N Q S ALM ALR ALMR ALMS HM TH’ TS’ TS’M YS’ A’S’Q KH’YA’S in the Quran.

Allaah would not say the Quran confirms the Torah Taurat and the Gospel Injil and then allow the proof of Allaah in the Quran to be lost by allowing the Torah Taurat that is with the Jews today and the Gospel Injil that is wth the Christians today to be corrupted.

Allaah confirms that the Torah Taurat that is with the Jews today and the Gospel Injil that is with the Christians today and the Koran Quran that is with the Muslims today all belong to Allaah by revealing to this generation the meaning of N Q S ALM ALR ALMR ALMS HM TH TS TSM YS ASQ KHYAS in the Quran.

Quran 2:4 Ayah 2:4 And who believe in that which has been revealed to you (Prophet Muhammad) and that which was revealed before you (to Prophet Moses Musa in the Torah Taurat and to Prophet Jesus Isa in the Gospel Injil and to the other prophets) and firmly believe in the hereafter.

Quran 2:5 Ayah 2:5 They are on the right path and they shall be successful (in the hereafter).

Quran 3:3 Ayah 3:3 He (Allaah) revealed to you (Prophet Muhammad) the Book (the Quran) of truth confirming what came before it (in the Torah Taurat and in the Gospel Injil), and He (Allaah) revealed the Torah Taurat and the Gospel Injil.

Quran 4:136 Ayah 4:136 All you who believe, have faith in ... the Book (of Allaah, the Quran) which He (Allaah) has revealed to His (Allaah’s) messenger (Prophet Muhammad) and the Book which He (Allaah) revealed to those before (to the Jews in the Torah Taurat and to the Christians in the Gospel Injil), and whoever has no faith in ... His (Allaah’s) Books ... has strayed far away (from Allaah).

Note 1. Whoever has no faith in Allaah's Books has strayed far away from Allaah.

Quran 25:1 Ayah 25:1 Blessed is He (Allaah) who has revealed to His (Allaah’s) servant (Prophet Muhammad) the criterion (of right and wrong, of truth and falsehood in the Quran) so that he (Prophet Muhammad) may be a warner to the worlds (of humans and of jinn by reciting the Quran as a reminder for those who fear Allaah of the reward in the hereafter for good behaviour on this earth and the punishment in the hereafter for bad behaviour on this earth).

Comment 1. How can you know if you correctly understand N Q S ALM ALR ALMR ALMS HM TH’ TS’ TS’M YS’ A’S’Q KH’YA’S in the Quran?

ALM is the most frequently used combination of the 14 letters in the Quran therefore the meaning of ALM will clearly show why it is the most frequently used combination of letters.

The revelations in the Quran come from ALM Allaah gabrieL Muhammad ALM Allah JibriL Muhammad.

Quran 2:2 Ayah 2:2 - that Book (the Quran) in which there is no doubt is a guidance for those who are conscious of Allaah.

Quran 2:3 Ayah 2:3 Who believe in the unseen (by having faith in what Allaah has revealed) and (who) keep up prayer and give charity from what We (Allaah) have provided for them.

Comment 1. Believe what is in the Torah Taurat, Gospel Injil and Koran Quran.

Allaah tells humans in Quran 2:4 to believe what you read in the Quran and the Torah and the Gospel and in Quran 2:5 Allaah says about those humans “They are on the right path and they shall be successful (in the hereafter).”

Quran 2:6 Ayah 2:6 As to those (people) who have no faith it shall make no difference if you (Prophet Muhammad) warn them (of the reward and punishment in the hereafter) or if you (Prophet Muhammad) do not warn them because they shall not believe.

Comment 1. Disbelief in the Torah Taurat and Gospel Injil and Koran Quran.

Allaah tells us in Quran 2:6 and 2:7 that the people who do not believe what they read in the Koran Quran and the Torah Taurat and the Gospel Injil They do not believe in Allaah and nothing you do will change their mind (unless Allaah opens their heart and opens their ears and removes the covering from their eyes).”

Quran 2:7 Ayah 2:7 Allaah sealed their hearts (minds, brains to think in one way), sealed their hearing (so they hear what they want to hear) and covered their eyes (by limiting their understanding) and for them shall come a great punishment (in the hereafter).

Comment 1. See Quran 2:5 comments.

Quran 2:8 Ayah 2:8 And there are some people who say, “We believe in Allaah and the Day of Resurrection and Judgment” but they (the hypocrites who say one thing but believe the opposite of what they say) do not really believe.

Quran 2:9 Ayah 2:9 In trying to deceive Allaah and those who believe, they (the hypocrites) only deceive themselves but they don’t realize it.

Quran 2:10 Ayah 2:10 There is a disease of disbelief (doubt in Allaah) in their hearts and Allaah adds to their disease (doubt) and they (the hypocrites) shall be punished (in the hereafter) for their lying (deceiving).

Quran 2:11 Ayah 2:11 When it is said to them (the hypocrites who say one thing but they believe the opposite of what they say) “Do not misbehave on the earth" they say, "we only want to make it (the Earth) better."

Quran 2:12 Ayah 2:12 Truly they (the hypocrites) are the ones who misbehave but they don’t realize it.

Quran 2:13 Ayah 2:13 And when they (the hypocrites) are asked to believe like other people believe, they (the hypocrites) say: "Should we believe like the ignorant (people who do not know anything)?" However they (the hypocrites) are the ignorant (people who do not know anything), even though they do not realize it.

Comment 1. What should Muslims do when Prophet Muhammad is insulted?

What did Allaah order Muslims to do when Prophet Muhammad is insulted?

How does Allaah test Muslims when Prophet Muhammad is insulted?

VIDEO: When they insult our prophet https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6zuKbBlmRo

Comment 2. Allaah has not ordered humans to kill other humans for mocking.

Quran 13:32 Ayah 13:32 And certainly the messengers (of Allaah) were mocked before you (Prophet Muhammad, in the same way that you have been mocked), but I (Allaah) granted some time to those who disbelieved (so that they might understand and repent and ask for forgiveness). After a time had passed I (Allaah) then seized them and how (terrible) was My (Allaah’s) punishment (to them for their evil doing).

Note 1. The punishment for mocking the word of Allaah comes from Allaah not from humans.

Comment 3. Allaah is with those who are patient.

Quran 2:153 Ayah 2:153 “… Allaah is with the patient.”

When you are mocked be patience and speak with wisdom.

Comment 4. What is patience?

The worry of life is a test of patience from Allaah.

Quran 2:155 Ayah 2:155 And We (Allaah) shall test you with some fear and hunger and loss of wealth and (loss of) lives and (loss of) property but (We Allaah) give good news (of Paradise in the hereafter) to those who are patient.

Comment 5. The best behaviour is patience and goodness.

Quran 41:34 Ayah 41:34 The good deed and the evil deed are not the same (in righteousness in the sight of Allaah). Repel (evil) with a better (deed, for example repel anger with patience and forgiveness), then see (what will happen, Allaah willing) the person with whom you had hostility (hate and bad feelings) shall become like a close friend.

Quran 41:35 Ayah 41:35 And no one shall be granted such goodness (as described in Quran 41:34) except to the owner of the greatest good fortune.

Comment 6. Mocking in the Torah Taurat, Gospel Injil and Koran Quran.

6-1. Mocking in the Torah Taurat.

Jewish Bible Chronicles 2 36:16 but they (the children of Israel) mocked the messengers of Allaah, and despised His (Allaah’s) words, and scoffed at His (Allaah’s) prophets, until the wrath (anger) of the LORD (Allaah) rose against His (Allaah’s) people (the children of Israel), (Allaah only did this) when there was no (other) remedy (for their rejection of Allaah’s message).

Note 1. The punishment for mocking the word of Allaah comes from Allaah not from humans.

Note 2. The punishment for mocking the messengers of Allaah comes from Allaah not from humans.

Note 3. The punishment for mocking the prophets of Allaah comes from Allaah not from humans.

Jewish Bible Proverbs 8:13 The fear of the LORD (Allaah) is to hate evil (such as); pride, and arrogance, and the evil way (of life), and the froward mouth (bad speech), do I (wisdom) hate.

Jewish Bible Proverbs 8:17 I (wisdom) love them (humans) that love me (wisdom), and those that seek me (wisdom) earnestly shall find me (wisdom).

Jewish Bible Proverbs 9:6 Forsake (abandon) all thoughtlessness, and live; and walk in the way of understanding.
Jewish Bible Proverbs 9:7 The person that corrects a scorner (a mocker by mocking) gets to them self shame, and the person that reprove (criticizes) a wicked man (by mocking), it becomes to them a blot (a sin against them).
Jewish Bible Proverbs 9:8 Do not reprove (criticize) a scorner (a mocker by mocking), incase they might hate you; reprove (criticizes) a wise person, and they will love you (because you increase their wisdom).
Jewish Bible Proverbs 9:9 Give (criticism) to a wise person, and they will be wiser; teach a righteous person, and they will increase in learning.
Jewish Bible Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the LORD (Allaah) is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the (existence of the) All-holy (Allaah) is (obtained through) understanding.

Jewish Bible Proverbs 9:12 If you are wise, you are wise for yourself (your soul); and if you scorn (mock), then you alone shall bear (the sin of) it (the sin of mocking).'

Jewish Bible Proverbs 10:31 The mouth of the righteous opens with wisdom; but the froward tongue (bad speech) shall be ended (by Allaah with punishment in the hereafter).
Jewish Bible Proverbs 10:32 The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable; but the mouth of the wicked is all frowardness (bad words).

Jewish Bible Proverbs 15:12 A scorner (mocker) loves not to be reproved (criticized); they will not go to the wise (for advice).

Jewish Bible Proverbs 15:5 Who ever mocks the poor (people) blaspheme his Maker (Allaah); and the person that is glad at calamity shall not be unpunished (by Allaah in the hereafter).

Quran 2:269 Ayah 2:269 He (Allaah) grants wisdom to whomever He (Allaah) pleases and the person to whom wisdom is granted has received something that is very good. None shall grasp the message (of Allaah’s revelations) except people of understanding (who have knowledge and wisdom).

6-2. Mocking in the Gospel Injil.

Gospel of Matthew 5:11 Blessed are you (the righteous), when people insult you, and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me (when they reject Allaah by rejecting Prophet Jesus Isa who is a messenger from Allaah).

Gospel of Matthew 5:12 Rejoice, and be very glad: because great is your reward in heaven: because in the same way they (persecute and insult you they) persecuted (and insulted) the (righteous) prophets before you.

6-3. Mocking in the Koran Quran.

Note 2. The punishment for mocking the messengers of Allaah comes from Allaah not from humans.

Note 3. The punishment for mocking the prophets of Allaah comes from Allaah not from humans.

Quran 17:53 Ayah 17:53 Tell My (Allaah’s) servants (the humans) to speak in the best manner (with each other) because Satan Shaitan makes disagreement among them (humans). Satan Shaitan is a clear enemy against humans.

Quran 25:72 Ayah 25:72 “… and when they (the righteous) pass near bad speech, they pass by with dignity (without using bad words).

Comment 7. See Quran 2:14 – 2:20 and Quran 2:79

Quran 2:14 Ayah 2:14 And when they (the hypocrites who say one thing but they believe the opposite of what they say) meet those who believe, they say, “We believe” but when they are alone with those who are evil-doers (their own people), they say, "We are really with you, we were only mocking them (the followers of Prophet Muhammad).”

Comment 1. See Quran 2:13 comments.

Quran 2:15 Ayah 2:15 Because of their mockery Allaah leaves those (hypocrites) who mock (the followers of Prophet Muhammad) to wander blindly (with no genuine faith in Allaah).

Comment 1. See Quran 2:13 comments.

Quran 2:16 Ayah 2:16 These (hypocrites) are the people who exchange good guidance for error (because they have done wrong, they have lost the guidance of Allaah) and gained nothing from the deal (whatever they do in this life shall bring no gain in the hereafter) because they are on the wrong path (with no genuine faith in Allaah).

Comment 1. See Quran 2:13 comments.

Quran 2:17 Ayah 2:17 They (the hypocrites who say one thing but they believe the opposite thing) are like the person that lights a fire and when the light is around them (they say they have faith and understanding), then Allaah takes away their light and leaves them in darkness (because they have no faith) so they cannot see (they cannot understand).

Comment 1. See Quran 2:13 comments.

Quran 2:18 Ayah 2:18 They (the hypocrites who say one thing but they believe the opposite thing) are deaf (they cannot hear “understand” the truth from the messenger of Allaah), dumb (they cannot speak the truth), and blind (they cannot see the true path to Allaah’s guidance) and (they) cannot return (to the right path of Allaah’s guidance).

Comment 1. See Quran 2:13 comments.

Quran 2:19 Ayah 2:19 Like a rainstorm from the sky within which is darkness (disbelief in Allaah), thunder (the threat of punishment) and lightning (the clear revelations of Allaah), they (the hypocrites who say one thing but they believe the opposite of what they say) put their fingers in their ears (they do not listen) against the thunder (the threat of punishment) for fear of death (by leaving the guidance of Allaah). Allaah (the one with all knowledge and power) encompasses those without faith (in Allaah, no one can escape from Allaah).

Comment 1. See Quran 2:13 comments.

Quran 2:20 Ayah 2:20 The lightning almost takes away their sight from them (the hypocrites who say one thing but they believe the opposite thing). Whenever it (the Quran) lights (the path) they (can see briefly and they say they have faith and) they walk (a few steps) but when it becomes dark (because of something they do not want to hear) they standstill (because they have no real faith). If Allaah willed He (Allaah) could have taken away their hearing and their sight (as He took away their ability to hear the truth and their ability to see the true path to Allaah’s guidance). Allaah has power over all things.

Comment 1. See Quran 2:13 comments.

Quran 2:21 Verse 2:21 O humans, worship your Lord (Allaah), who created you and (created) those (humans) before you so that you may fear and obey Him (Allaah, by doing right and avoiding wrong).

Quran 2:22 Ayah 2:22 Allaah is the one who has made the earth a resting place for you and made the sky like a canopy and (who) causes water to pour down from the sky to produce fruits as food for you. So do not worship (do not pray to) idols or (so called) partners (of Allaah such as prophets, sons, mothers, saints etc) as equals to Allaah (now that you know Allaah is the creator and the only one with the power to hear prayer).

Quran 2:23 Ayah 2:23 And if you are in doubt concerning that which We (Allaah through Angel Gabriel Jibril) have revealed to Our servant (Prophet Muhammad) then produce a chapter like it (the Quran) and call your witnesses (and the gods you mistakenly worship) other than Allaah (the creator of every creation) if you are truthful (in your belief that the Quran is invented by a human).

Quran 2:24 Ayah 2:24 But if you cannot do it and you never shall, then guard yourself against the fire and stones prepared in the hereafter (as punishment) for those without faith (in Allaah).

Quran 2:25 Ayah 2:25 And give the good news to those who believe and who do good deeds that they shall have gardens in which rivers flow in Paradise. Every time they are given a fruit (to eat in Paradise) they shall say, “This is what was given to us before” and it will be like it (like the food they enjoyed before on the Earth) and they shall live forever with purified (sinless) companions in Paradise (where human souls will have no menstruation, no stool, no urine and no sweat).

Quran 2:26 Ayah 2:26 From Allaah come stories that give guidance, these are stories about things as small as a mosquito to stories about larger things and those who believe know it is the truth from Allaah but those who have no faith say, “What does Allaah want to teach us in this story?” (Meaning- “What use is there in this story?”) By this He (Allaah) causes many to go on the wrong path and many He (Allaah) guides to the right path. The people who are misled (on the wrong path) are those people who are disobedient to Allaah.

Comment 1. What does truth mean?

Truth means these are not invented stories.

Truth means these are the stories inspired by belief in Allaah.

Truth means these stories can be found in the Books of Allaah, the Torah Taurat Jewish Bible and the Gospel Injil Christian Bible.

Quran 26:196 Ayah 26:196 It (the revelations from Allaah in the Quran) is (also) in the Scriptures of the people of the past (in the Torah Taurat and the Gospel Injil).
Quran 41:43 Ayah 41:43 Nothing is said (by Allaah) to you (Prophet Muhammad) except what has already been said to the messengers before you. Your Lord (Allaah) is the possessor of forgiveness and severe punishment.

Quran 2:27 Ayah 2:27 Those who break the laws of Allaah’s covenant (agreement) after accepting them, and who stop doing what Allaah ordered them to do and who misbehave on the earth, they are the losers (in the hereafter).

Comment 1. Punishment for Apostasy is from Allaah not from humans for the apostate who made no crime and did not fight Muslims.

In the Quran Allaah ordered freedom of religious belief 1400 years before the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

However incorrect understanding of the Quran and the hadith can cause wrongful killing of people in the name of Allaah and in the name of human hadith stories.

See: Apostasy in Islam.

298d allaah/ayah https://sites.google.com/site/islamandthequran/apostasy-in-islam-d

Quran 2:28 Ayah 2:28 How can you disbelieve in Allaah? You were dead (you did not exist) and He (Allaah) gave you life. Then He (Allaah) shall give you death, then again He (Allaah) shall bring you to life (in the hereafter) and to Him (Allaah) you shall return.

Quran 2:29 Ayah 2:29 He (Allaah) created for you (humans) all that is on Earth. Moreover He (Allaah) directed Himself to the (design of the) heaven and He (Allaah) made them seven heavens. He (Allaah) has knowledge of everything.

Comment 1. What are the seven heavens and the seven earths?

See Quran 65:12 comments.

Quran 2:30 Ayah 2:30 And (Prophet Muhammad) when your Lord (Allaah) said to the angels, "I am going to place a caretaker (humans) on the earth," they (the angels) said (out of curiosity), "Shall You (Allaah) place on the earth those who shall misbehave and shed blood (as a result of giving them free will) while we (the angels who never disobey Allaah, continue to) glorify You (Allaah) with praises and thanks? He (Allaah) said, "I (Allaah) know what you (the angels) do not know (about My plan to give humans the ability to gain knowledge with kindness and gain wisdom with mercy and reward those humans who follow the example of forgiveness and mercy that Allaah has given to them)."

Quran 2:31 Ayah 2:31 And He (Allaah) taught Adam the names of all the things and then He (Allaah) showed those things to the angels and said (to the angels), "Truthfully tell Me (Allaah) the names of these things."

Quran 2:32 Ayah 2:32 Then the angels said, “Glory be to You (Allaah), we have no knowledge except what You (Allaah) have taught us. Truly only You (Allaah) are all knowing and all wise."

Quran 2:33 Ayah 2:33 Allaah said, “O Adam, tell them (tell the angles) the names of these things” and when he (Adam) said their names, Allaah said (to the angels) “Did I (Allaah) not tell you that I (Allaah) know the unseen in the heavens and the earth and I (Allaah) know what you reveal and what you conceal (meaning Allaah knows all things)?"

Quran 2:34 Ayah 2:34 And when We (Allaah) said to the angels, “Prostrate (bow) yourselves in front of Adam” they prostrated (bowed) except Iblis (later known as Satan Shaitan) who refused because he was proud (arrogant) and (he) rejected faith (in Allaah’s command).

Comment 1. Satan Shaitan was arrogant because he believed he was superior to Adam.

Arrogance leads to misguidance because the arrogant follow their desires instead of following the example of Allaah.

Quran 2:35 Ayah 2:35 And We (Allaah) said, "O Adam, you and your wife (Eve Hawa) shall live in the garden of Paradise and (you can) eat freely wherever you want but do not come near this tree or you both shall be wrongdoers."

Quran 2:36 Ayah 2:36 But Satan caused (with Allaah’s permission) them (Adam and Eve Hawa to have their faith in Allaah tested after they were warned not to go to the tree) to slip (to sin and fall) from Paradise and We (Allaah) said “Go down as enemies between yourselves (Satan Shaitan and humans) and Earth shall be your home with provisions where you shall live for a time.”

Quran 2:37 Ayah 2:37 Then Adam received from his Lord words (of guidance) and his Lord (Allaah) forgave him. Truly Allaah is the One who forgives and He (Allaah) is the Most Merciful.

Comment 1. The first time Allaah forgave human sin was in the time of Adam and Eve Hawa.

Adam was the first human and he disobeyed Allaah.

Allaah taught Adam how to ask for forgiveness and how to repent and Adam was forgiven by Allaah.

As the first human to have talked with Allaah he is the first Prophet because he is the first to carry Allaah’s instructions to the first generation of humans.

Comment 2. Allaah forgave the great sin of Moses Musa and David Dawud.

Moses Musa killed a man in Egypt, and he asked Allaah for forgiveness and he repented to Allaah and was forgiven by Allaah and later became Allaah’s Prophet.

David Dawud committed adultery (the sin of ewe) and then arranged for the killing of the husband but he asked Allaah for forgiveness and he repented to Allaah and was forgiven by Allaah and later became Allaah’s Prophet.

Comment 3. After Moses Musa came King David Dawud.

King David asked Allaah to forgive his sin of adultery and murder.

Quran 38:24 Ayah 38:24 (King David Dawud) said, “He has done wrong by demand your (one) ewe (female sheep) and adding it to his (ninety nine) ewes (female sheep). Many brothers (in religion) oppress one another except those who believe (in Allaah) and do good deeds, and they are few. And then David Dawud understood that We (Allaah) were telling (a story) about him (and what King David Dawud did to Uriah the Hittite and his wife Bath-sheba) and he (King David Dawud) asked forgiveness of his Lord (Allaah) and he bowed (prostrating) and repented (to Allaah for his sins).

Quran 38:25 Ayah 38:25 So We (Allaah) forgave him (King David Dawud) and he is near to Us (Allaah’s mercy) and (for David Dawud there is) a happy place of return (to Allaah and Paradise).

