read what Allah revealed in Allah’s Holy books (the Torah (Taurat) and the Gospel (Injil) and the Quran)?

The Torah (Taurat) and the Gospel (Injil) and the Quran represent Allah’s revelation to humans while hadith (stories from humans) carry both enlightenment and deception.

An understanding of all Allah’s revealed books must be the basis on which to decide which hadith (stories from humans) is acceptable because it follows what Allah has revealed or is unacceptable because it is against what Allah has revealed.

Quran 87:16 Ayah 87:16 But (some of) you prefer the life of this world.

(Comment 1. Quran 2:200 Ayah 2:200 So when you have completed your devotions then remember Allah (in praise) much more than you remember your ancestors. Of the humans there are some who say, "Our Lord (Allah), give us (Your bounties) in this world" and for this there is no reward in the hereafter.

Quran 2:201 Ayah 2:201 And there are some among them who say, “Our Lord (Allah), grant us good in this world and good in the hereafter and save us from the punishment of the fire.”

Quran 2:202 Ayah 2:202 For them they shall be given a reward for what they have done. And Allah is swift to account (for what you do).

Quran 3:160 Ayah 3:160 How many Prophets (in the past) fought (in the cause of Allah) and with them (fought) large bands of righteous people. They never lost heart whatever happened to them in the cause of Allah nor did they weaken (in their determination) nor become discouraged. Allah loves those who are steadfast.

Quran 3:147 Ayah 3:147 And they only said, "Our Lord (Allah), forgive us our sins and our transgressions and establish our feet firmly and help us against the disbelieving people (the stone idol worshippers)."

Quran 3:148 Ayah 3:148 So Allah gave them the reward of this world, and the excellent reward of the Hereafter. Allah loves the people who do good deeds (to others).

Quran 4:134 Ayah 4:134 Whoever wishes a reward in this life (then know) that with Allah is the reward of life in this world and of life in the Hereafter. Allah is eternally all hearing and all seeing.

Quran 7:155 Ayah 7:155 And Prophet Moses (Musa) chose of his people seventy men for Our (Allah’s) appointed meeting place and when the earthquake came on them, he (Prophet Moses (Musa)) said, “My Lord (Allah), If You had willed You could have destroyed them long before, and me with them. Would you destroy us for what was done by the ignorant (people) among us? It is Your test through which You sent whoever You willed astray and You guided whoever You willed. You are our protecting friend, therefore forgive us and have mercy on us, You are the best of all who forgive.”

Quran 7:156 Ayah 7:156 “And ordain for us in this world what is good, and in the Hereafter (what is good). We have turned to You (Allah).” He (Allah) said, “I punishment whoever I will and My mercy embraces all things therefore I shall ordain it (mercy) for those who stay away from doing evil and give regular charity and those who believe in Our (Allah’s) revelations.”

Quran 10:63 Ayah 10:63 Those who believed and feared Allah (by following Allah’s commandments) -

Quran 17:72 Ayah 17:72 And those who are blind (to the signs of the truth of Allah) in this world shall (also) be blind in the hereafter (to Allah like Satan  (Shaitan) is blind to Allah) and (they shall be) astray from the path (of Allah like Satan (Shaitan) is astray from the path of Allah).

(Note 1. Quran 17:72 describes the thinking of the people who listened to Satan (Shaitan)).

Quran 28:76 Ayah 28:76 (Mention) Korah (Qarun) who was from the people of Prophet Moses (Musa) but he (Korah (Qarun)) rebelled against them. We (Allah) gave him (Korah (Qarun)) so much treasure that it would have been a burden for a group of strong men (to carry). When his own people said to him (Korah (Qarun)), “Do not exult (yourself)” because Allah does not love those who exult (themselves). -

Quran 28:77 Ayah 28:77 But strive (to earn reward) for the life of the Hereafter by using what Allah has given to you and do not neglect (ignore) your portion of (enjoyment of) the (life of this) world, and you be kind (to people in this life) just as Allah has been kind to you and do not strive to misbehave on the earth. Allah does not love bad behaviour (in the world).

Quran 28:78 Ayah 28:78 He (Korah (Qarun)) said, “I have been given it (wealth) because of the knowledge that I possess.” Did he (Korah (Qarun)) not know that Allah had destroyed people in the generations before him who were greater than him in power and wealth? The guilty are not questioned about their sins (because the weight of those sins is so great that the judgement by Allah for the punishment that they earned shall be undisputed and without doubt).

Quran 42:22 Ayah 42:22 (On the Day of Resurrection) you shall see the wrongdoers fearful of what they have earned (from their bad deeds), and it (Allah’s punishment) shall come to them (in Hell fire) but those who believed and did good deeds shall be in the abundant Gardens (of Paradise) having what they wish from their Lord (Allah). That is the great bounty (given in Paradise by Allah to the good doers).

Quran 87:17 Ayah 87:17 Even though the hereafter is better and more enduring.

Hadith (stories from humans about Prophet Muhammad and the early Muslims) that show the sunnah (the examples of what Prophet Muhammad and the early Muslims said or did). Hadith that correctly adds to our understanding of Allah’s Quran is a blessing. Hadith that adds to the Quran something that is against what Allah has revealed in Allah’s Quran is a hadith from Satan (Shaitan) to test who believes Allah’s Quran and who believes something that is against what Allah has revealed in Allah’s Quran. This is the same test Allah made for the Christians in the Gospel (Injil) to test who believed the hadith (story from humans) that Prophet Jesus (Isa) was Allah and who reject Satan (Shaitan) and only believe what Allah revealed in the Gospel (Injil) where Prophet Jesus (Isa) always prayed to Allah like every prophet before him had done and never claimed he was Allah and said another messenger (“the comforter” in the Gospel of John (Injil of John) 14:16, 15:26, 16:7 – 16:15) would come after him like every prophet before him had promised. Like Prophet Elijah (Elias) who was raised by Allah into heaven in the Torah (Taurat) so also was Prophet Jesus (Isa) raised by Allah into heaven in the Gospel (Injil).

Torah (Tawrah, Tawrat, Taurat, Tavrat, Al-Tawrah, Al-Tawrat, Al-Taurat, Al-Tavrat) in the Old Bible (Old Testament, Hebrew Bible, Jewish Bible). The Scripture of the Torah (Taurat) of Prophet Moses (Musa) is the first five chapters in the Old Bible called Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. Torah means the teachings from Allah or Divine teaching. The revelations of the other prophets of Allah (“The Prophets”) and their writings (“The Writings”) are included in the Old Bible with the Torah (Taurat) as they were in the time of Prophet Muhammad and as they are today and all the revelations from Prophet Moses (Musa) and the other prophets are in one book called the Holy Scriptures. “The Torah” meaning “The Law”.

Interpretations of the Quran (Al-Quran, Al Quran).

This is an interpretation of some of the meanings in the Quran.
This is not a perfect translation of the Quran because the Quran is in the Arabic language.
The Arabic language in the Quran must be understood as it was understood over 1400 years ago.
Allah guides who He wills to the correct understanding of the Quran.
In the English language the word Allah is God.
Allah (God) is the creator of the Jews, Christians, Muslims and everyone and everything that exists.