Comment 4. The story of the ewe (the sin of adultery and murder).

In the story of the ewe (the sin of adultery), King David admits his sins to Prophet Nathan so King David had not yet been appointed a Prophet when he committed the sins of adultery and murder as described in the Torah Taurat and the prophets and the writings (Old Bible, Old Testament, Hebrew Bible, Jewish Bible) in Second Samuel 12:1 – 12:13 and 11.1 – 11:21.

Hebrew Bible 2 Samuel Surah 12:9 (Prophet Nathan delivered Allaah’s message and said to King David Dawud) Why have you despised the word of the LORD (Allaah), to do that which is evil in My (Allaah’s) sight? Uriah the Hittite you have killed with the sword, and his wife you have taken to be your wife, and him (Uriah the Hittite) you have killed with (by using) the sword of the children of Ammon.

Hebrew Bible 2 Samuel Surah 12:13 And David Dawud said to Prophet Nathan: “I have sinned against the LORD (Allaah).” And Prophet Nathan said to David Dawud: “The LORD (Allaah) has put away your sin; you shall not die.”

Note 1. Allaah forgave King David Dawud for adultery and murder.

Allaah forgives King David Dawud for adultery and murder and Allaah does not decree stoning to death for adultery and murder. Why?

King David Dawud sincerely asked for forgiveness from Allaah and repented for his sins so Allaah gave King David Dawud another punishment.

Allaah uses the man who will later become Allaah’s prophet to show humans how to ask Allaah for forgiveness and how to repent for the sins of adultery and murder.

Allaah shows humans that He (Allaah) is truly the Most Merciful.

See 1. Allaah forgives adultery

In the Quran the law for illegal sexual intercourse for unmarried Muslims is Quran 4:15 – 4:18.

In the Quran the law for adultery by married Muslims is Quran 4:25 and 24:1 – 24:2.

Forgiveness for all sins is confirmed in Quran 3:135  3:136, 4:17 – 4:18, 4:110, 25:68 – 25:71.

http://sites.google.com/site/islamandthequran/quran-surah-24-stoning-to-death-for-adultery-is-not-in-al-quran

Comment 5. Only Allaah is infallible.

The sin of mistakenly praying to what Allaah created instead of correctly praying to Allaah who is the creator of every creation.

In the Torah Taurat, the Gospel Injil and the Koran Quran Allaah teaches humans not to make His (Allaah’s) prophets into idols of worship or into infallible humans.

Only Allaah is infallible and only Allaah should be worshipped.

Allaah teaches that after humans have made great sins Allaah not only forgives genuine repentance but also gave some such people such as Moses and David the honour of becoming a prophet of Allaah.

Quran 2:38 Ayah 2:38 We (Allaah) said, "Go out all of you (Adam and Eve Hawa and Satan Shaitan) from Paradise, then whenever there is guidance to you from Me (Allaah) whoever follows My (Allaah’s) guidance shall have no fear and shall not grieve (in the Hereafter).”

Comment 1. The first time Allaah promised returning humans back to eternal life was in the time of Adam and Eve Hawa.

Allaah forgave the first human sin as proof that Allaah is the most merciful.

Quran 2:39 Ayah 2:39 But those (like Satan Shaitan) who have no faith and deny Our (Allaah’s) revelations shall live (forever) in fire in the hereafter.

Quran 2:40 Ayah 2:40 O Children of Israel (the Jews, the Hebrews), remember My (Allaah’s) favour when I (Allaah) favoured you (by sending My revelations to you)? Fulfill the covenant (agreement) between you (the Children of Israel, the Jews, the Hebrews) and Me (Allaah) and I (Allaah) shall continue to fulfill our agreements and fear (no one but) Me (Allaah).

Comment 1. The promise of Allaah to the Children of Israel.

Allaah promises to fulfill his covenant (agreement) with the Children of Israel (the Jews, the Hebrews) if they also fulfill Allaah’s covenant (agreement) in the Torah and fear only Allaah.

Quran 2:41 Ayah 2:41 And believe in what I (Allaah) have revealed (in the Quran) that confirms what you already have (in the Torah, Old Bible, Old Testament) and do not be the first (of the people of the Book, the Jews of Yathrib Arabia today Medina Saudi Arabia) to disbelieve it (meaning, do not be the first to deny Allaah’s revelations to Prophet Muhammad), and do not let go of My revelations (Allaah’s word) for a little gain (meaning, do not reject Allaah and the hereafter because of pride arrogance or jealousy in this first life). Keep your duty to Me (Allaah).

Comment 1. Allaah tells us that the Koran Quran confirms what is in the Torah Taurat.

This means that Allaah has protected His Koran Quran and His Torah Taurat.

Allaah protects His (Allaah’s) word.

No one has the power to change the word of Allaah.

If humans could change the word of Allaah in the Torah Taurat or the Gospel Injil or the Koran Quran then no revelation could be trusted.

The Torah, Gospel and Quran support each other because they are from Allaah.

See Quran 2:5 comments

Quran 2:42 Ayah 2:42 And (Jews of Yathrib Arabia) do not mix up truth with falsehood and do not hid the truth (that Prophet Muhammad is a messenger of Allaah) when you know it is true.

Quran 2:43 Ayah 2:43 And be consistent in prayer and charity and bow down your heads together with all who worship Me (Allaah the one who is your creator).

Quran 2:44 Ayah 2:44 How, while you recite the scriptures (of Allaah’s commands), can you tell people to follow the scriptures while you forget to follow it yourselves? Have you no sense?

Quran 2:45 Ayah 2:45 And seek assistance through patience and prayer; this is difficult except for people who are humble (satisfied and happy to obey Allaah).

Quran 2:46 Ayah 2:46 And who are sure that they shall meet their Lord (Allaah) and that they shall return to Him (Allaah, in the hereafter).

Quran 2:47 Ayah 2:47 O Children of Israel (the Jews, the Hebrews), remember My (Allaah’s) favour when I (Allaah) favoured you above all others (by sending My revelations to you).

Quran 2:48 Ayah 2:48 And guard yourselves against a Day (the Day of Judgment) when your soul cannot get help from anyone, when none can intercede for your soul and when no compensation shall be accepted or (outside) help given (in the hereafter).

Quran 2:49 Ayah 2:49 And remember when We (Allaah) rescued you (the Children of Israel, the Jews, the Hebrews) from the people of the Pharaoh Firon (the King of Egypt) who gave you hard tasks and punishments, killing your sons and spared your women. This was a great trial (test) from your Lord (Allaah).

Quran 2:50 Ayah 2:50 And remember when We (Allaah) separated the (Red) sea (between Egypt and the Sinai Peninsula) for you (the Children of Israel, the Jews, the Hebrews) and rescued you and drowned the followers of the Pharaoh Firon as you looked on.

Quran 2:51 Ayah 2:51 And remember when We (Allaah) appointed for Prophet Moses Musa forty nights and when he was away you (the Children of Israel, the Jews, the Hebrews) took a calf (as an idol) and worshipped it as your god and you did (this) great wrong.

Comment 1. See: Prophet Moses Musa, The Ten Commandments, the messenger Angel Samil, Samiri and the calf in the Koran Quran.

296d allaah/ayah https://sites.google.com/site/islamandthequran/who-is-the-messenger-in-samiri-and-the-calf-in-the-quran

Quran 2:52 Ayah 2:52 Then after that (great wrong) We (Allaah) forgave you (the Children of Israel, the Jews, the Hebrews) so that you might be thankful.

Quran 2:53 Ayah 2:53 And remember when We (Allaah) gave Prophet Moses Musa the Scripture (the Torah Taurat) of right and wrong so that you (the Children of Israel, the Jews, the Hebrews) would be rightly guided.

Comment 1. What would happen if Allaah did not protect the Torah Taurat?

If Allaah did not protect the Torah Taurat then no one with a Torah Taurat could use it to confirm the truthfulness of the Gospel Injil or the Koran Quran because their words would be different.

Comment 2. What would happen in the hereafter if Allaah did not protect the Torah Taurat?

If Allaah did not protect the Torah Taurat then people in the Hereafter who received the Torah Taurat would say we did not believe the Gospel Injil or the Koran Quran because their words were different to the Torah Taurat and we were promised that no one can change the word of Allaah in the Torah Taurat.

Comment 3. Allaah gave the Torah Taurat.

This means that Allaah has protected His Torah Taurat.

Allaah protects His (Allaah’s) word.

No one has the power to change the word of Allaah.

If humans could change the word of Allaah in the Torah or the Gospel or the Quran then no revelation could be trusted.

The Torah, Gospel and Quran support each other because they are from Allaah.

See Quran 2:41 comments

Quran 2:54 Ayah 2:54 And remember when Prophet Moses Musa said to his people (the Children of Israel, the Jews, the Hebrews), "My people, truly you have been wrong to worship the calf (the golden idol made in the image of a calf), so repent to your creator by killing (the guilty) yourselves, that shall be better for you in the sight of your Creator (Allaah)." Then your Creator (Allaah) forgave you, He (Allaah) accepts repentance and He (Allaah) is Most Merciful.

Comment 1. The story of the punishment Allaah ordered for those among the Children of Israel, the Jews, the Hebrews who worshipped the golden calf near Mount Sinai is remembered in the Old Bible, Old Testament, Hebrew Bible, Jewish Bible in Torah Exodus Surah 32 Ayahs 19 – 28 and is confirmed in the Quran).

Comment 2. The stories of punishment from Allaah are a lesson only, they are not an order for humans to copy.

Only Allaah through His prophets had the right, wisdom and knowledge to give such punishments.

Today no one has the right, wisdom and knowledge to copy a punishment that only Allaah and His prophets had the right to give.

Comment 3. Today there are no more prophets of Allaah who order such punishments because Allaah today has given every human freedom to choose their religion (belief).

In the Quran Allaah ordered freedom of religious belief 1400 years before the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

However incorrect understanding of the Quran and the hadith can cause wrongful killing of people in the name of Allaah and in the name of human hadith stories.

See: Apostasy in Islam in Quran 2:27 comments.

Comment 4. Today the word of Allaah is in the Torah, Gospel and the Quran for all humans to consider and Allaah’s judgement of each human shall come on the Day of Judgement.

See: The Golden Calf and the punishment of the guilty near Mount Sinai 3200 years ago http://www.chabad.org/library/article_cdo/aid/246635/jewish/The-Golden-Calf.htm

Quran 2:55 Ayah 2:55 And remember when you (some among the Children of Israel) said, "Prophet Moses Musa, we shall not believe you until we see Allaah ourselves," so death took you as you tried to look (at Allaah, after you were warned not to look at Allaah).

Comment 1. No one on Earth can look at Allaah and live means no one on Earth can enter a site that Allaah has made Holy for the purpose of communication with humans unless they have been invited to enter.

Allaah is not a creation that the human eye can see.

To ask to see Allaah invites idol worship of something that is a creation.

Prophet Moses Musa saw Allaah not as a creation but in a special way which Allaah makes known through angels.

Nothing that is a creation is Allaah because Allaah is the creator of every creation.

Torah Exodus 19:21 And the LORD (Allaah) said to Prophet Moses Musa: 'Go down (from Mount Sinai) and warn the people in case they break through to gaze at the LORD (Allaah), and many of them die.

Torah Exodus 19:22 And let the priests also, that come near to the LORD (Allaah), sanctify themselves (make themselves Holy), in case the LORD (Allaah) comes on them (with death).'

Torah Exodus 19:23 And Prophet Moses Musa said to the LORD (Allaah): 'The people cannot come up to Mount Sinai; because you did warn us, saying: Set bounds around the mount (mountain), and sanctify it (make it Holy).'

Torah Exodus 19:24 And the LORD (Allaah) said to him (Prophet Moses Musa): 'Go, down, and come back up, you, and Prophet Aaron Harun with you; but do not let the priests and the people break through (the boundary around the mountain) to come up to (gaze at) the LORD (Allaah), in case He (Allaah) comes upon them (with death).'

Torah Exodus 19:25 So Prophet Moses Musa went down to the people, and told them.

Comment 2. Jewish Rabbinical literature in 6th century Arabia in the Koran Quran.

Quran 2:55 and 2:56 is a story of the rabbis and teachers of the Jews of Yathrib Arabia which has been preserved in the Quran to reveal how some of the children of Israel disobeyed the warning not to go past the boundary around Mount Sinai to gaze at Allaah.

Allaah sometimes uses stories not in the Torah Taurat but in the Jewish Rabbinical literature of Arabia as a way of showing that the Quran is for all humans including the Jews of Yathrib Arabia who knew this story from their rabbis and teachers.

Jewish Rabbinical literature are the writings of Rabbis that answer questions not answered in the Torah Taurat.

Comment 3. Quran 2:55 and 2:56 explains why the people did not want to see Allaah in Torah Exodus 20:15 after they had insisted they wanted to see Allaah before they would believe Prophet Moses Musa.

Torah Exodus 20:15 And they (the children of Israel) said to Prophet Moses Musa: 'You speak with us, and we will hear; but do not let Allaah speak with us, in case we die.'

Comment 4. In the Hereafter those granted Paradise will see Allaah in a special way.

Allaah will be visible in a special way in the Hereafter.

Quran 75:22 Ayah 75:22 Some faces on that Day (of Resurrection and Judgement) shall be bright (with happiness).

Quran 75:23 Ayah 75:23 Looking at their Lord (Allaah).

Comment 5. In the Hereafter those granted Hell will not see Allaah.

Allaah will be visible in a special way in the Hereafter.

Quran 2:174 Ayah 2:174 Those (Jews of Yathrib, Medina, Arabia) who hide (during their arguments, discussions or teachings, something of) the Scripture that Allaah revealed have exchanged it (the truth of Allaah’s revelations) for a small price (of worldly gain such as profit, pride or fame because of arrogance, jealousy or dishonesty) and they fill their stomach with nothing but fire (evil). Allaah shall not speak to them on the Day of Resurrection (because of Allaah’s anger for what they said about Allaah and His messengers), nor clean them (of their sins), and theirs shall be a painful punishment (in the hereafter).

Quran 83:15 Ayah 83:15 No (those stories of the past were not from people but were inspired in humans by Allaah in the Torah Taurat and the Gospel Injil and the Koran Quran). On that Day (of Judgement) they (the wrongdoers) shall be partitioned from (the mercy of) their Lord (Allaah, and they shall not be given the pleasure of seeing Allaah’s mercy because they had no love of Allaah and no fear of Allaah and no belief in Allaah).

5-1. What did some Jews in Yathrib Arabia say against Allaah and His messengers?

Quran 3:181 Ayah 3:181 (When the Muslims were collecting donations for the war effort against the stone idol worshippers from Makkah in defence of Yathrib Arabia today Medina Saudi Arabia) Allaah surly heard the saying of (some of) those (Jews of Yathrib Arabia) who said, "Allaah is poor and we are rich." We (Allaah) shall record their saying and their (boasting of their) wrongful killing of the prophets and We (Allaah) shall say (to them in the hereafter) suffer the punishment of Hell fire (for what you said about Allaah and about Allaah’s prophets).

Quran 3:182 Ayah 3:182 This (judgement of Allaah in the hereafter) is the consequence of your own doing. Allaah is never unjust to His servants (people, creatures).

Note 1. Quran 4:157, Ayah 4:157 And they (some of the Jews of Yathrib Arabia) said (showing their disbelief in the messenger Prophet Muhammad and his followers by boasting), "We killed messiah Jesus Isa, son of Mary Mariam, the messenger of Allaah" ….”

Note 2. Not all the Jews of Yathrib are the same, some are righteous. See Quran 3:113 – 3:115.

5-2. Punishment for words against Allaah and His messengers come from Allaah not from humans.

See Quran 2:174 in comment 5 and Quran 3:182 - 3:183 in comment 5-1.

Comment 6. In what way did Moses Musa see Allaah?

Quran 6:103 Ayah 6:103 Nobody (in this world) can see Him (Allaah) but He (Allaah) can see everything (that He has created). He (Allaah) is subtle (Allaah’s will is revealed every second) and He (Allaah) is aware of all things.

Note 1. Allaah does not need eyes to see so the words "Allaah can see" means Allaah knows everything.

Note 2. Prophet Moses Musa saw Allaah does not mean that Allaah was physically seen but means Prophet Moses Musa communicated with Allaah.

Note 3. Everything between creations and the creator is mediated through the angels of Allaah.

Gospel of Matthew 23:9 And call no one on earth your father (Allaah), because there is only one father (Allaah) for you, the heavenly one.

Note 1. Allaah is not in one place but to show that Jesus (Isa) who is speaking on the Earth is not Allaah the expression Allaah in heaven is used.

Note 2. Prophet Moses Musa saw Allaah does not mean that Allaah was physically seen but means Moses Musa communicated with Allaah.

Note 3. Everything between creations and the creator is mediated through the angels of Allaah.

Comment 7. Why did Allaah kill people for looking at Allaah?

Allaah killed people for looking at Allaah means Allaah killed people who entered a site that Allaah has made Holy for the purpose of communication with humans if they had not been invited to enter.

7-1. Before the time of Prophet Moses Musa Allaah revealed to Prophet Abraham Ibrahim that only the guilty are punished.

Torah Genesis 18:24 If there are fifty innocent people in the city, will you destroy the whole city? Won't you spare it in order to save the fifty?

Torah Genesis 18:25 Surely you won't kill the innocent with the guilty. That's impossible! You can't do that. If you did, the innocent would be punished along with the guilty. That is impossible. The judge of all the earth has to act justly.”

Torah Genesis 18:26 The Lord (Allaah) answered, “If I find fifty innocent people in Sodom, I will spare the whole city for their sake.”

Torah Genesis 18:27 Abraham Ibrahim spoke again: “Please forgive my boldness in continuing to speak to you, Lord (Allaah). I am only a man and have no right to say anything.

Torah Genesis 18:28 But perhaps there will be only forty-five innocent people instead of fifty. Will you destroy the whole city because there are five too few?”

The Lord (Allaah) answered, “I will not destroy the city if I find forty-five innocent people.”

Torah Genesis 18:29 Abraham Ibrahim spoke again: “Perhaps there will be only forty.”

He (Allaah) replied, “I will not destroy it if there are forty.”

Torah Genesis 18:30 Abraham Ibrahim said, “Please don't be angry, Lord (Allaah), but I must speak again. What if there are only thirty?”

He (Allaah) said, “I will not do it if I find thirty.”

Torah Genesis 18:31 Abraham Ibrahim said, “Please forgive my boldness in continuing to speak to you, Lord (Allaah). Suppose that only twenty are found?”

He (Allaah) said, “I will not destroy the city if I find twenty.”

Torah Genesis 18:32 Abraham Ibrahim said, “Please don't be angry, Lord (Allaah), and I will speak only once more. What if only ten are found?”

He (Allaah) said, “I will not destroy it (the city) if there are ten (innocent people).”

Torah Genesis 18:33 After he had finished speaking with Abraham Ibrahim, the Lord (Allaah) went away, and Abraham Ibrahim returned home.

Note 1. In the Torah Taurat human actions that will result in the sudden killing of innocent people together with wrongdoers is not acceptable in the eyes of Allaah.

7-2. Allaah also revealed that every creation has a predetermined period of time on the Earth.

Deuteronomy 32:39 See now that I (Allaah), namely  I, am He, and there is no Allaah with Me (One Allaah alone is the creator and ruler of every creation); I kill, and I make alive; I have wounded, and I heal; and there is none that can deliver (what I have decreed) out of My hand.

7-3. Allaah revealed that everything that is Holy must be correctly treated.

Torah Numbers 4:17 And the LORD (Allaah) spoke to Prophet Moses Musa and to Prophet Aaron Harun, saying:

Torah Numbers 4:18 'Do not cut yourselve off from the tribe of the families of the Kohathites from among the Levites;

Torah Numbers 4:19 but do to them (teach so), that they may live, and not die, when they approach to the most holy things: Aaron Harun and his sons shall go in, and appoint each one to his service and to his work;

Torah Numbers 4:20 but they shall not go in to see the holy things as they are being covered, in case they die.'

Note 1. Death comes not from humans but from Allaah to the priest who does not care for the Ark of Allaah as he has been taught.

Note 2. Death comes not from humans but from Allaah to any person who disrespects the Ark of Allaah by incorrectly touching it or looking inside it.

Hebrew Bible 1 Samuel 6:19 And He (Allaah) killed of the men of Beth-shemesh (in Judah), because they had gazed upon the ark of the LORD (Allaah), He (Allaah) killed of the people seventy men; and (for people in a small village where every person knew each other the pain was as if Allaah had killed) fifty thousand men, and the people mourned, because the LORD (Allaah) had struck a great blow upon the people (of this small agricultural community).

8. Punishment for incorrect behaviour towards Holy things comes from Allaah not from humans.

It is not permitted for humans to copy the punishments of Allaah.

The stories of the punishments of Allaah are lessons for humans.

The stories of the punishments of Allaah are not orders for humans to copy.

Humans do not have the wisdom of Allaah.

Humans do not have the authority of Allaah.

Allaah is the creator.

Humans are created.

When humans become arrogant they forget Allaah and act as if there is nothing more important and knowledgeable than themselves.

Quran 2:56
Ayah 2:56
Then We (Allaah) raised (resurrected) you (the Children of Israel) up after your death so that you might be thankful.

Comment 1. In the time of Prophet Moses Musa Allaah killed some among the children of Israel who violated Holy ground in Mount Sinai and then Allaah brought them back to life.

Allaah brought the children of Israel back to life so that they would be thankful to Allaah and so that they might return to the right path.

Allaah shows the children of Israel that Allaah can bring the dead back to life.

Comment 2. Allaah brings dead people back to life on the Earth. See Quran 2:72 – 2:73

Comment 3. See Quran 2:55 comments.

Quran 2:57 Ayah 2:57 And We (Allaah) made clouds that gave you (the Children of Israel) shade and We (Allaah) sent down manna (food from heaven) and quail to you and said, “Eat the good things that We (Allaah) have provided for you," but they (the Children of Israel disobeyed by not being thankful for the food that came from heaven and instead they asked for the old foods that they use to eat and so they) did not wrong Us (Allaah) but they wronged themselves (because they were not thankful to Allaah for what Allaah gave them).

Comment 1. Allaah in the Koran Quran is the same Allaah in the Torah Taurat.

Jewish Bible Torah Exodus 16:4 Then the LORD (Allaah) said to Prophet Moses Musa: “Look, I (Allaah) will cause bread to rain (down) from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a day's portion every day so that I (Allaah) may trial them, whether they will walk in My (Allaah’s) law, or not.

Comment 2. The people did what they wanted instead of obeying Allaah’s commands.

Quran 2:61 Ayah 2:61 And remember when you (the Children of Israel) said, "O Moses Musa, we cannot endure one kind of food so ask your Lord (Allaah) on our behalf to give us what the earth grows, its herbs, cucumbers, garlic, lentils and onions." He (Prophet Moses Musa) said "Would you exchange something that is better for you (food specially sent to you from heaven) with something not as good (the foods that you remember eating in earlier times)? Then go to any town and you shall find what you want." Humiliation, misery and the wrath of Allaah (anger of Allaah) was on them because they (the Children of Israel) continually disbelieved Allaah’s word by disobedience and rebelled (against Allaah) by killing Allaah’s prophets unjustly.

Quran 2:58 Ayah 2:58 And remember when We (Allaah) said, "Enter this town (in the country of Canaan, today known as Israel and Palestine) and eat freely whatever you (the Children of Israel) wish, but enter the gate in prostration (humbly bowing) and say 'forgive us,' and We (Allaah) shall forgive you (the Children of Israel of) your sins and increase the reward for those who do good."

Comment 1. The children of Israel in the Holy land.

The Holy land which Allaah has given to the Children of Israel.

Children of Israel enter the Holy land which Allaah has given to you.

Quran 5:21, Ayah 5:21 "O my people (the children of Israel), enter the holy land (Canaan, today known as Israel and Palestine) which Allaah has given to you and do not turn back (in fear of the people that are there) or you shall return as the losers."

Quran 7:161, Ayah 7:161 And it was said to them (the children of Israel), live in this town (in the country of Canaan, today known as Israel and Palestine) and eat anything you like that you find in it, and say "Relieve us of our burdens" and enter the gate (of the town) bowing humbly and then We (Allaah) shall forgive you your sins and We (Allaah) shall increase (the reward) for the doers of good.

Quran 2:59 Ayah 2:59 But those (of the Children of Israel) who did wrong exchanged Allaah’s word (with their own desires and ignored what Allaah had commanded them to do) which had been told to them and instead they followed their own desires and so We (Allaah) sent a punishment from heaven for their evil doing.

Comment 1. The children of Israel disobeyed Allaah’s commands.

The Holy land shall be forbidden to the children of Israel for forty years.

The Holy land shall be forbidden to the children of Israel for 40 years.

Quran 5:23 Ayah 5:23 Two among them (Joshua or Yashu bin Noon and Caleb or Kalab) who feared (Allaah) and on whom Allaah had bestowed His (Allaah’s) Grace said, “Enter (attack) through the gate and when you (the children of Israel) enter you shall be victorious. Put your trust (in Allaah) if you have faith (in Allaah).”

Quran 5:24 Ayah 5:24 They (the children of Israel) said, "O Prophet Moses Musa, as long as they are in it (Canaan, today known as Israel and Palestine) we (the children of Israel) shall never be able to enter it. You (Prophet Moses Musa) and your Lord (Allaah) go and fight and we (the children of Israel) shall sit here."

Quran 5:25 Ayah 5:25 He (Prophet Moses Musa) said, “My Lord (Allaah), I have control of none but myself and my brother (Prophet Aaron Harun), so distinguish between us and the disobedient people.”

Quran 5:26 Ayah 5:26 Allaah said, “For this (because the children of Israel fear fighting against the idol worshippers in Canaan more than they fear Allaah and for their continuous disobedience to Allaah) the land (the promised land of Canaan, today Israel and Palestine) shall be forbidden to them (the children of Israel) for forty years and they shall wander in the land (in the wilderness of the Sinai Peninsular, Sinai desert, as punishment from Allaah). So (Prophet Moses Musa) do not grieve for the disobedient people (among the children of Israel).”

Quran 2:60 Ayah 2:60 And remember, when Prophet Moses Musa asked (Allaah) for water for his people (the children of Israel, the Jews, the Hebrews), We (Allaah) told him to strike the rock with his staff, and twelve springs of water gushed out so that each of the tribes (the twelve tribes of the children of Israel) came to know its place of drinking. (And Prophet Moses Musa said) eat and drink the gifts from Allaah and do not spread conflict in the land.

Then go to any town and you shall find what you want." Humiliation, misery and the wrath of Allaah (anger of Allaah) was on them because they (the Children of Israel) disbelieved Allaah’s word by disobedience and rebellion and by killing Allaah’s prophets unjustly.

Comment 1. See Quran 2:57.

Quran 2:62 Ayah 2:62 Truly those (Muslims) who believed and those who are Jews, Christians and Sabians, whoever believed in Allaah and the Last Day (The Day of Resurrection) and did good deeds, they shall have their reward from their Lord, and they shall not fear or grieve in the hereafter.

Comment 1. Who goes to Paradise Jannah?

1. The Jews who believed in Allaah and did good deeds go to Paradise Jannah.
2. The Christians who believed in
Allaah and did good deeds go to Paradise Jannah.
3. The Sabians who believed in
Allaah and did good deeds go to Paradise Jannah.
4. The Muslims who believed in
Allaah and did good deeds go to Paradise Jannah.
5. Everyone who believed in
Allaah and did good deeds goes to Paradise Jannah.
6. This revelation is so important that Allaah has repeated it in Quran 5:69.
Quran 4:123 Ayah 4:123 (Entry to Paradise Jannah) shall not be based on your (the Muslim's) desires or on the desires of the people of the Scripture (the Jews and the Christians). (Instead) whoever does wrong (on the earth) shall earn (the punishment for the wrong) and that person shall not find any protector or helper other than Allaah (in the hereafter).

Quran 2:63 Ayah 2:63 And remember when We (Allaah) took your covenant (the agreement between the Children of Israel and Allaah) and We (Allaah) were on the Mountain (Mount Sinai) above you (saying), "Hold firm to what We (Allaah) have given you (in the Torah Taurat) and remember it so you may be righteous.”

Comment 1. Looking from the top of the mountain the people below are described as being “under the mountain” – meaning below the mountain).

Comment 2. Quran 2:63 confirms what is “remembered” in the Torah Taurat in relation to Allaah’s revelation on the mountain (Mount Horeb, Mount Sinai) in Torah Deuteronomy 4:11, Torah Exodus 19.18, 19:9 – 19:25, 20:15 – 20:19, 24:15 – 24:18 and in Torah Deuteronomy 4:11, 5: 2 – 5:5, 5:19 – 5:28, 9:10, 10:4).

Quran 2:64 Ayah 2:64 Then, even after that, you (the Children of Israel) turned away, and if it had not been for the kindness of Allaah and His (Allaah’s) mercy then you would have been among the losers (in the hereafter).

Comment 1. SeQuran 2:51 comments.

Quran 2:65 Ayah 2:65 And certainly you (the Children of Israel) have known that those among you who broke the Sabbath (between Friday sunset to Saturday sunset, the Jewish day of rest and praise to Allaah), We (Allaah) said to them, “Become apes, (be) despised and rejected (for working on the Sabbath).”

Comment 1. Jewish Rabbinical literature in 6th century Arabia in the Koran Quran.

Quran 2:65 and 2:66 is a story of the rabbis and teachers of the Jews of Yathrib Arabia which has been preserved in the Quran to reveal the story of Torah Nehemiah 13:18.

Comment 2. The Quran is a reminder of what is in the Torah Taurat.

The Quran is a confirmation of what came before it in the Torah Taurat.

Torah Nehemiah 13:14 Remember me (Nehemiah), O my Allaah, concerning this (good deed), and do not wipe out my good deeds that I have done for the house of my Allaah, and for your wards (the children of Israel).

Torah Nehemiah 13:15 In those days I saw in Judah (today Israel and Palestine) some (people) treading wine-presses on the Sabbath (Saturday, the Jewish day of rest and praise to Allaah), and (people) bringing in heaps of corn, and (people with) lading asses carrying wine, grapes, figs and all manner of burdens which they brought into Jerusalem on the Sabbath day and I warned them in the day (of their sin) when they sold (their) provisions.

Torah Nehemiah 13:16 There also lived there men from Tyre (today in Lebanon), who brought in fish, and all manner of ware, and sold on the Sabbath to the children of Judah and in Jerusalem.

Torah Nehemiah 13:17 Then I contended with the nobles of Judah, and said to them, “What evil thing is this that you do and disrespect the Sabbath day?”

Torah Nehemiah 13:18 “Did not your fathers do that? And did not our Allaah bring all this evil upon us and upon this city? Yet you bring more wrath (from Allaah) upon (the children of) Israel by disrespecting the Sabbath.”

Comment 3.Become apes, (be) despised and rejected (for working on the Sabbath)” means “Be despised and rejected by Me (Allaah) for breaking your covenant (agreement) with Me (Allaah).”

Comment 4. Allaah promises to fulfill his covenant (agreement) with the Children of Israel (the Jews, the Hebrews) if they also fulfill Allaah’s covenant (agreement) in the Torah and fear only Allaah.

Comment 5. See Apes monkeys and pigs swine in the Koran Quran.

300B allaah https://sites.google.com/site/islamandthequran/swine-and-apes-in-al-koran

Quran 2:66 Ayah 2:66 We (Allaah) made it a perfect punishment for those who witnessed it (the change from a human to an ape) and (for) those who came after it (who remember this story) and as a warning to the righteous (to honour their covenant, agreement with Allaah).

Comment 1. See Quran 2:65 comments.

Quran 2:67 Ayah 2:67 And remember when Prophet Moses Musa said to his people, "Truly Allaah commands that you sacrifice a cow” and they (the Children of Israel) said, “are you making fun of us?” and Prophet Moses Musa replied, “I seek the protection of Allaah from being one of the ignorant (like these people who are without faith).”

Comment 1. The Quran is a reminder of what is in the Torah Taurat.

The Quran is a confirmation of what came before it in the Torah Taurat.

Torah Numbers 19:1 And the Lord (Allaah) spoke to Prophet Moses Musa and to Prophet Aaron Harun, saying:

Torah Numbers 19:2 This is the statute of the law which the Lord (Allaah) has commanded, saying, Speak to the children of Israel, that they bring you a red heifer (a cow that has not had a calf), faultless, which has no blemish (no marks), and on which never came yoke (meaning which had never been made to do work).

Comment 2. Torah Deuteronomy 9:24 (Prophet Moses Musa said to the children of Israel), “You have been rebellious against the Lord (Allaah) from the day that I knew you”.

Quran 2:68 Ayah 2:68 They (the Children of Israel) said, “Ask your Lord (Allaah) for us to make it clear to us what kind of cow she is.” Prophet Moses Musa said, “He (Allaah) says, she is a cow not too old or too young but of middle age so do now what you are commanded.”

Quran 2:69 Ayah 2:69 They (the Children of Israel) said, “Ask your Lord (Allaah) for us to make it clear to us her colour.” Prophet Moses Musa said, “He (Allaah) says, she is a fawn-colored calf, pure and rich in the shade of its colour (the red shade of brown) and a delight to see.”

Comment 1. The Quran is a reminder of what is in the Torah Taurat.

Quran 2:70 Ayah 2:70 They (the Children of Israel) said, “Ask your Lord (Allaah) for us to make it clear to us what she is because to us the cows all look the same, we ask for guidance if Allaah wills.”

Quran 2:71 Ayah 2:71 Prophet Moses Musa said, "He (Allaah) says she is not trained to plough the soil or water the fields and she is sturdy without a mark on her." They (the Children of Israel) said, "Now you have brought the truth." Then they offered her in sacrifice, although they nearly decided not to.

Quran 2:72 Ayah 2:72 And remember when you killed a man and accused each other of it (the killing) and Allaah showed what you (the Children of Israel) were hiding (meaning, showed who the killer was).

Comment 1. Allaah shows the children of Israel that Allaah can bring the dead back to life.

Quran 2:73 Ayah 2:73 We (Allaah) said, "Hit the (dead) body with a piece of the sacrificed cow" and Allaah brought the dead to life and showed this to you (the Children of Israel) so that you may understand (that Allaah knows everything and you cannot hide anything from Allaah who is the creator of every creation). –

Comment 1. Allaah shows the children of Israel that Allaah can bring the dead people back to life.

Comment 2. Allaah brings dead people back to life on the Earth. See Quran 2:55 – 2:56

Quran 2:74 Ayah 2:74 After that, your hearts became hardened (against acceptance of the truth), like rocks and even harder (than rocks). There are rocks from which rivers gush, and there are rocks which split apart so that water flows and there are rocks which fall down for fear of Allaah (but your hearts are unmoved and not humbled to Allaah). Allaah knows what you do.

Quran 2:75 Ayah 2:75 Can you (the people of faith, the Muslims) hope that they (the Jews of Yathrib Arabia today Medina Saudi Arabia) can believe like you (sincerity believe in Allaah) when a group of them (Jewish rabbis in Yathrib) use to listen to the words of Allaah (in the Torah Taurat) and then (purposefully) distorted the (implementation of the) Torah Taurat after they clearly understood its meaning (meaning, they fall in and out of belief in the word of Allaah)?

Comment 1. Notice that Allaah is not saying that the Torah Taurat has been physically changed.

Allaah is saying that the interpretation of the Torah Taurat was changed in the mind (in the heart) of some of the Jews of Yathrib because they no longer followed what the Torah Taurat commanded.

This is the meaning of “distorting the Torah Taurat.”

Other references in the Quran such as "some can see and others cannot see" refer to people that read the Torah Taurat or the Gospel Injil or the Koran Quran in a way where Allaah has allowed some people to understand what they read while other people who read the same verses shall not know that Allaah has put a covering on their heart so that they cannot correctly understand what they read.

Comment 2. Allaah confirms that the Torah Taurat is from Allaah.

Allaah protects Allaah’s word.

No one has the power to change the word of Allaah.

If humans could change the word of Allaah in the Torah Taurat or the Gospel Injil; or the Koran Quran then no revelation could be trusted.

Comment 3. See Quran 2:5 comments.

Quran 2:76 Ayah 2:76 And when they (the hypocrites from among the Jews of Yathrib, Arabia today Medina, Saudi Arabia who say one thing but they believe the opposite thing) meet those (Muslims who live in Yathrib) who have faith, they (the hypocrites from among the Jews of Yathrib) say “We also believe (in Allaah)” but when they (the hypocrites from among the Jews of Yathrib) are alone with their own people (then those that are righteous among the Jews of Yathrib that are not hypocrites and who love Allaah) say (to the Jewish hypocrites), “Do you talk to them (the Muslims) about what Allaah has revealed (only for the purpose) so that they (the Muslims) can argue about it with you (the Jews of Yathrib) in front of your Lord (Allaah), have you no sense (to argue about Allaah in this way because in the hereafter you might be asked, “If you really believed in Allaah then why did you not talk honestly and sincerely about Allaah with Allaah’s followers among the Muslims and Allaah’s messenger Prophet Muhammad?”).

Note 1. See Quran 2:13 comments.

Quran 2:77 Ayah 2:77 Do they (the Jews of Yathrib) not know that Allaah knows what they hid and what they reveal (in this and all other matters)?

Quran 2:78 Ayah 2:78 And among them (the lettered Jews of Yathrib Arabia today Medina Saudi Arabia, the Jews with religious knowledge in Yathrib Arabia, the Jews who are educated in the Scriptures) are unlettered people (ummiyyoona, Ummiyyun, ommiyyoona, Jews who are uneducated in the Scripture, Jewish people who have not studied the Jewish Scriptures, Jews) who do not know the Scripture except from what they heard others say and (with that small knowledge) they do nothing but conjecture (guess and speculate about the meaning of the Scriptures because they have not studied the Torah Taurat as every Jew should have studied).

Comment 1. Unlettered Ummi does not mean cannot read and write.

Unlettered Ummi means uneducated in the Book of Allaah.

Before the Quran Prophet Muhammad was unlettered meaning he was not educated in the book of Allaah.

After the Quran Prophet Muhammad was lettered meaning he was educated in the book of Allaah.

A Jew or Christian or Muslim who is not educated in the book of Allaah is an unlettered Jew or unlettered Christian or unlettered Muslim.

A Jew or Christian or Muslim who is educated in the book of Allaah is a lettered Jew or lettered Christian or lettered Muslim.

Prophet Muhammad is the unlettered prophet because he was not educated in the book of Allaah until the Quran was revealed to him.

When the Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad he was lettered meaning educated in the book of Allaah.

See 1. What does Ummi mean?

What does lettered and unlettered mean?

Unlettered does not mean a person who cannot read and write.

Unlettered ummi does not mean a community that cannot read and write.

There are people in every ummi who can read and write that is why writing containing announcements were placed on the wall of the Kabah to be read by those who could read in the time of Prophet Muhammad.

1a. The confusion about the meaning of unlettered ummi is the same confusion that exists about the meaning of the good news son in the story of the sacrifice of the son of Prophet Abraham Ibrahim.

Everywhere the word ummi unlettered is used in Quran 2:78, 3:20, 3:75, 7:157, 7:158 and 62:2 it means uneducated in the knowledge that is contained in the book of Allaah and this meaning is confirmed in Quran 42:52.

In the Quran ummi unlettered never means cannot read and write.

In the same way everywhere the word good news is used in the Prophet Abraham Ibrahim story in Quran chapters 11, 15, 19, 29, 37 and 51 it is the name for Prophet Isaac Ishaq whether the good news son is named or not named.

In Quran chapters 11, 15, 19, 29 and 51 Allaah uses the name good news nine times for Prophet Isaac Ishaq where four times he is not named in Quran 15:53, 15:54, 15:55 and 51:28 and five times he is named in Quran 11:69, 11:71, 11:74, 29:27 and 29:31 to show that when good news is named or unnamed it is always the name Allaah uses for Prophet Isaac Ishaq in the story of Prophet Abraham Ibrahim.

Since Allaah used the name good news nine times both naming and not naming Prophet Isaac Ishaq it is clear that the two uses of good news one unnamed in Quran 37:101 and the other named as Prophet Isaac Ishaq in Quran 37:112 are both Prophet Isaac Ishaq.

Allaah blesses the father and the son Prophet Isaac Ishaq in Quran 37:112.

Allaah has left no other blessing in the story of the sacrifice.

This blessing is confirmed in Quran 12:6 and 38:45 where Allaah blesses the father and the son Prophet Isaac Ishaq with vision to understand dreams and showing three verses later in Quran 38:48 that it was not Prophet Ishmael Ismail that Prophet Abraham Ibrahim had seen being sacrificed in a dream by blessing Prophet Ishmael Ismail without his father and without the power of vision.

1b. Satan Shaitan misguides by confusing humans about the true meaning of some verses in the Quran.

See Quran 2:78, 3:20, 3:75, 3:144, 4:157, 4:158, 5:75, 6:158, 7:157, 7:158, 21:34, 21:81, 21:82, 21:95, 27:82, 29:48, 32:23, 33:40, 37:102, 38:26, 39:30, 40:46, 42:52, 43:61, 54:1, 56:79, 62:2, 68:1, 69:40, 80:15, 81:19, 96:1, 96:4, 96:5 comments.

Quran 2:79 Ayah 2:79 (The warning given by Allaah in Torah Deuteronomy 4:2 - 4:3 and in the Gospel of Matthew 5:17 - 5:19 is confirmed in the Quran). Warning (of serious consequences) to those who write the Scriptures (falsely) with their own hands and then say, "This is from Allaah," so they can exchanged it (the truth of Allaah’s revelations) for a small price (of worldly gain such as profit, pride or fame because of arrogance, jealousy or dishonesty). Warning (of serious consequences) to them for what their hands have written and a warning to them for what (sin) they (shall) earn.

Comment 1. Explain Quran 2:79.

Quran 2:79 is confirmation of what was revealed before the Quran in the Torah Taurat and in the Gospel Injil.

1-1. The warning given by Allaah in Torah Deuteronomy 4:2 - 4:3 is confirmed in Quran 2:79.

Warning in the Torah Taurat not to write or say “this is from Allaah” when it is not from Allaah.

Torah Deuteronomy 4:2 You (the children of Israel) shall not add to the word which I (Allaah) command you, neither shall you diminish (take away) from it, so that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your Allaah which I (Allaah) command you.

Torah Deuteronomy 4:3 Your eyes have seen what the LORD (Allaah) did in Baal-peor (in Mount Peor east of the lower Jordan River today in Jordan); for all the men that followed the Baal of Peor (in idol worship), the LORD your Allaah has destroyed them (and removed them) from your presence.

Note 1. This is a warning from Allaah to those who think they can change the word of Allaah.

Note 2. This warning is for those who write or speak in opposition to the word of Allaah in the Torah and then falsely say that their revelation is from Allaah.

1-2. The warning given by Allaah in the Gospel of Matthew 5:17 - 5:19 is confirmed in Quran 2:79.

Warning in the Gospel Injil not to write or say “this is from Allaah” when it is not from Allaah.

Gospel of Matthew 5:17 Do not think that I (Prophet Jesus) have come to abolish the law (the Torah) and the prophets (because another comforter shall come after me in the Gospel of John 14:16, 15:26, 16:7 – 16:15); I have come not to abolish them (the laws and the prophets) but to fulfill them (to fulfill the laws and the prophecies).

Gospel of Matthew 5:18 For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away (just before the Day of Resurrection), not a dot (of one letter), will pass (be cancelled) from the law (of Allaah) until all is accomplished (on the Day of Judgement).

Gospel of Matthew 5:19 Whoever then breaks one of the least of these commandments (of Allaah) and teaches humans (to do) so, shall be called the least (the worst) in the kingdom of heaven (in the hereafter); but the person who does them (commandments) and teaches them (to others) shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven (in the hereafter).

Note 1. This is a warning from Allaah to those who think they can change the word of Allaah.

Note 2. This warning is for those who write or speak in opposition to the word of Allaah in the Gospel and then falsely say that their revelation is from Allaah.

Allaah protects the Torah, Gospel and Koran.

Allaah protects the Books of Allaah.

No one has the power to change the word of Allaah.

If humans could change the word of Allaah then no revelation could be trusted.

Comment 2. Writing that something is from Allaah but it cannot be found in the Torah Taurat, Gospel Injil or the Koran Quran is a sin against Allaah.

See Quran 2:78 comments.

It is a sin to say that Allaah orders death for mocking when Allaah has given no such order.

It is a sin to say that Allaah orders death for mocking religion when Allaah has given no such order (See Quran chapter 2).

It is a sin to say that Allaah orders death for people who change their belief and do not fight against you when Allaah has given no such order (See Apostasy in Islam in Quran 2:78 comments).

It is a sin to say that Allaah orders death for adultery when Allaah has given no such order (See Quran chapter 24).

It is a sin to say that Allaah orders death such as honour kills when Allaah has given no such order.

It is a sin to say that Allaah orders female circumcision when Allaah has given no such order.

It is a sin to say that Allaah forbids music when Allaah has given no such order.

It is a sin to say that Allaah forbids singing when Allaah has given no such order.

It is a sin to say that Allaah forbids musical instruments when Allaah has given no such order.

It is a sin to say that Allaah forbids sports when Allaah has given no such order.

It is a sin to say that Allaah orders people to kill anyone who mock religion because no such order can be found in Allaah’s Torah, Allaah’s Gospel or Allaah’s Quran.

It is a sin to say that Allaah orders people to kill anyone who mock the Torah, Gospel or Quran because no such order can be found in Allaah’s Torah, Allaah’s Gospel or Allaah’s Quran.

It is a sin to say that Allaah orders people to kill anyone who mock a prophet of Allaah because no such order can be found in Allaah’s Torah, Allaah’s Gospel or Allaah’s Quran.

It is a sin to say that Allaah orders people to kill anyone who mock Allaah because no such order can be found in Allaah’s Torah, Allaah’s Gospel or Allaah’s Quran.

The one with the right to punish a sin that is against Allaah is Allaah only not humans.

Allaah has given humans a lifetime to ask forgiveness and repent.

It is not for humans to judge other humans in a matter that is only for Allaah to judge and for Allaah to punish.

See  Quran 2:78, 2:79 and 22:3 comments.

Comment 3. Mocking religion.

Note 1. Mocking religion is a sin that is against Allaah not against humans.

It is a sin to say that Allaah orders people to kill anyone who mock religion because no such order can be found in Allaah’s Torah, Allaah’s Gospel or Allaah’s Quran.

The one with the right to punish a sin that is against Allaah is Allaah only not humans.

Note 2. Mocking the Torah, Gospel and Quran is a sin that is against Allaah not against humans.

It is a sin to say that Allaah orders people to kill anyone who mock the Torah, Gospel or Quran because no such order can be found in Allaah’s Torah, Allaah’s Gospel or Allaah’s Quran.

The one with the right to punish a sin that is against Allaah is Allaah only not humans.

Note 3. Mocking a prophet of Allaah is a sin that is against Allaah not against humans.

It is a sin to say that Allaah orders people to kill anyone who mocks a prophet of Allaah because no such order can be found in Allaah’s Torah, Allaah’s Gospel or Allaah’s Quran.

The one with the right to punish a sin that is against Allaah is Allaah only not humans.

Note 4. Mocking Allaah is a sin that is against Allaah not against humans.

It is a sin to say that Allaah orders people to kill anyone who mock Allaah because no such order can be found in Allaah’s Torah, Allaah’s Gospel or Allaah’s Quran.

The one with the right to punish a sin that is against Allaah is Allaah only not humans.

Note 5. When you are mocked be patience and speak with wisdom.

Trade mocking with patience and speak with wisdom.

Swap mocking with patience and speak with wisdom.

See Quran 2:13 – 2:20,

Note 6. The righteous are patient.

Quran 2:153 Ayah 2:153 “… Allaah is with the patient.”

Quran 103:2 Ayah 103:2 Humans are lost (from the mercy of Allaah) –

Quran 103:3 Ayah 103:3 Except those who believe and who do righteous deeds and who encourage each other to the truth and encourage each other to have patience.

Note 7. The best behaviour is patience and goodness.

Quran 67:2 Ayah 67:2 (It is Allaah) who has created life and death (meaning, Allaah has created you) to test which of you is best in behavior. He (Allaah) is mighty and forgiving.

Note 8. The punishment for mocking comes from Allaah only, not from humans.

Note 9. Mocking is corrected by the righteous who speak with patience and wisdom.

Quran 2:76 Ayah 2:76 And when they (the hypocrites from among the Jews of Yathrib, Arabia today Medina, Saudi Arabia who say one thing but they believe the opposite thing) meet those (Muslims who live in Yathrib) who have faith, they (the hypocrites from among the Jews of Yathrib) say “We also believe (in Allaah)” but when they (the hypocrites from among the Jews of Yathrib) are alone with their own people (then those that are righteous among the Jews of Yathrib that are not hypocrites and who love Allaahsay (to the Jewish hypocrites), “Do you talk to them (the Muslims) about what Allaah has revealed (only for the purpose) so that they (the Muslims) can argue about it with you (the Jews of Yathrib) in front of your Lord (Allaah), have you no sense (to argue about Allaah in this way because in the hereafter you might be asked, “If you really believed in Allaah then why did you not talk honestly and sincerely about Allaah with Allaah’s followers among the Muslims and Allaah’s messenger Prophet Muhammad?”).

Note 10. Mocking is corrected by the righteous who speak with understanding and knowledge.

Quran 2:88 Ayah 2:88 And they (some of the Jews of Yathrib) say (to Prophet Muhammad, mockingly), "Our heart is wrapped” (sealed, covered, meaning, we have our own beliefs and we are closed to any other beliefs) but it is Allaah’s curse (the misfortune from Allaah, the misfortune of having lost Allaah’s guidance) that is on them for their disbelief, so little it is that they believe.

Note 11. Mocking is corrected by the righteous who speak politely with wisdom.

Quran 2:231 Ayah 2:231 “… And do not treat the verses of Allaah as a joke, but remember Allaah’s favour on you (when Allaah gave you faith), and He (Allaah) has revealed the Book (the Quran) and wisdom (through the example of Prophet Muhammad) to teach you. And fear Allaah and know that Allaah knows all things.

Comment 4. It is a sin to say that Allaah orders death for leaving religion when Allaah has given no such order.

Allaah has given humans freedom to choose their religion.

The one who punishes people who leave their religion is Allaah only.

Allaah has given humans freedom to choose their religion.

It is Allaah who decides who stays and who leaves their religion.

Punishment for leaving religion comes from Allaah only not from humans.

Allaah decrees who believe and who disbelieve in Allaah.

Islam does not force belief in Allaah.

Humans do not have permission to do what only Allaah is allowed to do.

See Quran 2:256 comments.

See Quran 2:13 comments.

Quran 2:80 Ayah 2:80 And they (the Jews of Yathrib) say, "In the hereafter the Hell fire shall only touch us for a few days" Say, (to them), "Have you received a promise from Allaah? He (Allaah) never breaks His (Allaah’s) promise, or are you saying something about Allaah that you do not know?"

Quran 2:81 Ayah 2:81 Whoever has done evil and is surrounded by their sins shall live in fire (as their punishment in the Hereafter).

Note 1. Quran 17:60 Ayah 17:60 “.... We (Allaah) warn (people to do what is good and avoid what is evil) and make them afraid (of Allaah by describing the home for evil doers in Hell Fire in the Hereafter) but it only increases them (some of the humans) in nothing but greater disobedience against Allaah (and the commandment to do what is good and avoid what is evil).

Quran 2:82 Ayah 2:82 And those who have faith and do good deeds, they shall live in the Garden of Paradise forever (as their reward in the Hereafter).

Quran 2:83 Ayah 2:83 And remember We (Allaah) took a covenant (agreement) from the Children of Israel stating that they worship no one but Allaah and that they be kind to their parents, relations, orphans and those in need and talk kindly to people and be consistent  in prayer and charity. Then you (the Jews of Yathrib) turned away (from your agreement by) opposing (the agreement with Allaah) except a few among you (the righteous among the Jews of Yathrib).

Comment 1. See Quran 2:84 and 2:85

Quran 2:84 Ayah 2:84 And remember We (Allaah) took your covenant (agreement) that you shall not kill each other and that you shall not expel your own people out of their homes and you sincerely agreed and witnessed this promise. –

Comment 1. The Torah Taurat confirms the Koran Quran.

Jewish Bible Torah Leviticus 19:18 (And Allaah spoke to Prophet Moses Musa saying) You shall not take vengeance (revenge, retaliation, punishment), nor bear any grudge (complaint, resentment) against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbour as (you would love) yourself: I am the LORD (Allaah and this I have commanded).

Comment 1. See Quran 2:85 comments.

Quran 2:85 Ayah 2:85 Yet you (the Jews of Yathrib Arabia) kill each other and expel a group among you from their homes, assisting (their enemies) against them (unlawfully) in sin and transgression, and if they came to you as captives you would ransom them (lawfully) whereas their expulsion was unlawful for you to do. Is it that you believe in only part of the Scriptures and you reject the rest? What do you think shall be the reward for those that did that except disgrace in this life? On the Day of Judgment they shall have a serious punishment because Allaah knows everything they do.

Comment 1. Quran 2:84 – 2:85 is about two Jewish and two Arab tribes who lived in the Yathrib area in Arabia at the time of Prophet Muhammad.

The Jewish tribe of Qurayza lead by Ka'b ibn Asad in Yathrib had an alliance with the Arab tribe of Aws lead by Saad ibn Muadh.

The Jewish tribe of Nadir lead by Ka'b ibn al-Ashraf and Huyayy ibn Akhtab in Yathrib and the Jewish tribe of Banu Qaynuqa in Yathrib allied themselves with the Arab tribe of Khazraj lead by Abdallah ibn Ubayy (Abdullah ibn Salul) also in Yathrib).

Comment 2. The time before the arrival of Prophet Muhammad in Yathrib.

Before the arrival of Prophet Muhammad the tribes in the Yathrib area in Arabia (today Medina, Saudi Arabia) attacked each other based on their alliance and expelled one another taking captives and then ransoming them.

Comment 3. When a Jewish tribe was asked, “Why do you fight each other and then pay their ransom?” they replied, “Because Allaah commands us to ransom” and if asked, “Why then do you fight?” they said, “To save our allies from the humiliation of defeat.”

Comment 4. The Quran is a reminder of what is in the Torah.

The Quran is a confirmation of what came before it in the Torah.

In Quran 2:85 Allaah warns the Jews of Yathrib: “Do you believe in the part of the Scriptures (in the Torah Taurat) about ransom and disbelieve in the part about not fighting your own people and not expelling your own people from their homes and not helping one group fight with another group of your people?” The outcome for such people is disgrace in this world and punishment in the hereafter.

Comment 5. See Quran 2:84.

Quran 2:86 Ayah 2:86 These are the people (those among the Jews of Yathrib) who exchange the life of this world (by doing what is forbidden for a short time on the Earth) at the cost of (losing eternal life in Paradise in) the Hereafter and they shall have punishment and no one to help them (in the hereafter).

Comment 1. See Quran 2:84 and 2:85.

Quran 2:87 Ayah 2:87 We (Allaah) gave Prophet Moses Musa the Scriptures and followed him with messenger after messenger. We (Allaah) gave Prophet Jesus Isa the son of Mary Mariam clear signs (of his truthfulness) to show he was a messenger of Allaah and supported him with the Holy Spirit. Is it not true that whenever a messenger (of Allaah) comes to you (the children of Israel, the Jews of Yathrib) that you don’t like, you become filled with your own pride and some messengers you disbelieve and others you kill?

Comment 1Quran 4:157, Ayah 4:157 And they (some of the Jews of Yathrib Arabia) said (showing their disbelief in the messenger Prophet Muhammad and his followers by boasting), "We killed messiah Jesus Isa, son of Mary Mariam, the messenger of Allaah" ….”

Note 1. Not all the Jews of Yathrib are the same, some are righteous. See Quran 3:113 – 3:115.

Note 1. See Quran 2:13 comments.

Quran 2:89 Ayah 2:89 And (Allaah’s curse, the misfortune from Allaah, the misfortune of having lost Allaah’s guidance is on them because) when a Book (the Quran) came to them (the Jews of Yathrib) from Allaah confirming what was with them before (in the Torah Taurat) they disbelieved (the Quran). In earlier times they (the children of Israel, the Jews, the Hebrews) prayed for victory against those without faith, but now they (the Jews of Yathrib) themselves disbelieved. The curse of Allaah (the misfortune from Allaah, the misfortune of having lost Allaah’s guidance) is on those without faith.

Note 1. See Quran 2:5 comments.

Quran 2:90 Ayah 2:90 How bad is that to have sold (given away for the small price of envy a home in Paradise for) their own souls by disbelieving what Allaah has revealed (in the Koran Quran) out of envy (jealousy) that Allaah should send down His (Allaah’s) favour on whichever of His (Allaah’s) servants He (Allaah) pleases (such as Prophet Moses Musa 3200 years ago and Prophet Jesus Isa 2000 years ago and Prophet Muhammad 1400 years ago). For this reason they (the children of Israel who disbelieved the Torah Taurat revealed to Prophet Moses Musa and then disbelieved the Gospel Injil revealed to Prophet Jesus Isa and then disbelieved the Koran Quran revealed to Prophet Muhammad) have brought to themselves wrath after wrath (anger after anger from Allaah, for the sin of moving in and out of belief in Allaah and His messengers) and for those without faith there is a humiliating punishment (in the hereafter).

Note 1. See Quran 2:89 comments

Quran 2:91 Ayah 2:91 When it is said to them (the Jews of Yathrib), "Believe in what Allaah has sent down”, they (the Jews of Yathrib Arabia) say, "We believe in what was revealed to us" (in the Torah Taurat, the Old Bible, Old Testament) yet they reject all that came after it (from Prophet Jesus Isa in the Gospel Injil, New Bible, New Testament and Prophet Muhammad in the Koran Quran) even though it is the truth confirming what has already been revealed to them (in the Torah Taurat). Ask (them), "Why in times gone by (meaning, in the past) did you kill the prophets of Allaah if you really believed?"

Comment 1. Killing the prophets of Allaah.

See: Boasting they kill the prophets of Allaah.

3b allaah http://sites.google.com/site/islamandthequran/quran-surah-3-kill-the-prophets-of-allaah

Quran 2:92 Ayah 2:92 Prophet Moses Musa showed you (the children of Israel) clear evidence of the truth (that he was a messenger of Allaah), then you (the children of Israel) worshipped a calf (idol as your god) when he (Prophet Moses Musa) was away (receiving the commandments of Allaah on top of Mount Sinai Horeb) and you did great wrong (during his absence).

Note 1. See Quran 2:51 comments.

Quran 2:93 Ayah 2:93 And remember when We (Allaah) took your covenant (the agreement between the Children of Israel and Allaah) and We (Allaah) were on the Mountain (Mount Sinai) above you (saying), "Hold firm to what We (Allaah) have given you (in the Torah Taurat), and remember it so you may become righteous.” They said, "We heard but we disobeyed." Their hearts were made to worship the calf (idol) because they had no faith (in Allaah). Say (to the Jews of Yathrib Arabia), “Bad things are what your faith brings to you, if you are really believers (in Allaah)."

Comment 1. See the covenant between the Children of Israel and Allaah in Quran verse 2:63.

Comment 2. Allaah’s books are protected but the hearts of humans move in and out of belief in Allaah.

If the Books of Allaah were not protected then humans might say in the hereafter, “I trusted the books of Allaah but they misled me.”

However the word of Allaah is protected by Allaah so that no one can claim in the hereafter that they were misled by the word of Allaah in the Torah Taurat or the Gospel Injil or the Koran Quran.

Allaah protects Allaah’s word.

No one has the power to change the word of Allaah.

If humans could change the word of Allaah in the Torah or the Gospel or the Quran then no revelation could be trusted.

Note 1. See Quran 2:5 comments.

Quran 2:94 Ayah 2:94 Say (to the Jews of Yathrib Arabia), "If you are truthful that life in the Hereafter with Allaah is specially for you and not for anyone else (as you say), then do you look forward to death?"

Quran 2:95 Ayah 2:95 But they (the Jews of Yathrib) shall never look forward it (death), because of what their hands have done (in sin which the soul shall present for judgement by Allaah in the hereafter). Allaah is aware of (who are) the evil-doers and (who are) the disbelievers (in Him).

Quran 2:96 Ayah 2:96 And you shall most certainly find them (the Jews of Yathrib Arabia) the greediest of people for life (doing what they want instead of what Allaah commanded them to do), they are even more greedier than the idol worshipper’s love of life. Each one of them (the Jews of Yathrib) wishes they could be granted life for a thousand years (instead of wishing to obey Allaah), but such a long life (of a thousand years) would not save them even a little bit from the punishment that is due in the hereafter because Allaah sees all that they do.

Comment 1. Those among the Jews of Yathrib who lost their belief in Allaah also lost the guidance of Allaah.

Quran 2:97 Ayah 2:97 Say (Prophet Muhammad, to the people), who is against (Angel) Gabriel Jibril?because it is he (Angel Gabriel Jibril) who has revealed this (Scripture, the Quran) to your heart (Prophet Muhammad) by Allaah’s permission, confirming what was revealed before it (in the Gospel Injil and in the Torah Taurat), and as a guidance and good news for those who believe.

Comment 1. The Quran is a confirmation of what came before it in the Torah and the Gospel.

The word of Allaah is protected by Allaah so that no one can claim in the hereafter that they were misled by the word of Allaah in the Torah Taurat or the Gospel Injil or the Koran Quran.

Allaah protects Allaah’s word.

No one has the power to change the word of Allaah.

If humans could change the word of Allaah in the Torah or the Gospel or the Quran then no revelation could be trusted.

See Quran 2:5 comments.

Quran 2:98 Ayah 2:98 Whoever is against Allaah and His (Allaah’s) angels and messengers and (Angel) Gabriel and (Angel) Michael should know that Allaah is against them.

Quran 2:99 Ayah 2:99 We (Allaah) have sent to you clear revelations that none shall reject except those who have no faith in (Allaah and no faith in) good guidance.

Quran 2:100 Ayah 2:100 Is it not true that every time they (the Jews of Yathrib) made an agreement a group among them would break it (the agreement)? Most of them do not believe (in Allaah because they do no respect their agreements).

Comment 1. Why did different Jewish tribes in Yathrib break peace agreements with the Muslims?

The long time friendship and business relationship between the Jewish tribes in Yathrib Arabia and the stone idol worshippers of Mecca Arabia caused the Jews of Yathrib to forget Allaah in times of conflict and support their long friendship with the stone idol worshippers against the new Muslim believers of Allaah.

Quran 2:101 Ayah 2:101 And when a messenger (Prophet Muhammad with revelations) from Allaah came to them (the Jews of Yathrib Arabia), confirming what was with them (in the Torah Taurat, the Old Bible, Old Testament, Hebrew Bible, Jewish Bible), some of the people of the Scripture (some of the Jews of Yathrib) who were given the Scripture threw away the Book of Allaah behind their backs (ignored the Quran), as if they did not know what it was.

Comment 1. Allaah confirms that all the books of Allaah are correct today.

See: Allaah protects the Torah, Gospel and Koran. Allaah protects the Taurat, Injil and Quran.

http://sites.google.com/site/islamandthequran/allaah-protects-his-taurat-injil-and-quran

See Quran 2:5 comments.

Quran 2:102 Ayah 2:102 And they (some of the Jews of Yathrib in Arabia today in Medina Saudi Arabia) believe what the evil ones said about the special powers of Prophet Solomon Suleiman during the time of his kingdom (they said Solomon's power was magic from evil ones as is written in Jewish rabbinic literature). (The truth is) Prophet Solomon Suleiman had faith (and all his powers were from Allaah). It was the evil ones who were disbelievers who taught magic that had been revealed to Angel Harut and Angel Marut in Babylon. These Angels (when they taught the first humans this knowledge) first said “We are a test for your faith, do not disbelieve in Allaah (by learning magic from us) and to those who disbelieved they taught the magic that caused dispute between husband and wife and caused harm only with Allaah’s permission. They (the disbelievers) learned what harmed them (by learning what was evil) and not what profited them (by having faith in Allaah and doing what was good) and they knew (because they were warned) that buyers of it (magic) would have no happiness in the Hereafter. If they only knew how terrible the price was (for learning the magic of doing evil) for which they sold their souls (for a place in fire in the hereafter).

Comment 1. In Quran 2:102 Allaah corrected a faulty story in Jewish rabbinic literature which was well known to the Jews of Yathrib in Arabia.

Comment 2. See more about why Allaah put Rabbinic Jewish literature in the Koran in Quran 34:12 – 34:14 comments.

Comment 3See Quran 2:101 comment.

Comment 4See Quran 2:5 comments.

Quran 2:103 Ayah 2:103 If they had kept their faith and stayed away from evil they would have found that the reward from Allaah is far better (than anything else), if they only knew.

Quran 2:104 Ayah 2:104 You who believe, do not say (to Prophet Muhammad) “Raina” (meaning, “Hear us” which is also used with a twist in language to change its meaning so as to mock faith in Allaah), but say, “Unzurna” (meaning, “Make us understand”) and then listen. To those without faith (in Allaah) there is a painful punishment (in the hereafter).

Comment 1.  Quran 2:104 is further explained in Quran 4.46.

Quran 4.46 Ayah 4.46 Among those who are Jews (the Jews of Yathrib) there are some who twist words so they have a different meaning and (they) say, "We hear your word (Prophet Muhammad) and disobey," and "Hear and let you (Prophet Muhammad) hear nothing." And (they say the word) “Raina” (and) with a twist of their tongues they mock faith in Allaah. And if only they had said, "We hear and obey" and "Do make us understand," then it would have been better for them and more proper, but Allaah has cursed them (with the misfortune of having lost Allaah’s guidance) for their disbelief, so they believe not (in Allaah) except a few (of them who do believe in Allaah).

Comment 2. The punishment for mocking Allaah.

The punishment for mocking belief in Allaah.

The punishment for mocking religion.

The punishment for mocking a Prophet of Allaah.

The punishment for mocking Prophet Muhammad.

The punishment of a lack of faith.

The punishment of wandering blindly with no genuine faith in Allaah.

The punishment of misguidance.

The punishment in the hereafter.

It is not for humans to punish other humans for mocking religion because when people mock religion the one who gives punishment is not humans but Allaah.

See Quran 2:13 – 2:20 and 2:79.

Quran 2:105 Ayah 2:105 It is never the wish of those without faith (in Allaah) among the People of the Scripture (those among the Jews in Arabia who have no faith in Allaah and those among the Christians in Arabia who have no faith in Allaah) or the (Arab stone) idol worshippers (in Arabia who have no faith in Allaah) that anything good should come down to you (Prophet Muhammad) from your Lord (Allaah, because of their envy and jealousy of you). But Allaah chooses for His (Allaah’s) special mercy whom He (Allaah) pleases and Allaah is the Lord of great bounty (favours and rewards).

Quran 2:106 Ayah 2:106 (The Jews in Yathrib asked Prophet Muhammad why some of the commands in the Torah Taurat and the Quran are different and why the Quran said the Jews and the Christians have forgotten part of the message that is with them in their Books? Answer them) what We (Allaah) abrogate (when we do not mention in the Quran) a revelation (that was applicable at the time it was revealed to the children of Israel in the Torah Taurat) or (when We) cause it (the message that Allaah shall send prophets in Torah Deuteronomy 18:15, 18:18 - 18:22 and in the Gospel of John 14:16, 15:26 – 15:27, 16:7 – 16:15to be forgotten (by some among the Jews and the Christians is explained this way. When a prophet and messenger came to them some among the Jews and the Christians did not recognise him because they forgot part of the message that 1400 years ago and today is in their Books the Torah Taurat and the Gospel Injil telling them that Allaah shall send another prophet and messenger and so as a reminder), We (Allaah) bring (a revelation that is) better than it or similar to it (in the revelations of the Quran. The difference between the Torah Taurat and the Quran is that in the Quran Allaah uses the behaviour of the stone idol worshippers in Makkah as the example of evil behaviour and in the Quran Allaah uses the examples of righteousness that are found in the Torah Taurat and in the Gospel Injil to guide both those who know Allaah and those who do not know Allaah with commands for their time and for their situation in the same way as commands were given in the time and the situation of those who received the Torah Taurat and to those who received the Gospel Injil). Do you not know that Allaah is All-Powerful over every thing (and knows how to best guide every people in every time and in every situation)?

Comment 1. Allaah does not say that one verse in the Quran is abrogated by another verse in the Quran.

Prophet Muhammad does not say that one verse in the Quran is abrogated by another verse in the Quran.
When did Allaah give humans permission to cancel out the words of Allaah in the Quran?

004d allaah/ayah https://sites.google.com/site/islamandthequran/nasikh-wal-mansukh

Quran 2:107 Ayah 2:107 Do you not know that to Allaah belong the heavens and the earth and besides Him (Allaah) you have no (other) protector or (other) helper?

Note 1. Unless Allaah wills in the hereafter for an angel of Allaah or a messenger of Allaah or others to speak but they shall only say what Allaah has permitted them to say.

Quran 2:108 Ayah 2:108 Or would you question your messenger (Prophet Muhammad) in the same way that Prophet Moses Musa was questioned (by his people who had little faith) in the past? The person who changes from faith to disbelieve has moved away from the right path.

Comment 1. Allaah does not order the killing of people who change their religion.

Allaah not humans gives judgement and punishment to humans who lose their faith.

In the Quran Allaah ordered freedom of religious belief 1400 years before the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

However incorrect understanding of the Quran and the hadith can cause wrongful killing of people in the name of Allaah and in the name of human hadith stories.

Those that claim Islam supports killing a human only because they have changed their belief have gone astray because no such thing exists in the Koran Quran.

Muslims who believe in killing a human only because they have changed their belief believe human hadith stories more than they believe the book of Allaah, the Koran Quran.

In the same way Christians who believe that Allaah is the same as Jesus Isa believe human hadith stories more than they believe the book of Allaah, the Gospel Injil.

Believers and supporters of killing a human only because they have changed their belief are the followers of human stories not the followers of the stories of Allaah.

When human hadith stories are believed more than the Books of Allaah (the Torah Taurat, Gospel Injil and Koran Quran) then the result is misguidance because you have trusted human stories more than you have trusted the stories of Allaah.

On the day of Judgement the innocent will testify against their killer.

Quran 81:9 Ayah 81:9 “For what crime were you (the baby girl) killed? (The baby girl shall say in the hereafter, “They killed me on the earth without a just reason”).

See: Apostasy in Islam in Quran 2:27 comments.

Comment 2. How was Prophet Moses Musa questioned by his people?

What did the people of Prophet Moses Musa say after the Pharaoh Firon and his army drowned in the Red Sea?

Jewish Bible Torah Exodus 15:22 And Prophet Moses Musa led (the children of) Israel onward from the Red Sea, and they went out into the wilderness of Shur (in the Sinai Peninsula today in Egypt); and they went three days in the wilderness, and found no water.

Jewish Bible Torah Exodus 15:23 And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter. Therefore the name of it was called Marah (meaning bitter).

Jewish Bible Torah Exodus 15:24 And the people murmured (whispered) against Prophet Moses Musa, saying: 'What shall we drink?'

Jewish Bible Torah Exodus 15:25 And he (Prophet Moses Musa) cried to the LORD (Allaah); and the LORD showed him a tree, and he throw it (the tree) into the waters, and the waters were made sweet (and good to drink).

Jewish Bible Torah Exodus 16:1 And they took their journey from Elim, and all the congregation of the children of Israel came to the wilderness of Sin, which is between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after their departing out of the land of Egypt.

Jewish Bible Torah Exodus 16:2 And the whole congregation of the children of Israel murmured (whispered) against Prophet Moses Musa and against Prophet Aaron Harun in the wilderness;

Jewish Bible Torah Exodus 16:3 and the children of Israel said to them: “It would have been better if we had died by the hand of the LORD (Allaah) in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the flesh-pots (of food) and we ate all the bread we wanted; because you have brought us out (of Egypt) into this wilderness, to kill this whole community with hunger.”

Quran 2:109 Ayah 2:109 Many of the People of the Scripture (the Jews and the Christians) wish they could turn you (Muslim people) back to disbelief (in Allaah) after you became believers (in Allaah) because of envy from themselves (envy from their own souls, even) after the truth (that your Allaah is the same as their Allaah) became clear to them. But forgive them and pardon them and follow Allaah’s commands. Allaah has power over all things.

Comment 1. Forgive those Jews who envy you. Forgive those Christians who envy you. Forgive all those who envy you.

Comment 2. A person who carries the sins of their past evil deeds is not a righteous person and they are led to do more evil through envy and jealousy.

A person carries the sins of their past evil deeds when they have not asked for forgiveness and when they have not sincerely repented for their sin.

Quran 2:110 Ayah 2:110 Be steadfast in prayer and regular in charity and whatever good you do shall be taken with your souls (to the hereafter) and Allaah shall see the good you did. Allaah sees everything you do.

Quran 2:111 Ayah 2:111 And they (some Jews and some Christians) say, "None shall enter Paradise unless he is a Jew or a Christian." This (belief) is only from their desires. Say (to them), "Show your proof if you are truthful."

Comment 1. Who enters Paradise?

Prophet Muhammad corrected the understanding of the word of Allaah among some Jews who incorrectly said only Jews enter Paradise.

Comment 2. Prophet Muhammad corrected the understanding of the word of Allaah among some Christians who incorrectly said that only Christians enter Paradise.

Comment 3. Prophet Muhammad corrected the understanding of the word of Allaah among some Muslims who incorrectly said that only Muslims enter Paradise.

Quran 4:123 Ayah 4:123 It (entry to Paradise in the hereafter) shall not be based on your (Muslim) desires or on the desires of the people of the Scripture (the Jews and the Christians). (Instead) whoever does wrong shall earn (the punishment for the wrong) and that person shall not find any protector or helper other than Allaah (in the hereafter).

Note 1. Unless Allaah wills in the hereafter for an angel of Allaah or a messenger of Allaah or others to speak but they shall only say what Allaah has permitted them to say.

Comment 4. No human can say only Jews or only Christians or only Muslims shall enter Paradises because Allaah shall be the only judge on the Day of Judgement.

Quran 4:93 Ayah 4:93 Whoever kills a believer (in Allaah) intentionally (meaning whoever among the Muslims kills a believer intentionally, see Quran 4:92 which is the punishment for a Muslim who unintentionally killed a Muslim) then his recompense (result) is Hell Jahannam, staying in it forever and Allaah's wrath will fall on him and He (Allaah will) curse him and He (Allaah) has prepared for him a great punishment (because whoever intentionally kills one innocent person Muslim or none Muslim it is as if that person killed all of humankind in the judgement of Allaah see Quran 5:32Quran 6:158 confirms that "... belief in Allaah and the Day of Resurrection and Judgement shall not help any soul …. if in belief he or she did not earn good by doing righteous deeds in their life ...." meaning belief in Allaah without doing good deeds is a false belief in Allaah meaning belief in Allaah with good deeds is true belief in Allaah).

Quran 6:158 Ayah 6:158 "... belief in it (Allaah and the Day of Resurrection and Judgement) shall not help any soul …. if in belief (he or she) did not earn good (by doing righteous deeds in their life). ....”

Quran 41:8 Ayah 41:8 “For those who believe and do good deeds, for them is an everlasting reward (in Paradise Jannah).”

Quran 2:112 Ayah 2:112 It is certain that whoever submits to Allaah and does good (deeds), they shall get their reward from their Lord (Allaah) and they shall have no fear or grief (in the hereafter).

Comment 1. Who enters Paradise?

Prophet Muhammad corrected the understanding of religion by revealing that anyone who submits to the will of Allaah and who does what is good shall enter Paradise.

See Quran 2:111 comments.

Quran 2:113 Ayah 2:113 The Jews say, "The Christians have nothing (the Christian religion is wrong) and the Christians say, "The Jews have nothing (the Jewish religion is wrong) even though they both recite the Scriptures (sent to them by Allaah who revealed the same message in the Torah Taurat to the Jews and in the Gospel Injil to the Christians). Those (stone idol worshippers in Mecca Arabia today Makkah Saudi Arabia who do not know (the Scriptures) say the same thing (that only their religion of stone idol worship is correct). Allaah shall judge between them (the Jews and Christians and the stone idol worshippers) on their arguments on the Day of Judgment.

Comment 1. Which religion is correct?

Some Christians say the Jewish religion is wrong.

Some Jews say the Christian religion is wrong.

Some Jews and Christians say that the Muslim religion is wrong.

Some Muslims say that the Jewish and Christian religion is wrong.

Prophet Muhammad reveals that Allaah shall judge between them on their arguments on the Day of Judgment.

Comment 2. In Quran 2:112 Prophet Muhammad corrected the understanding of religion by revealing that anyone who submits to the will of Allaah and who does what is good shall enter Paradise.

Quran 5:48 Ayah 5:48 “… For each (community of Jews, Christians and Muslims) We (Allaah) have appointed a divine law and a way (of religion). If Allaah willed He (Allaah) could have made you (the Jews, the Christians and the Muslims) one community. But He (Allaah) tests you (the Jews, the Christians and the Muslims) by what He (Allaah) has given you (in the Torah Taurat and the Gospel Injil and the Koran Quran to show who is best in behaviour). So strive for all that is good. To Allaah you shall all return and He (Allaha) shall then inform you (in the Hereafter) about (the correctness of) the religious matters in which you (the Jews, the Christians and the Muslims) argue among each other.

Comment 3. What does Muslim mean?

Muslim means submitting to Allaah. Muslim means submitting your will to Allaah.

Comment 4. A Jew who submits to Allaah is a Muslim.

Before Islam a Jew who submitted to Allaah and anyone who submitted to Allaah was a Muslim.

Comment 5. A Christian who submits to Allaah is a Muslim.

Before Islam a Christian who submitted to Allaah and anyone who submitted to Allaah was a Muslim.

Comment 6. Every Prophet of Allaah and messenger of Allaah is a Muslim.

Every Prophet of Allaah and messenger of Allaah is a Muslim because they have submitted their will to Allaah.

Quran 2:114 Ayah 2:114 And who is more unjust than those who prevent His name (the name of Allaah) to be mentioned in the mosque and strives for their destruction? (“The mosque” is masajida. In Quran 17:1 the Jewish Temple in Zion meaning in the Temple Mountain called “the farthest mosque” is l-masjidi l-aqsa, Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa which 1400 years ago contained the ruins of the first Jewish Temple and the ruins of second Jewish Temple in Jerusalem Al-Quds Palestine today in Israel and Palestine and in Quran 17:7 the Jewish Temple is called “Mosque” meaning place of worship, so “the mosque” means any house for worshipping Allaah including the houses of the Muslims and Christians and Jews who all mention the name of Allaah meaning Allaah has ordered the protection of the Mosque and the Church and the Synagogue where the name of Allaah is mentioned see Quran 22:40). It is not for them (who prevent the name of Allaah to be mentioned in a place of worship and who strive for their destruction) to enter them (places of worship) except (if they enter like) those in fear (of Allaah with the intension of worshipping Allaah). For them (who prevent the name of Allaah to be mentioned in a place of worship and who strive for their destruction) is disgrace in the world and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment (see Quran 4:93 and Quran 5:32).

Quran 2:115 Ayah 2:115 To Allaah belong the east and the west, so wherever you turn there is the face (presence) of Allaah. Indeed Allaah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing. (Allaah gives each religion a direction to face during prayer see Quran 2:142 – Quran 2:150. Allaah moved people in Arabia away from stone idol worship at the Kabah and taught them the religion of Allaah by giving the first Muslims a direction of prayer towards Zion for the first 13 years of Islam in Makkah and the first 17 months of Islam in Yathrib Madinah. The Jewish Hebrew Bible Psalms 84:6 – 84:8 explains that the reason the first Muslims faced towards Zion was to teach them that “Happy is the man whose strength of belief is in You Allaah; in whose heart are the highways that lead pilgrims to righteousness") -

Quran 2:116 Ayah 2:116 And they (some of the Christians) say (not that Jesus is a servant of Allaah which is the meaning of son of Allaah in the Torah Taurat and in the Gospel Injil but that), “Allaah has a (real biological) son” (who has been an eternal partner with Allaah but this is denied in the Gospel Injil where no one knows the hour of the resurrection except Allaah alone not the angels in heaven and not the son meaning the servant Jesus in the Gospel of Mark 13:32 and the Gospel of Matthew 24:36) No, all glory is only to Him (Allaah) to Him (Allaah) belong whatever is in the heavens and the Earth, everything gives worship to Him (Allaah in other words Son of Allaah in the Torah Taurat and in the Gospel Injil mean nothing except servant of Allaah. Quran 19:93 agrees with the Torah Taurat and the Gospel Injil that the meaning of son of Allaah is servant of Allaah because everyone including the angels and the human named Jesus Isa are servants of Allaah).

Comment 1. Some Christians misunderstood the meaning of “son of Allaah.”

Some Christians misunderstood the meaning of Son of Allaah by saying that Jesus Isa was a real son of Allaah meaning that Jesus Isa is a partner with Allaah and some Christians believed that Jesus Isa is Allaah.

Some Christians made the human Jesus Isa into a god that replaced the idols of many different gods that were built in the form of human statues in the Roman empire.

In the Torah Taurat Allaah calls this kind of worship “idol worship” which is prohibited by Allaah in the Torah Taurat.

Comment 2. In the Gospel Injil only Allaah knows the time of the end of the earth.

Gospel of Mark 12:29 (A Jewish scribe asked what is the first commandment of Allaah?) and Prophet Jesus Isa answered him, The first of all the commandments (of Allaah) is, Hear (listen), O (all the children of) Israel; The Lord our Allaah is one Lord (Allaah).

Gospel of Mark 12:30 And you shall love the Lord your Allaah with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength: this is the first commandment (of Allaah).

Gospel of Mark 13:31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words (the message from Allaah delivered by Prophet Jesus Isa in the Gospel of Mark 12:29 – 12:30) shall not pass away.

Gospel of Mark 13:32 Gospel of Mark 13:32 But as to that day or that hour (of the Day of Resurrection), no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, not even the Son (meaning the servant Jesus), but only the Father (Allaah).

Gospel of Matthew 24:36 But as for that day and hour (of the Day of Resurrection), no one knows it except the Father (Allaah) alone; not even the angels of heaven (the Holy Spirit and the other angels who are servants of Allaah), not even the Son (Jesus Isa who is a servant of Allaah).

Comment 3. Some Christians correctly believe that Jesus Isa is a prophet and a messenger of Allaah.

Comment 4. Allaah sent Prophet Muhammad to reveal that Prophet Jesus Isa was a servant of Allaah who was created by Allaah so Prophet Jesus Isa is not Allaah but Prophet Jesus Isa is a human who was a prophet and a messenger of Allaah.

In the time of Prophet Jesus Isa some believed and some disbelieved him in the same way as 600 years after Prophet Jesus Isa some believed and some disbelieved Prophet Muhammad.

Quran 2:117 Ayah 2:117 Allaah made the heavens and the earth. When He (Allaah) commands something to happen He (Allaah) only needs to say “Be (created)” and it is (created).

Comment 1. “Be (created)” means that Allaah decreed every creation.

Quran 2:118 Ayah 2:118 And those without knowledge of Allaah ask, “Why does Allaah not talk to us?” or “Why does Allaah not show us a sign?” Just as the people of the past use to say. Their hearts are all the same (meaning that people in the past and the present who ask these questions are the same because both have no faith). We (Allaah) have made revelations that are clear signs (clearly recognized, clearly understood) for people who hold strong faith (in Allaah).

Quran 2:119 Ayah 2:119 Truly We (Allaah) have sent you (Prophet Muhammad) with the good news (of Paradise in the hereafter for those with faith in Allaah) and as a warner (of Hell fire in the hereafter for those with no faith in Allaah). And You (Prophet Muhammad) shall not be responsible for those who shall be in Hell fire.

Quran 2:120 Ayah 2:120 The Jews and the Christians shall never be pleased with you (Prophet Muhammad) unless you follow their (Jewish or Christian) religion (and believe what they believe in Quran 2:111 where only Jews and Christians will be granted Paradise. However Allaah reveals to you in Quran 2:112 and Quran 4:123 that whoever submits to Allaah no matter if they are Jewish or Christian or Muslim or anyone else they will all get their reward in Paradise from Allaah). Say (Prophet Muhammad to the Jews and the Christians), “Allaah’s guidance is the (only) guidance (I am following).” If you (Prophet Muhammad) were to follow their (Jewish or Christian) desires (for you to become a Jew or a Christian) after knowledge (from Allaah) has reached you (telling you in Quran 2:113 that if you became a Jew then the Christians would not be pleased and if you became a Christian then the Jews would not be pleased; then you would have disobeyed what Allaah has commanded you to do and) then you (Prophet Muhammad) would have no protector or helper from Allaah (in the hereafter on the Day of Judgement because you would have disobeyed your mission which is further explained in Quran 5:48 where Allaah has decreed the establishment of Islam and commands that Prophet Muhammad tell the Jews, Christians and Muslims to strive for all that is good with guidance to goodness explained in Quran 4:114 and Quran 4:123In the hereafter Allaah will show which people on the earth including which people in Judaism and in Christianity and in Islam were the best in behaviour on the earth in Quran 5:48).

Comment 1. Allaah will tell Prophet Muhammad to establish Islam and the reason is explained further in Quran 5:48 which commands Jews, Christians and Muslims to strive for all that is good with guidance to goodness explained in Quran 4:114 and Quran 4:123.

Quran 5:48 Ayah 5:48 And to you (Prophet Muhammad) We (Allaah) revealed the Scripture (the Quran) with the truth that confirmed the Scripture that was before it (in the Gospel Injil and the Torah Taurat) and (for you Prophet Muhammad to be) a guardian over it (the Quran). So judge between them (the Jews, the Christians and the Muslims) by what Allaah has revealed (to you Prophet Muhammad) and do not let their desires move you away from the truth that has come to you. For each (community of Jews, Christians and Muslims) We (Allaah) have appointed a divine law and a way (of religion). To Allaah you shall all return and He (Allaah) shall then inform you (in the Hereafter) about (the correctness of) the religious matters in which you (the Jews, the Christians and the Muslims) argue among each other.

Quran 4:114 Ayah 4:114 There is no good in most of their (the people’s) private conversation except in the person who calls for charity, kindness and peace making between humans, he (the person) who does this (charity, kindness and peace making between humans) and seeks the approval of Allaah, We (Allaahshall give them a great reward (in Paradise Jannah in the Hereafter).

Quran 2:121 Ayah 2:121 Those to whom We (Allaah) have given the Scripture (the Torah Taurat to the Jews and the Gospel Injil to the Christians and the Koran Quran to the Muslims) and who recite it (the Scripture) with its true recital (meaning with its true meaning). They are the ones that believe in it (Allaah’s Scripture in the Torah Taurat and in the Gospel Injil and in the Koran Quran). Those who reject faith in it (the Scripture in Allaah’s Torah Taurat and in the Gospel Injil and in the Koran Quran) they are the losers (in the hereafter).

Quran 2:122 Ayah 2:122 O Children of Israel, remember My (Allaah’s) favour when I (Allaah) favoured you from all others (by sending Allaah’s revelations to you).

Quran 2:123 Ayah 2:123 Then guard yourselves against a Day (the Day of Judgment in the hereafter) when no soul can get help from another, when no compensation shall be accepted and no intercession shall be of any use and there shall be no (outside) help (for you).

Note 1. Unless Allaah wills in the hereafter for an angel of Allaah or a messenger of Allaah or others to speak but they shall only say what Allaah has permitted them to say.

Quran 2:124 Ayah 2:124 And when Prophet Abraham Ibrahim was tested (for his faith) by his Lord (Allaah) with certain commands (in a vision dream to sacrifice his son in Quran 37:98 – 37:113 see Quran 6:60 and Quran 39:42 “Allah is the one who takes your souls at night”, Quran 17:60 “the vision” of Prophet Muhammad meaning the dream, Quran 12:6 and Quran 38:45 the vision meaning dream of Prophet Abraham Ibrahim, Prophet Isaac Ishaq and Prophet Jacob Yaqub Israel and Quran 48:27 Prophet Muhammad’s vision meaning dreamand he (Prophet Abraham Ibrahim) fulfilled them (and Allaah stopped Prophet Abraham Ibrahim from sacrificing his son), He (Allaahsaid, “I shall make you a (religious) leader of humankind.” (Prophet Abraham Ibrahim) said, “and of my offspring” (meaning my children and my descendants, shall they also be religious leaders of humanity)?” He (Allaah) said “(Yes but) My (Allaah’s) covenant (agreement) does not include wrong-doers and those without faith (and in Quran 37:113 Allaah blessed Prophet Abraham Ibrahim and Prophet Isaac Ishaq but of their offspring are some that do good to their souls and some that do wrong to their souls. Allaah leaves no other blessing in the story of the sacrifice).”

Comment 1. Prophet Abraham Ibrahim was tested for his faith by Allaah with certain commands in a vision dream ordering the sacrifice of his "only son" Prophet Isaac Ishaq in the Torah Taurat and in Quran 2:124.
Quran 38:45 - 38:48 shows that Prophet Isaac Ishaq was the only son living with Prophet Abraham Ibrahim at the time of the vision dream of the sacrifice and this is the reason Prophet Ishmael Ismail is not blessed with his father and with vision in Quran 38:48 like Prophet Isaac Ishaq is blessed with his father and with vision in Quran 38:45 - 38:47
The story of Prophet Ishmael Ismail starts in Quran 2:125.
This understanding is confirmed in two hadith stories about Prophet Ishmael Ismail which make no mention of the sacrifice because the sacrifice is the story of Prophet Isaac Ishaq as proof that no one can change the word of Allaah in the Torah Taurat and in the Quran.
The proof that Allaah is real is that the same son was to be sacrificed in both the Torah Taurat and in the Quran.

Quran 3:93 Ayah 3:93 “… Say (Prophet Muhammad, to the Jews of Yathrib), "Bring the Torah Taurat here and recite it (to me as evidence) if what you say (when you say that certain foods have always been forbidden by Allaah to the Jews) is true."

Quran 4:136 Ayah 4:136 “... and whoever has no faith in … His (Allaah’s) Books, … then he has strayed far away (from Allaah).

Quran 5:43 Ayah 5:43 How is it that they (the Jews of Yathrib Arabia) come to you for judgment when they have the Torah Taurat in which Allaah has already revealed to them judgment (about all the things they ask you to judge)? Yet even after (you, Prophet Muhammad, gave) that (judgement) they turn away. Such (people) are not believers (in Allaah).

Torah Genesis 22:2 And He (Allaah) said: “Take now your son, your only son (who still lives with you, reminding him that Allaah had earlier taken Ishmael Ismail and Hagar Hajar away from him into Allaah’s care in the desert), whom you love (Allaah makes the test very hard by demanding his second son and reminding him that this is his only remaining son and reminding him that he already gave Allaah one son and reminding him of his love for these sons), even (namely, that is) Isaac Ishaq.

Muslims in the first 350 years believed the Torah Taurat.

Stories claiming Muslims did not believe the Torah Taurat in the time of the prophet were invented after the death of Prophet Muhammad.

See http://www.judaism-islam.com/islam-teaches-torah-is-corrupted-tahrif-but-what-does-that-mean/

The proof that Allaah was invented would be the Torah Taurat and the Quran naming different sons of Prophet Abraham Ibrahim in the story of the sacrifice as proof that humans invented whatever they wanted in books that had no protection.
The proof that Allaah is real is that the Torah Taurat and the Quran both agree that the son to be sacrificed was Prophet Isaac Ishaq.

1a. Prophet Isaac Ishaq is blessed with his father and vision.

Prophet Abraham Ibrahim, Prophet Isaac Ishaq and Prophet Jacob Yaqub Israel all understood the vision of the well known dreams that are described in the Quran and in the Torah Taurat.

Quran 38:45 Ayah 38:45 And mention Our (Allaah’s) servant Prophet Abraham Ibrahim, Prophet Isaac Ishaq and Prophet Jacob Yaqub Israel (who were), men with strength (of faith in Allaah) and vision (to understand the will of Allaah).

Quran 38:46 Ayah 38:46 We (Allaah) chose them (Prophet Abraham Ibrahim, Prophet Isaac Ishaq and Prophet Jacob Yaqub Israel) for an exclusive (quality which is their) remembrance of the home (in the hereafter which is the final destination after death)

Quran 38:47 Ayah 38:47 And indeed they (Prophet Abraham Ibrahim, Prophet Isaac Ishaq and Prophet Jacob Yaqub Israel) to Us (Allaah) from the chosen ones are the best (of humans).

Quran 38:48 Ayah 38:48 And mention Prophet Ishmael Ismail and Prophet Elisha Al-Yasha and Prophet Ezekiel Zulkifl Dhul-Kifl. And all are from the best (of humans).

1b. Why is Prophet Ishmael Ismail not blessed with vision (the interpretation of dreams) in Quran 38:48 like Prophet Isaac Ishaq is blessed with vision (the interpretation of dreams) with his father in Quran 38:45 and Quran 12:6?

Prophet Ishmael Ismail is not connected to the stories of the well known vision of dreams that are described in the Quran and in the Torah Taurat.

Quran 12:6 Ayah 12:6 – “And so your Lord (Allaahshall choose you (Prophet Joseph Yusuf) and shall teach you the interpretation of stories (dreams) and shall perfect His (Allaah’s) favour on you and on the family of Prophet Jacob Yaqub Israel as He (Allaahperfected it on your fathers before you, (who were) Prophet Abraham Ibrahim and Prophet Isaac Ishaq. Your Lord (Allaahknows all things and is wise.”

1c. Why is Prophet Ishmael Ismail not blessed with his father in Quran 38:48 like Prophet Isaac Ishaq is blessed with his father in Quran 38:45?

Prophet Ishmael Ismail and Prophet Isaac Ishaq were not living together at the time of the vision dream of the sacrifice of the son of Prophet Abraham Ibrahim.

1d. How does the Quran explain why Allaah told Prophet Abraham Ibrahim to sacrifice “his only son” Isaac Ishaq in the Torah Taurat?

In the Quran Allaah shows that Prophet Isaac Ishaq was the only son living with Prophet Abraham Ibrahim at the time of the vision dream of the sacrifice.

After the story of the sacrifice of the son of Prophet Abraham Ibrahim in Quran chapter 37 Allaah shows in the next chapter Quran chapter 38 that Prophet Isaac Ishaq was “the only son” living with Prophet Abraham Ibrahim during the vision dream of the sacrifice when in Quran 38:45 Allaah blesses Prophet Abraham Ibrahim and Prophet Isaac Ishaq and Prophet Jacob Yaqub Israel  with vision which is the interpretation of the well known dreams that are described in the Quran and in the Torah Taurat and in Quran 38:48 Allaah blesses Prophet Ishmael Ismail without his father and without the vision (dream) as confirmation that Quran chapter 37 is the story of the vision dream of the sacrifice of Prophet Isaac Ishaq.

1e. The end of the story of Prophet Isaac Ishaq in Canaan today in Israel and Palestine in this section.

Quran 38:45 and Quran 38:48 which is the time when the two sons were separated are placed after Quran 2:124 which describe the test Allaah gave to Prophet Abraham Ibrahim and end the story of Prophet Isaac Ishaq in this section.

1f. The start of the story of Prophet Ishmael Ismail in Bakkah Havilah today in Makkah Saudi Arabia in this section.

Quran 38:45 and Quran 38:48 which is the time when the two sons were separated are placed before Quran 2:125 which describe the Kabah in Makkah which is the start of the story of Prophet Ishmael Ismail in this section.

2g, Prophet Muhammad hadith story about Prophet Ishmael Ismail.

Prophet Ishmael Ismail had already passed the age at which he was ready to work which is the age when the son was to be sacrificed because before he again met Prophet Abraham Ibrahim he had already married twice and he was already working to support a second wife after divorcing his first wife.

In two hadith stories Prophet Muhammad makes no mention of sacrifice because Prophet Ishmael Ismail is not the son to be sacrificed.

07b allaah http://sites.google.com/site/islamandthequran/prophet-muhammad-hadith-about-prophet-ismail-a

2h. The sacrifice of the son of Prophet Abraham Ibrahim in Quran chapter 37

In the first test Allaah ordered Prophet Abraham Ibrahim to send Prophet Ishmael Ismail and his mother Hagar Hajar into the desert.

In the second test Allaah ordered Prophet Abraham Ibrahim to sacrifice Prophet Isaac Ishaq who was the only son still living with him after Allaah had long ago taken away Ishmael Ismail and his mother Hagar Hajar to Allaah's care in the desert

Would Prophet Abraham Ibrahim reject Allaah by saying first you took Ishmael Ismail away from me and now you want to take my only son who is still living with me? No, Prophet Abraham Ibrahim did not say that.

Would Prophet Abraham Ibrahim reject Allaah by saying you promised future generations for me from Isaac Ishaq and now you want me to kill him? No, Prophet Abraham Ibrahim did not say that.

Prophet Abraham Ibrahim passed the test and Allaah showed that Allaah always keeps a promise by stopping the sacrifice and returning Isaac Ishaq to Prophet Abraham Ibrahim to produce the future generations as Allaah had promised.

The only people who Allaah blesses in the story of the sacrifice in Quran chapter 37 are Prophet Abraham Ibrahim and Prophet Isaac Ishaq both separately and together as the father and the son.

Quran 2:125 Ayah 2:125 And when We (Allaah) made the House (“the House” is l-bayta, see Quran 3:97 “the House” is l-bayti, see Quran 5:97 “the Sacred House” is l-bayta l-harama for mankind which is the Kabah, see Quran 22:26 “the House” is l-bayti which is the House for mankind in Quran 22:25 called “and the sacred mosque” is wal-masjidi l-harami, Quran 22:29 and Quran 22:33 refers to the Kabah in Makkah as the “Ancient House”a place of return (pilgrimage) for mankind and security (safety) and said “Take the place where Prophet Abraham Ibrahim stood as a place of prayer.” And We (Allaah) made a covenant (agreement) with Prophet Abraham Ibrahim and Prophet Ishmael Ismail saying, “Purify (clean) My (Allaah’s) House (“My House” is baytiya) for those who circumambulate (walk around it, see Quran 22:26 circumambulate “My House” is baytiya, see Quran 22:26 circumambulate “the Ancient House” is bil-bayti l-ʿatīqiand those who seclude themselves for devotion and prayer, and those who bow down and those who prostrate (their forehead to the ground.” Allaah moved people in Arabia away from stone idol worship at the Kabah and taught them the religion of Allaah by giving the first Muslims a direction of prayer towards Zion for the first 13 years of Islam in Makkah and the first 17 months of Islam in Yathrib Madinah. The Jewish Hebrew Bible Psalms 84:6 – 84:8 explains that the reason the first Muslims faced towards Zion was to teach them that “Happy is the man whose strength of belief is in You Allaah; in whose heart are the highways that lead pilgrims to righteousness” and to show the Jews and Christians that the Allaah of Islam is also the Allaah of Judaism and the Allaah of Christianity as explained in Quran 2:115Then in Quran 2:125 Allaah gave Islam a new direction of prayer facing the Kabah in Makkah for the purpose of teaching that the origin of pilgrimage and circumambulation around the Kabah is for the worship of Allaah and not for the worship of stone statues so that the people of Arabia might understand and turn to the worship of Allaah and abandon stone idol worship).

Quran 2:126 Ayah 2:126 And when Prophet Abraham Ibrahim said, "My Lord (Allaah), make this a city (“a city” is baladan, see Quran 2:125 which describes the origin of circumambulation around the Kabah for the worship of Allaah in Makkah. Quran 22:29 and Quran 22:33 refers to the Kabah in Makkah as the “Ancient House”) secure (safe) and provide fruits (rewards, benefits) for whoever of its people believed in Allaah and the Last Day (the Day of Resurrection)." He (Allaah) said, "(Yes I shall) and for those who disbelieved I will grant them enjoyment for a little while (on the Earth) and then (in the hereafter) I (Allaah) shall compel them to the punishment of the fire which is the destination for evil (evil-doers in the hereafter).”

Quran 2:127 Ayah 2:127 And when Prophet Abraham Ibrahim with Prophet Ishmael Ismail was raising the foundations of the House (“the House” is l-bayti which is the same word used in Quran 22:26 that describes walking around the house which is associated with the Kaaba in Mecca Arabia today the Kabah in Makkah Saudi Arabia and is mentioned in the covenant with Allaah in Quran 2:125 and as the place for sacrificing animals in Quran 22:33, and Prophet Abraham Ibrahim prayed) saying, "Our Lord (Allaah), accept from us (this service to You Allaah). You (Allaah) are the all hearing and the all knowing.”

Quran 2:128 Ayah 2:128 “Our Lord (Allaah), make us (Prophet Abraham Ibrahim with Prophet Ishmael Ismail) both submissive to You (Allaah, Muslim means submit) and from our offspring a community who are submissive to You (Allaah, Muslim means submit)And show us our ways of worship and turn to us (in mercy). You (Allaah) are the forgiver and the Most Merciful.”

Quran 2:129 Ayah 2:129 (Prophet Abraham Ibrahim said) “Our Lord (Allaah), raise up in them (our children) a messenger who shall recite to them Your (Allaah’s) verses and shall teach the book and the wisdom and purify (clean) them (of sin). You (Allaah) are the All-Mighty and the All-Wise.”

Comment 1. See this request fulfilled in Quran 2:151.

Quran 2:130 Ayah 2:130 And who would turn away from the religion of Prophet Abraham Ibrahim (who believes in one creator see Quran 3:95 and Quran 14:36) except whoever fooled themself (to believe that creations such as stone statues or a human such as Jesus Isa could be the creator of every creation or a partner with the creator in Quran 9:30 and Quran 9:31)? We (Allaah) chose him (Prophet Abraham Ibrahim as a leader of righteousness) in the world and in the hereafter (Prophet Abraham Ibrahim) will be among the righteous.

Quran 2:131 Ayah 2:131 When his Lord (Allaah) said to him (Prophet Abraham Ibrahim) “submit” (yourself to Allaah’s will), he (Prophet Abraham Ibrahim) said, “I have submitted (my will) to the Lord of the Worlds (Muslim means submit, in relation to submit to the will of Allaah).”

Quran 2:132 Ayah 2:132 And this was what Prophet Abraham Ibrahim left to his sons and to Prophet Jacob Yaqub Israel: "O my sons, Allaah has chosen this religion (faith, belief) for you, so do not die without submitting (your will to Allaah)."

Quran 2:133 Ayah 2:133 Were you witnesses when death was near to Prophet Jacob Yaqub Israel when he said to his sons (the children of Israel), “What shall you worship after me?” They said, “We shall worship your Allaah, the Allaah of your fathers, Prophet Abraham Ibrahim and Prophet Ishmael Ismail and Prophet Isaac Ishaq, and to Him the one Allaah (of every creation) we submit (our will and our faith).”

Quran 2:134 Ayah 2:134 Those people (Prophet Abraham Ibrahim and Prophet Ishmael Ismail and Prophet Isaac Isaq and Prophet Jacob Yaqub and many generations after them have) passed away. They shall have what they earned (the righteous rewards earned in their life shall be given to them in the hereafter) and you (the current generation) shall have what (righteous rewards) you earn (in this life given to you in the hereafter). You will not be questioned about what they (the people in past generations) did (you will be questioned on what you did so worry more about what you are doing than what other people did before you because it is what you do by which Allaah shall judge you in the hereafter).

Comment 1. Why did Allaah create Jews and Christians and Muslims?

Note 1. Allaah tests you by what Allaah has given you to show who is best in behaviour. So strive for all that is good.

Quran 2:135 Ayah 2:135 They (the Jews and the Christians) say, "Become Jews or Christians if you want be guided (to Allaah)." (Prophet Muhammad) say (to them), “No, I would rather follow the religion of Prophet Abraham Ibrahim because he did not worship idols (the idol of this life, idols of Allaah or any partners with Allaah).”

Comment 1. Who enters Paradise?

Quran 4:123 Ayah 4:123 (Entry to Paradise Jannah) shall not be based on your (the Muslim's) desires or on the desires of the people of the Scripture (the Jews and the Christians). (Instead) whoever does wrong (on the earth) shall earn (the punishment for the wrong) and that person shall not find any protector or helper other than Allaah (in the hereafter).
Note 1. Allaah will judge Muslims and Christians and Jews and every creation justly in the hereafter.

Quran 2:136 Ayah 2:136 Say (Prophet Muhammad), "We believe in Allaah and what is revealed to us (Muslims) and what was revealed to Abraham Ibrahim and Ishmael Ismail and Isaac Ishaq and Jacob Yaqub Israel and the descendants, and what was given to Moses Musa and Jesus Isa and what was given to the prophets from their Lord (Allaah). We make no distinction between any of them (meaning all the prophets had one message, worship only the one Allaah who is the creator of every creation). And we are submissive to Him (Allaah)."

Quran 2:137 Ayah 2:137 If they (the Jews and the Christians) believe as you (Prophet Muhammad) believe in Him (Allaah), then they (the Jews and the Christians) are correctly guided but if they (the Jews and the Christians) turn away then (they have turned away from Allaah’s guidance and) they are in opposition (to Allaah), and Allaah shall be sufficient (protection) for you (Prophet Muhammad) against them. He (Allaah) hears all and knows all.

Comment 1. Which is the correct religion?

If the Jews and the Christians believe in one Allaah like the Muslims believe in one Allaah then the Jews and the Christians and the Muslims who believe in one Allaah and do good deeds are correctly guided.
See Quran 2:137 and Quran 2:62 and Quran 5:69.

Quran 2:138 Ayah 2:138 Our religion is from Allaah, What is better than belief that has come from Allaah? We worship Him (Allaah who is the creator of every creation).

Quran 2:139 Ayah 2:139 Say (Prophet Muhammad), “Do you dispute with us about Allaah that He (Allaah) is our Lord and your Lord and that we are responsible for our actions and you are responsible for your actions and that we are sincere to Him (Allaah)?”

Quran 2:140 Ayah 2:140 Or do you say (to us) that Prophet Abraham Ibrahim and Prophet Ishmael Ismail and Prophet Isaac Ishaq and Prophet Jacob Yaqub Israel and the Tribes (the 12 tribes of the children of Israel and others) were Jews or Christians? Say (Prophet Muhammad to them), “Do you know (the answer) better than Allaah? (Allaah knows the truth about their faith). (A more important question might be) who is more unjust than those who conceal knowledge that they have from (the revelations of) Allaah? (This refers to some Jews and some Christians who pick and chose what they want in the scriptures and disregard other parts to make arguments, some matters are invented and other matters that are known are hidden by not mentioning them). Allaah is not unaware of what you do.”

Quran 2:141 Ayah 2:141 Those people (Prophet Abraham Ibrahim and Prophet Ishmael Ismail and Prophet Isaac Ishaq and Prophet Jacob Yaqub Israel and the 12 tribes of the children of Israel and others that) passed away (died in past generations). They shall have what they earned (of righteous rewards given to them in the hereafter) and you shall have what (righteous rewards) you earn (in this life given to you in the hereafter). You shall not be asked about what other people did in past generations (meaning pay attention to what you do in your life because this life has rewards for righteousness that will be given to you in the hereafter. Allaah knows the truth about the faith and the religion of the people of past generations and there is no reward in the hereafter for you in arguing this question).

Quran 2:142 Ayah 2:142 (The Jews pray facing Zion which is the Holy Jewish Temple ruins in Jerusalem Al-Quds, Palestine today in Israel and Palestine and so did the Muslims for 13 years in Makkah and for 17 months in Yathrib Madinah see Quran 2:115 and Quran 2:125). The foolish among the people shall say “What has turned them (Prophet Muhammad and his followers) away from their direction of prayers (the direction faced during prayer is qiblah) which they used to face (when the Muslims during prays faced towards Zion meaning the ruins of the First and the Second Holy Jewish Temple in Jerusalem Al-Quds see Quran 2:115 and Quran 2:125)? Say, “To Allaah belong both east and west (meaning whichever way you turn there you shall find the presence of Allaah see Quran 2:115). He (Allaah) guides whom He (Allaah) wills to the straight path (the right path, the correct path as confirmed by Allaah in the Jewish Hebrew Bible Psalms 84:6 – 84:8 where the reason the first Muslims faced towards Zion was to teach them that “Happy is the man whose strength of belief is in You Allaah; in whose heart are the highways that lead pilgrims to righteousness and the reason the direction was changed is explained in Quran 2:125 and Quran 2:143). –

Quran 2:143 Ayah 2:143 And so We (Allaah) made you a community of the middle way (notice this verse is the middle of chapter 2, a moderate people, moderate nation, moderate community, a just and balanced community, sensible and reasonable community, pleasant and temperate community, not too little and not excessive but a medium community, not below expectation and not excessive but a middle community, the best community, not extreme and not fanatical) so that you will bear witness (as the best example of the best community, a moderate people, a just and balance nation) to mankind and the Messenger (Prophet Muhammad) will be a witness (example of the best community, a moderate people, a just and balance nation) for you. We (Allaahdid not make the direction of prayer (“the direction to face during prayer” is the qiblah, qibla) that you were use to (when you faced Zion which contain the ruins of the first and second Jewish Temples in Jerusalem Al-Quds during your prayers see Quran 2:115 and then changed the direction to face the Kaaba in Mecca Arabia today the Kabah in Makkah Saudi Arabia during your prayers see Quran 2:125, for any reason) except that We (Allaah) made evident who followed the messenger (Prophet Muhammad) and who turned away (meaning in the first 13 years in Makkah and 17 months in Yathrib Madinah Allaah showed Prophet Muhammad who among the stone idol worshippers who had become Muslim accepted Prophet Muhammad by turning away from the Kabah in Makkah during prayer and faced during prayer towards Zion which contain the ruins of the first and second Jewish Temples in Jerusalem Al-Quds. When the direction of prayer was changed Allaah showed Prophet Muhammad who among the Christians and the Jews who had become Muslim accepted Prophet Muhammad by turning away from the ruins of the Temple in Jerusalem Al-Quds and towards the Kabah in Makkah during prayer). It was certainly a great test (to accept facing the new direction of the Kabah in Makkah during prayer) except for those whom Allaah has guided (on the right path to accept the change). And Allaah will not waste your faith (by cancelling prayers that were made in the earlier direction towards Zion which contain the ruins of the first and second Jewish Temple in Jerusalem Al-Quds). Allaah to mankind is full of Kindness and Most Merciful. –

Comment 1. Islam is the religion of moderation.

Extreme behaviour is not allowed in Islam.

Comment 2The religion of Islam and the belief in Islam is correct in moderation.

Religion and belief is not for Allaah when it is extreme or fanatical.

The correct belief is the belief that no person should be made to fear a human more than they fear Allaah.

The moderate belief is the belief that no person should be made to fear a human more than they fear Allaah.

The best belief is the belief that no person should be made to fear a human more than they fear Allaah.

The correct religion is the religion where no person is made to fear a human more than they fear Allaah.

The moderate religion is the religion where no person is made to fear a human more than they fear Allaah.

The best religion is the religion where no person is made to fear a human more than they fear Allaah.

Comment 3Religion and belief is not for Allaah when it is extreme or fanatical.

Comment 4. What is a terrorist?

A terrorist is a person who uses terrorism to achieve a political aim.

Terrorism is a criminal act intended to provoke a state of terror in the general public by the use of violence (hostility, brutality, cruelty, aggression, and killing) and intimidation (threats, fear, coercion, bullying, and terrorization) in the pursuit of political aims.

A terrorist deliberately (knowingly, intentionally, purposefully) attacks civilians (unarmed people, defenceless people, vulnerable people).

No religion allows the deliberate killing of civilians.

Nothing in any religion can justify the deliberate killing of civilians (unarmed people).

Quran 3:151 Ayah 3:151 (On the Day of Resurrection and JudgementWe (Allaahshall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved (in Allaah) because of what they (the stone idol worship in Mecca Arabia today in Makkah Saudi Arabia) associated (in the form of stone idol statues) with Allaah, (these are stone idols) for which He (Allaah) had sent no authority (for you to worship idols instead of correctly praying to Allaah who is the creator of every creation). Those wrong doers shall live in the punishment of fire which is the home for evil (in the hereafter).

Note 1. Allaah has authority to terrify humans.

Allaah has not given humans authority to terrify other humans.

Humans must only fear Allaah.

It is not fitting to cause a human to fear other humans more than they should fear Allaah.

Note 2. Why does Allaah terrify humans?

Quran 17:60 Ayah 17:60 “.... We (Allaah) warn (people to do what is good and avoid what is evil) and make them afraid (of Allaah by describing the home for evil doers in Hell Fire in the Hereafter) but it only increases them (some of the humans) in nothing but greater disobedience against Allaah (and the commandment to do what is good and avoid what is evil).

Note 3. Why should humans fear Allaah more than fearing humans?

Fear no one but Allaah.

Quran 2:40 Ayah 2:40 “…fear no one except Me (Allaah).”

Quran 16:52 Ayah 16:52 To Him (Allaah) belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth and to Him (Allaah) is due constant worship. Shall you then fear anyone other than Allaah?

Note 4. Do not make humans afraid of other humans.

Teaching Allaah’s word is better than terrorism.

Teaching Allaah’s word is better than intimidation.

Do not make humans fear a human.

Fear Allaah.

The correct belief is the belief that no person should be made to fear a human more than Allaah.

The moderate belief is the belief that no person should be made to fear a human more than Allaah.

The best belief is the belief that no person should be made to fear a human more than Allaah.

The correct religion is the religion where no person is made to fear a human more than Allaah.

The moderate religion is the religion where no person is made to fear a human more than Allaah.

The best religion is the religion where no person is made to fear a human more than Allaah.

Comment 5. Allaah protected the messenger of Allaah from unknowingly committing the sin of terrorism in Quran 48:25.

Quran 48:25 Ayah 48:25 They (the stone idol worshippers of Mecca Arabia today Makkah Saudi Arabia) are the ones who disbelieved (in Allaah) and turned you (Prophet Muhammad) away from the Sacred Mosque (Al-Masjid-al-Haram in Makkah) and your offerings (of 70 camels to Allaah for the feeding of the poor which) were prevented from reaching their place of sacrifice. (You would have been allowed to enter Makkah and fight for the sake of Allaah to worship Allaah at Allaah’s Sacred Mosque in Makkah) if it were not that there were believing men and women who you did not know that you may have trampled (with your offerings of 70 camels that would have killed both the believers who you did not know and the non believers because of a stampede by those animals caused by fighting that Allaah knew would occur) and so unknowingly you would have an evil deed against you(However Allaah stopped you from entering Makkah) so that Allaah might bring to His (Allaah’s) mercy whom He (Allaah) willed (by preventing you from making sin through your actions which would have killed innocent people). If they (the believers who you did not know and the wrongdoers who had sinned against Allaah) had been apart (so that only the wrongdoers who had sinned against Allaah were present) then We (Allaah) would have punished those of them who disbelieved with a painful punishment (by allowing you into Makkah and allowing the animal stampede to occur to punish the stone idol worshippers who forbid your worship of Allaah at the Sacred Mosque Al-Masjid-al-Haram in Makkah).

Note 1. In the Quran human actions that will result in the sudden killing of innocent people together with wrongdoers is not acceptable in the eyes of Allaah.

Quran 2:144 Ayah 2:144 We (Allaah) see the turning of your (Prophet Muhammad’s) face towards heaven (for guidance after 17 months in Yathrib Madinah which is after Muslims have been facing Zion during prayers in the Jewish Hebrew Bible Psalms 84:6 – 84:8 for the first 13 years of the development of Islam in Makkah and in the first 17 months of the development of Islam in Yathrib Madinah). So We (Allaah) will turn you (Prophet Muhammad) to the direction of prayer (“prayer direction” is qiblah) which you (Prophet Muhammad) will be pleased with (because your home city of Makkah from which you were driven out will become the centre for the worship of Allaah and not for the worship of stone statues). So turn your face toward the direction of the sacred mosque (“sacred mosque” is masjidi l-harami, Al-Masjid Al-Haraam, at the Kaaba in Mecca Arabia today the Kabah in Makkah Saudi Arabia), and wherever you are, turn your faces toward it (the Kabah in Makkah when you pray). Those who were given the Book (the Jews with the Torah Taurat and the Christians with the Gospel Injil) know that it is the truth from their Lord (meaning the Quran are the commands of Allaah because the Quran is a confirmation of what is with the Jews in the Torah Taurat and with the Christians in the Gospel Injil of Jesus Isa by Mark, Matthew, Luke and John meaning the Quran and Torah Taurat and Gospel Injil are the truth from Allaah as confirmed by the truth of Quran 2:145 which explains why Muslims have been given a direction for prayer that is different to the direction Allaah gave to the Christians and to the Jews). And Allaah is not unaware of what they (the humans) do –

Quran 2:145 Ayah 2:145 And even if you bring to those who have been given the Scripture (the Jews and the Christians) every sign (from Allaah) they (the Jews and the Christians) would (still) not follow your direction of prayer (qiblah) and you (the Muslims) cannot be a follower of their direction of prayer (qiblah) and they (the Jews and the Christians) are not followers of each other's direction of prayer (qiblah. See Quran 2:148). So if you (Prophet Muhammad) follow their desires after this knowledge has come to you (from Allaah), then you would be among the wrongdoers.

Quran 2:146 Ayah 2:146 Those (the Jews of Yathrib Madinah) whom We (Allaah) gave the Book (the Torah Taurat) they recognize it (the Quran as a revelation from Allaah) as (clearly as) they recognize their sons, but a group of them (among the Jews of Yathrib) conceal the truth (by not mentioning it) while they know (that what is in the Quran confirms what is in the Torah Taurat that is with them. See Quran 3:93 and Quran 3:199).

Comment 1. The recognition of Prophet Muhammad as a messenger of Allaah who was known by the Jews in Yathrib, Arabia “as clearly as they know their own sons” came from Rabbi Al-Husayn bin Salam who became Abdullah bin Salam.

Comment 2. It is reported that Rabbi Al-Husayn bin Salam who became Abdullah bin Salam saw Prophet Muhammad when Prophet Muhammad migrated from Mecca to Yathrib in 1 AH (622 CE, 622 AD). He was the first Jewish Rabbi to become a Muslim.

Quran 2:147 Ayah 2:147 The truth (in the Koran Quran) is from your Lord (Allaah), so do not be among the doubters.

Quran 2:148 Ayah 2:148 And for everyone (the Muslim and the Jew and the Christian) there is a direction (to face during prayer see Quran 2:115 and Quran  2:145) and he (the Muslim and the Jew and the Christian) turns to it (during prayer, the Muslim turns to Makkah and the Jew turns to Zion which is Jerusalem Al-Quds and some Christians turned to the East), so compete (with each other in doing) the good (deeds in this world). Wherever you (the Muslim and the Jew and the Christian) will be Allaah will bring you together (on the Day of Resurrection and Judgement. See Quran 5:48). Indeed on all things Allaah is capable (All-Powerful).

Comment 1. Which is the correct religion?

1a. Every people have a direction to which they face during prayer (Quran 2:148 Ayah 2:148).

1b. The Jewish people face Jerusalem Al-Quds during prayer.

1c. The early Christian people faced East towards the rising Sun during prayer.

1d. The Muslim people face the Kabah in Makkah Saudi Arabia during prayer.

1e. Allaah created all religions and ordained their direction for the offering of public prayers in an assembly.

1f. If the Jews and the Christians believe in one Allaah like the Muslims believe in one Allaah then the Jews and the Christians and the Muslims who believe in one Allaah and do good deeds are correctly guided. See Quran 2:137.

Quran 2:149 Ayah 2:149 Wherever you come from (when it is time for prayer) turn your face in the direction of the Sacred Mosque (“Sacred Mosque” is Al-Masjid l-harami, Al-Masjid Al-Haraam in Makkah). It (this commandment, see Quran 2:148) is the truth from your Lord (Allaah). And Allaah is not unaware of what you (humans) do.

Quran 2:150 Ayah 2:150 Wherever you come from (when it is time for prayer) turn your face in the direction of the Sacred Mosque (“Sacred Mosque” is l-masjidi l-harami, Al-Masjid Al-Haraam in Makkah). And wherever you are (when it is time for prayer) turn your faces in its (the Kabah’s) direction so that people shall have no argument with you (about the correct direction to face during prayer), except those who wronged among them; so do not fear them but fear Me (Allaah) so that I (Allaah) may complete My (Allaah’s) favour on you so that you may be (correctly) guided (by Quran 2:148).

Quran 2:151 Ayah 2:151 We (Allaah) sent amomg you a messenger (Prophet Muhammad who is) from you (the people of Mecca Arabia today Makkah Saudi Arabia), who recites to you Our (Allaah’s) verses and purifies (cleans) you (of sin) and teaches you the Book (the Quran) and the wisdom and teaches you what you did not know.

Comment 1. Quran 2:151 fulfills the request in Quran 2:129.

Comment 2"Teaches you what you did not know" through Prophet Muhammad in Quran 2:151 confirms Prophet Muhammad is the messenger in what (knowledge of Allah) they (the humans) did not know in Quran 96:4 - 96:5.

Quran 2:152 Ayah 2:152 So remember Me (Allaah) and I (Allaah) shall remember you and do not be ungrateful to Me (Allaah).

Quran 2:153 Ayah 2:153 All you who believe, seek assistance through patience and prayer. Allaah is with the patient.

Comment 1. Quran 2:153 Ayah 2:153 “… Allaah is with the patient.

Quran 103:2 Ayah 103:2 Humans are lost (from the mercy of Allaah) –

Quran 103:3 Ayah 103:3 Except those who believe and who do righteous deeds and who encourage each other to the truth and encourage each other to have patience.

Quran 2:154 Ayah 2:154 And do not speak (when delivering news) of those who are killed in the cause of Allaah as being “dead”, No, they are alive (their soul is alive), but you cannot see them.

Comment 1. The souls of dead people are alive in the care of Allaah until the day they are resurrected on the Day of Judgement in a spiritual body that can feel the reward or punishment that they had earned.

See: Does the soul exist? Is there a soul?

316B allaah https://sites.google.com/site/islamandthequran/does-the-soul-exist-after-death

Quran 2:155 Ayah 2:155 And We (Allaah) shall test you with some fear and hunger and loss of wealth and (loss of) lives and (loss of) property but (We Allaah) give good news (of Paradise in the hereafter) to those who are patient.

Comment 1. The stresses of life are a test of patience from Allaah (Quran 2:155).

Quran 30:60 Ayah 30:60 So have patience (Prophet Muhammad), Allaah’s promise is the truth. Do not let those who have no certainty (in their belief in Allaah) make you (Prophet Muhammad) impatient.

Quran 70:5 Ayah 70:5 So (Prophet Muhammad) be patient by being gracious in (your) patience (towards the stone idol worshippers in Makkah).

Quran 73:10 Ayah 73:10 And have patience with what they (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) say and when you leave them be polite (to them).

Quran 90:17 Ayah 90:17 And be a person who believes (in Allaah who is your creator) and encourage each other to be patient and to show compassion.

Quran 103:2 Ayah 103:2 Humans are lost (from the mercy of Allaah) –

Quran 103:3 Ayah 103:3 Except those who believe and who do righteous deeds and who encourage each other to the truth and encourage each other to have patience.

Quran 2:156 Ayah 2:156 (Those) who say, when misfortune comes, "To Allaah we belong, and to Him (Allaah) we shall return",

Comment 1. The stresses of life are a test of patience from Allaah (Quran 2:155).

Quran 2:157 Ayah 2:157 those are the people on whom (descend) blessings and mercy from their Lord (Allaah) and they are the people that receive guidance to the right path (because they have faith and they do what is good).

Comment 1. The stresses of life are a test of patience from Allaah (Quran 2:155).

Quran 2:158 Ayah 2:158 Indeed (the two hills near Makkah in Arabia) the Safa (As-Safa Safah Suffa Zafa) and the Marwah (Al-Marwah Marwa Merwah) are among the symbols (for the remembrance) of Allaah (and not symbols for the remembrance of stone idol worship in the same way as everything on the earth and in the heavens are signs and symbols of Allaah. See Quran 3:97 the Kabah is a sign of Allaah, Quran 5:97 the Kabah and the sacred months and animals for offering and the garlands are signs of Allaah, Quran 17:1 Zion meaning the place of the first and second Jewish Temples of Allaah in Jerusalem Al-Quds are signs of Allaah in the Jewish Hebrew Bible Psalms 84:6 – 84:8, Quran 22:32 “honour the symbols of Allaah”, Quran 22:36 camels and cattle are symbols of Allaah, Quran 39:42 life and sleep and death are signs of Allaah). So whoever performs Hajj (the major annual pilgrimage) to the House (“the House” is l-bayta, the Kabah in Makkah) or performs Umra Umrah (the minor pilgrimage at any time) there is no blame (of sin) on him if he walks between them (two hills even though this was done by the stone idol worshippers of Makkah who worshipped gods for whom temples had been built on both hills). And whoever voluntarily (and not because Allaah has commanded it) does (something) good (to please Allaah) then Allaah is Appreciative (to you) and All Knowing (of what you do).

Quran 2:159 Ayah 2:159 Those who hide (from people) what We (Allaah) sent down of clear proofs and guidance (such as Torah Deuteronomy 18:15 – 18:22 which reveal Allaah’s messengers and prophets) after We (Allaah through angle Gabriel Jibril to Prophet Muhammad) made it clear for the people of the Scripture (the Jews of Yathrib), they (who hide by not revealing all of the Torah Taurat) are the ones who shall receive the curse of Allaah (misfortune from Allaah, the misfortune of having lost Allaah’s guidance for their disbelief in Allaah) and the curse of those entitled to curse (at those who lack faith in Allaah, the creator).

Comment 1. The hiding of parts of the Torah Taurat by some Jews of Yathrib Arabia refers to the selective quoting of the Torah Taurat by not telling people about some of the revelations from Allaah that exist in the Torah in regards to the signs that indicate that a person is Allaah’s messenger or prophet. There is a curse on the person who hides such revelations of Allaah from other people.

Comment 2. Concealing  parts of the Torah Taurat by some Jews in Yathrib refers to the signs of Allaah’s messengers and Allaah’s prophets.

See Allaah protects the Torah Taurat and Gospel Injil and Quran in Quran 2:101 comments.

Quran 2:160 Ayah 2:160 Only to those who repent (sincerely ask Allaah to forgive their wrongdoing) and make amends (to correct the consequences of their wrongdoing by doing what is good) and openly (sincerely) declare (to Allaah their intention to improve their behaviour), to them I (Allaah) forgive, for I (Allaah) am the forgiver and the Most Merciful.

Comment 1. Allaah confirms that stoning to death for adultery does not apply today.

Allaah confirms what was revealed before the Quran in the Torah and in the Gospel.

The Torah Taurat of Prophet Moses Musa introduced stoning to death for adultery.

Allaah did not order stoning to death for adultery after Prophet Moses Musa in the time of King David Dawud.

After the time of Prophet David Dawud the Gospel Injil of Prophet Jesus Isa made stoning to death for adultery impossible because of the interpretation that no one can throw the first stone except a person who has no sin however there is no human without a sin.

Comment 2. Today Jews do not kill anyone for adultery.

Today Christians do not kill anyone for adultery.

Today most Muslims do not kill anyone for adultery.

Comment 3. Forgiveness for adultery in the Quran.

The Koran Quran does not order death for adultery.

In the Koran Quran the punishment for illegal sexual intercourse for unmarried Muslims is Quran 4:15 – 4:18.

In the Koran Quran the punishment for adultery by married Muslims is Quran 4:25 and 24:1 – 24:2.

Forgiveness for all sins including adultery is confirmed in Quran 3:135  3:136, 4:17 – 4:18, 4:110, 25:68 – 25:71.

Quran 2:128 explains that Allaah is always ready to forgive because Allaah is the Most Merciful.

Allaah removed stoning to death for adultery.

24b allaah/ayah http://sites.google.com/site/islamandthequran/quran-surah-24-stoning-to-death-for-adultery-is-not-in-al-quran

Quran 2:161 Ayah 2:161 Those who reject faith and who die without faith, on them is the combined curse of Allaah and of angels and of humans (the combined misfortune from Allaah, misfortune of having lost Allaah’s guidance).

Quran 2:162 Ayah 2:162 They shall live in there (under Allaah’s wrath in Hell) and their punishment shall not be reduced and they shall not be excused (in the hereafter because they had no faith in Allaah).

Quran 2:163 Ayah 2:163 And your Allaah is One Allaah, there is no Allaah but He, the most kind and the Most Merciful.

Quran 2:164 Ayah 2:164 See in the creation of the heavens and the earth, see in the changes of the night and the day, see in the sailing of ships through the sea for the benefit of humans, see in the rain which Allaah sends down from the skies and the life which He (Allaah) gives to an earth that is dead, see in the animals of all kinds that He (Allaah) scatters throughout the earth, see in the change of the winds, see in the clouds which are held between the sky and the earth. (Here) indeed are signs (evidence of the creator) for people that reason.

Quran 2:165 Ayah 2:165 Yet there are people who take (for worship) others besides Allaah, as equal (with Allaah, these are some of the Christians who pray to Prophet Jesus Isa instead of praying to Allaah and the stone idol worshipers who pray to stones instead of praying to Allaah). They love them (the Christians love wooden idols of Prophet Jesus Isa and the idol worshipers love stone idols in the same way) as they should love Allaah (only). But those who believe love Allaah more (than anything or anyone else). If only those who do wrong could see their punishment (in the hereafter for their lack of faith in the one Allaah who is the creator of every creation). All power belongs to Allaah and Allaah is severe in punishment (to those without faith in Allaah).

Comment 1. They love them in the same way as they should only love Allaah means “The Christians love wooden idols of Prophet Jesus Isa and the idol worshipers love stone idols in the same way as they should be in love only with Allaah who is the one who created every creation.”

Quran 2:166 Ayah 2:166 (On the Day of Judgement) when those who were followed (such as Prophet Jesus Isa shall) disown (by declaring himself innocent of) those who (incorrectly) followed (him by wrongfully misleading others when they said that Prophet Jesus Isa was Allaah or was an equal partner with Allaah), those followers (that said the messenger of Allaah is Allaah or an equal partner with Allaah) shall see (in the hereafter) their punishment and they shall see that all their relations (ancestors) disown them (because of their disbelief in Allaah who has no partners and who is the creator of every creation).

Comment 1. Jesus on the Day of Judgement.

Isa on the Day of Judgement.

On the Day of Judgement Prophet Jesus Isa shall deny to Allaah that he (Prophet Jesus Isa) had misled his followers who had started to say that Prophet Jesus Isa was Allaah after Prophet Jesus Isa had left the earth).

Gospel of Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me (Prophet Jesus Isa) in that day (The Day of Judgement), “Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name? And in your name we have cast out devils? And in your name we have done many wonderful works?

Gospel of Matthew 7:23 And then I (Prophet Jesus Isa) will declare to them (and to Allaah), “I never knew you: depart from me, you (and your) works of wickedness”.

Comment 2. In the Gospel Jesus is not Allaah because only Allaah knows the time of the Day of Resurrection.

In the Injil Isa is not Allaah because only Allaah knows the time of the Day of Resurrection.

Gospel of Mark 13:31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words (the message from Allaah delivered by Prophet Jesus in the Gospel of Mark 12:29 – 12:30) shall not pass away.

Gospel of Mark 13:32 But the day (the time) of the hour (of the Day of Resurrection) which no human knows, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son (Son meaning the servant of Allaah, Prophet Jesus Isa), but only the Father (Allaah knows the time of the hour of the end of the earth).

Comment 3. In the Gospel there is only one Allaah.

In the Injil there is only one Allaah.

See Quran 2:116 comments.

Quran 2:167 Ayah 2:167 And those who followed (Prophet Jesus Isa and who wrongfully said that Prophet Jesus Isa was Allaah or an equal partner with Allaah) shall say (in the hereafter), "If only we had one more chance to return (to the worldly life), we would disown (declare ourselves as innocent from) them (Allaah’s prophet) as they (the prophet) have disowned (declared themselves innocent from) us." Thus Allaah shall show them that their deeds are nothing but (insincere) regrets. And they shall have no way out of the fire of punishment (because of their disbelief and insincerity to Allaah).

Quran 2:168 Ayah 2:168 O people, eat the lawful and good things that are on the earth and do not follow the footsteps of Satan Shaitan, he is to you (humans) a clear enemy.

Quran 2:169 Ayah 2:169 He (Satan Shaitan) commands you to do only what is evil and sinful and tries to make you say things against Allaah, things of which you have no knowledge.

Comment 1. Satan tries to make you say things against Allaah.

Comment 2. Jesus never said he is Allaah.

Isa never said he is Allaah.

Prophet Jesus Isa said Allaah is greater than him.

Gospel of John 14:28 "You heard that I (Prophet Jesus Isa) said to you, 'I go away, and I will come to you.’ If you loved me (Prophet Jesus Isa), you would have rejoiced because I (Prophet Jesus Isa) go to the Father (Allaah), for the Father (Allaah) is greater than I (Prophet Jesus Isa).

Comment 3. Jesus never said pray to me.

Isa never said pray to me.

Prophet Jesus Isa said you must pray to Allaah yourself.

Gospel of John 15:16 You did not choose me but I (Prophet Jesus Isa) chose you, and appointed you (as my disciples, as my followers) so that you would go and bear fruit (by spreading the belief in Allaah), and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father (Allaah) in my name (meaning, “I pray to Allaah in the name of the messenger of Allaah who is Prophet Jesus Isa”), He (Allaah) may give to you. (Meaning that all prayer must be directed to Allaah, not to Prophet Jesus Isa).

Gospel of John 16:26 "In that day you will ask in my name (“I pray to Allaah in the name of the messenger of Allaah who is Prophet Jesus Isa”), and I (Prophet Jesus Isa) do not say to you that I (Prophet Jesus Isa) will request of the Father (Allaah) on your behalf (Meaning that all prayer must be directed to Allaah, not to Prophet Jesus Isa because creations have no power to hear pray and creations have no power to pass on prayers to Allaah. Only Allaah has the power to hear prayer because Allaah is the creator of every creation).

Note 1. Prophet Jesus Isa the created human reminds humans that Prophet Jesus Isa shall not pray to Allaah for you.

You yourself must pray to Allaah not to Prophet Jesus Isa because only Allaah the creator has power to hear prayer and grant requests.

Prophet Jesus Isa says this so that on the Day of Judgement no one shall be able to say that Prophet Jesus Isa misled the people to believe that Prophet Jesus Isa was Allaah).

Comment 4. Like every prophet before him, Jesus said another prophet shall come after him. Why?

Gospel of John 16:9 (Prophet Jesus Isa said that another messenger, The Comforter, would come after him and judge) concerning sin, “because they (the children of Israel) do not believe me (Prophet Jesus Isa)” (and therefore they do not believe Allaah who sent Prophet Jesus Isa as the messenger of Allaah to warn the children of Israel that they are making sin, wrong doing).

Note 1. Like every prophet of Allaah, Prophet Jesus Isa said another messenger would come after him in the Gospel of John 14:16, 15:26 – 15:27, 16:7 – 16:15

Comment 5. Allaah tests every human including Jesus with Satan (the devil, Shaitan).

Allaah tests every human including Isa with Satan (the devil, Shaitan).

Those who obey Satan Shaitan fail the test of life that Allaah has given.

Those who reject Satan Shaitan pass the test of life that Allaah has given.

Comment 6. Satan invites those without knowledge of Allaah to sin by whispering false things to them about Allaah such as -

Allaah has 3 parts (wrong there is only one Allaah),

Allaah is Jesus Isa (wrong Jesus Isa is a human and a prophet and a messenger of Allaah),

Pray to Jesus Isa (wrong only Allaah has the power to hear prayer),

Pray to Mary Mariam (wrong only Allaah has the power to hear prayer),

Pray to saints (wrong only Allaah has the power to hear prayer),

Humans are in the real image of Allaah (wrong this encourages the worship of idols in the image of humans such as idols of the human Jesus Isa, idols in the image of Mary Mariam and idols in the image of saints.

A correct understanding of humans are in the image of Allaah is that humans who are kind and merciful follow in the image meaning in the example of Allaah because Allaah is the most kind and the most merciful.

Comment 7. Allaah is unique and does not resemble his creations in any way.

Anything that resembles the creation with eyes, hands, feet etc could not create the Universe.

The image of the creator is like nothing we can ever imagine and so the image of Allaah is unique to Allaah and does not look like any creation.

Comment 8. The image of Allaah is best understood as the gift possessed by humans to forgive and love each other.

Forgiveness and love are the way of Allaah, the gift of Allaah, the image of Allaah that humans are able to give to each other.

Comment 9. Only Allaah the creator can hear prayer and so praying to someone or something else is like praying to an idol (idol worship).

Comment 10. No one on the Earth is Allaah.

Gospel of Matthew 23:9 (Jesus Isa said) and call no one on earth (including Jesus Isa) your father (Allaah), because there is only one father (Allaah) for you, the heavenly one …”

Note 1. No one on the Earth is Allaah because everything on the Earth is created by Allaah.

Allaah is not in one place however to make clear that Jesus Isa is not Allaah the expression “Allaah in heaven” is used to show that Jesus Isa who is on the Earth is not Allaah).

See Quran 2:116 comments.

Quran 2:170 Ayah 2:170 When it is said to them (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) "Follow what Allaah has revealed," They say "No, we shall follow the ways of our fathers". What, even though your fathers had no understanding (by worshipping stone idols) and no guidance (from Allaah)?

Quran 2:171 Ayah 2:171 The example of those (stone idol worshippers in Makkah) who disbelieve (in Allaah) is like a person who shouts out to something (like stone idols) that can not hear anything. It (what they do) is nothing but a shout and a call.. They are deaf (to words that are against their stone idol worship), dumb (they cannot speak the truth about their stone idol worship), and blind (they cannot see the true path about their stone idol worship) so they do not understand what they are doing (when they worship stones).

Quran 2:172 Ayah 2:172 All you who believe (in Allaah), eat the good things that We (Allaah) have provided to you and give thanks to Allaah when you worship Him.

Quran 2:173 Ayah 2:173 He (Allaah) has forbidden you to eat the meat of animals found dead, and blood, and the meat of pigs, and that which is killed as a sacrifice in the name of anyone other than Allaah. But if one is forced by necessity and not from a desire to be disobedient or from a desire to exceed the limit of the law then there is no sin on you (to eat those foods). Truly Allaah is most forgiving and Most Merciful.

Quran 2:174 Ayah 2:174 Those (Jews of Yathrib Arabia) who hide (during their arguments, discussions or teachings, something of) the Scripture that Allaah revealed have exchanged it (the truth of Allaah’s revelations) for a small price (of worldly gain such as profit, pride or fame because of arrogance, jealousy or dishonesty) and they fill their stomach with nothing but fire (evil). Allaah shall not speak to them on the Day of Resurrection (because of Allaah’s anger for what they said about Allaah and His messengers), nor clean them (of their sins), and theirs shall be a painful punishment (in the hereafter).
Comment 1. See Quran 2:55 comments.

Quran 2:175 Ayah 2:175 They are the ones who buy error instead of (buying) guidance (from Allaah), and (who buy) punishment instead of (buying) forgiveness (from Allaah). What made them steadfast for the fire (in the hereafter)?

Quran 2:176 Ayah 2:176 It is because Allaah has revealed the Book (the Koran) with the truth and those who go against the Book (the Quran) are in opposition (to Allaah).

Quran 2:177 Ayah 2:177 It is not (a sign of) righteousness if you turn your faces towards the East or the West (in prayer), but righteousness is this, that one should believe in Allaah and the Last Day and the Angels and the Book (the Quran) and (all) the Prophets and give away (your) wealth out of love for Him (Allaah) to your near relations and the orphans and the needy and the traveller and those who ask for help and for the freedom of captives and keep up prayer and pay the tax to help the poor (Zakah) and fulfill agreements that have been promised, and those who are patient in times of distress, sickness and in time of conflicts, these are the people who fear and obey (Allaah).

Quran 2:178 Ayah 2:178 All you who believe, the law of equal punishment (legal retribution, legal justice, taking a life for a lost life) is prescribed for you for those murdered, (Charge with the crime of murder) the free (person) when the free (person is the murderer), (charge with the crime of murder) the slave when the slave (is the murderer) and (charge with the crime of murder) the woman when the woman (is the murderer). But if the killer is forgiven (pardoned) by his (injured) brother (the injured brothers are the inheritors of the killed man who has the right to punish or pardon the murderer) then grant any reasonable demand and compensate him well (with blood money or other compensation) and with kindness, this is a concession and a mercy from your Lord (Allaah. Also see Quran 5:45). After this whoever exceeds the limits (for example, if there is another killing after the pardon or the compensation) then there shall be a painful punishment (in this world and in the hereafter).

Comment 1. Allaah teaches that forgiving a killer is to correctly judge by what Allaah has revealed in Quran 5:45.

in Quran 5:45 Allaah teaches that the charity of forgiving a killer shall be rewarded in the hereafter.
Allaah teaches that the charity of forgiving a killer shows you love Allaah more than you love revenge.
Forgiveness to all humans is counted as a good deed in the sight of Allaah on the Day of Judgement.

Quran 5:45 Ayah 5:45 (And in the Torah Taurat) We (Allaah) gave all the laws, (taking) the life for the (lost) life, (taking) the eye for the (lost) eye, (taking) the nose for the (lost) nose, (taking) the ear for the (lost) ear, (taking) the tooth for the (lost) tooth, these are the laws of retaliation for giving wounds that are equal to what were unjustly inflicted. Whoever forgoes it (meaning whoever gives the mercy of not retaliating) shall be rewarded by (Allaah) cancelling some of the sins of the person (that had the right to retaliate but did not retaliate but instead they followed in the way of Allaah’s recommended mercy)Whoever does not judge by what Allaah has revealed are wrong doers.

1a. Around the year 2000 Sheik Bulbul in Galkayo, Somalia said on a Radio Galkayo religious lesson “If anyone where to kill me I forgive them in advance (I pardon them in advance).” He used Quran 5:45 to save the life of any future killer as a righteous deed for Allaah to show he cared more for Allaah than he cared of revenge for himself or of revenge against any person. Such a forgiveness and pardon to a killer is from humans in this life only because it shall be Allaah that decides on any punishment for a killer in the hereafter. In 2004 in Galkayo, Somalia, Sheik Bulbul was accidentally shot and killed while trying to stop a fight between two men, both men were pardoned as Sheik Bulbul had requested 4 years earlier).

1b. Your forgiveness and your pardon can be a test that you love Allaah more than anything else.

See in Quran 2:165 “… Those who believe love Allaah more than anything else. ...”).

1c. Your forgiveness and your pardon can be a test that you love Allaah more than your relations who were killed by someone.

See in Quran 2:200 “... remember Allaah (in praise) much more than you remember your ancestors. ...”).

Comment 2. Do not exceed the limits in the matter of taking life.

The limit requires that in the case of killing, only the killer may be killed (if he or she has not been pardoned).

Quran 17:33 Ayah 17:33 And do not kill anyone which Allaah has forbidden, except what is legal. And whoever is killed unjustly (not by mistake), We (Allaah) have given his heir the authority (for legal action to demand the law of equal punishment or to forgive or to take blood money as compensation). But do not allow him to exceed the limits in the matter of taking life (meaning, no one can be killed except the killer). Indeed he (his heir) is helped (by the law and those who administer the court of law).

2a. When Muslims kill innocent Muslims or innocent non Muslims they have exceeded the limits of acceptable human behaviour.

No human is responsible for the wrong that was done by another human.

No human can be blamed for a wrong except the human who did the wrong.

Quran 39:7 Ayah 39:7 "... No one can carry the sins of another person..."
2b. It is forbidden for Muslims to kill innocent Muslims or innocent non Muslims in retaliation for a wrong that was done to them.
Quran 6:164 Ayah 6:164 "... Each soul earns no blame (for sin) except against itself and no bearer (of the blame of sin) shall bear the burden (of the blame of sin) of another (soul).

Quran 2:179 Ayah 2:179 – The law of equal punishment (legal retribution, legal justice, taking a life for a lost life) is (to save) life, so that you may understand (the consequences in this world and in the next world for your actions) and may restrain yourselves (from killing).

Comment 1. In Quran 2:178 and Quran 2:179 Allaah warns his creations to protect their life and avoid killing. Allaah created life and all life belongs to Allaah. Allaah has ordered that life be protected.

Comment 2. In Quran 2:179 Allaah explains to “people of understanding” that if the killer knows they shall be killed then they shall stop themselves (from killing) and both save their own life and the life of the person that they wanted to kill and so they shall be rightly guided by Allaah not to kill.

Comment 3. In Quran 2:179 those that kill carry the burden of their evil sins. They are against Allaah and are not “people of understanding” and they (the killers) have lost the guidance of Allaah.

Comment 4. Why is the saving of human life important?

Allaah revealed in Quran 2:179 that the purpose of revealing Quran 2:178 is to save human life.

See Quran 2:30 comments.

Quran 2:180 Ayah 2:180 Prescribed for you when death approaches any of you and you have some goods to leave (as inheritance) is to make a will (wasiyya) for your parents and the near relatives that is fair (correct); this is a duty on the righteous ones.

Comment 1. See Quran 2:180 – 2:182, Quran 2:240, Quran 4:8, Quran 4:11, Quran 4:12Quran 4:33, Quran 4:176 and Quran 5:106 – 5:107.

Quran 2:181 Ayah 2:181 Then whoever changes it (the will, the wasiyya) after hearing it, the sin shall be on those who changed it (the will, the wasiyya). Indeed, Allaah hears all and knows all.

Comment 1. See Quran 2:180 – 2:182, Quran 2:240, Quran 4:8, Quran 4:11, Quran 4:12Quran 4:33, Quran 4:176 and Quran 5:106 – 5:107.

Quran 2:182 Ayah 2:182 But whoever fears from the testator (the person who has made the will, wasiyya) some mistake (such as an error in law that needs correcting) or (intentional) wrong and brings a settlement between them (the heirs) then there is no sin on him. Allaah is most forgiving and merciful.

Comment 1. See Quran 2:180 – 2:182, Quran 2:240, Quran 4:8, Quran 4:11, Quran 4:12Quran 4:33, Quran 4:176 and Quran 5:106 – 5:107.

Quran 2:183 Ayah 2:183 All you who believe, fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you so that you may become righteous (faithful to the will of Allaah).

Quran 2:184 Ayah 2:184 (Fast) for a fixed number of days, but if any of you is ill or on a journey, the same number (of fast days should be made up) from other days. And as for those who can fast with difficulty (example, old people, etc.) they have (a choice either to fast or) to feed a poor person (for each day). But it is better for you (in reward in the hereafter) to do good (example, feeding the poor, etc) voluntarily (for free by your own initiative). It is better for you to fast, if only you knew (the value of the reward for fasting).

Quran 2:185 Ayah 2:185 In the month of Ramadan the Quran was revealed as guidance for humans with clear reasons for the guidance and with judgment (between right and wrong). So whoever of you sights (the crescent of the Moon on the first night of) the month (of Ramadan) should spend that month in fasting, but if anyone is ill or on a journey, the prescribed period of days (should be made up) later. Allaah intends that things be easy for you, He (Allaah) does not want to make things difficult for you and (Allaah wants you) to complete the prescribed period (of the fast) and to glorify Him (Allaah) in (the way) that He (Allaah) has guided you (until the end of fasting when the crescent of the Moon returns) and that you give thanks to Him (Allaah).

Comment 1. When is Ramadan?

011B allaah http://sites.google.com/site/islamandthequran/when-is-ramadaan-in-soomaaliya-somaliya-somalia

When is Eid ul-Fitr?

012D http://sites.google.com/site/islamandthequran/when-is-eid-al-fitri

Quran 2:186 Ayah 2:186 And when My (Allaah’s) servants (the humans) ask you (Prophet Muhammad) concerning Me (Allaah), then surely I (Allaah) am near and I (Allaah) answer the requests of prayer when they (who have faith) call on Me (Allaah), so they should respond to My (Allaah’s) call (with obedience) and believe in Me (Allaah) so that they may be (correctly) guided.

Quran 2:187 Ayah 2:187 It is made lawful for you to have sexual relations with your wives on the night of the fasts (after the fast is broken at night). They are your garments and you are their garments (meaning enjoy the pleasure of living together, sexual intercourse). Allaah knows what you used to secretly do among yourselves but He (Allaah) turned to you and forgave you (by changed the rules of the fast) so (that you can) now have sexual relations with them and do what Allaah has ordained (made legal) for you (such as making children) and eat and drink until the white thread of dawn (just before sunrise) appear to you distinct from its black thread (night) and then (start the) fast till the night appears but do not have sexual relations with your wives while you are in the mosques (confining oneself away from worldly affairs and in prayer). Those are (the legal) limits (set by) Allaah, obey the rules for fasting. Allaah makes clear his revelations to humans so that they may become righteous (faithful to the will of Allaah).

Quran 2:188 Ayah 2:188 Do not consume (use) each other’s wealth unjustly (by theft or in extortion by unlawfully obtaining money, property or services) nor send it (as corruption in bribery) to rulers (judges) to help you to sinfully consume (use) another person’s wealth, when you know (it is illegal).

Quran 2:189 Ayah 2:189 They ask you (Prophet Muhammad) about (what are) the new Moons. Say, these are signs to mark fixed periods of time for (the affairs of) humans and for the pilgrimage. It is not righteous for you to enter the houses from the back (door) but righteous (is the person) who fears Allaah. So enter houses through their proper doors and fear Allaah so that you may be successful (in the hereafter with the correct faith in Allaah).

Quran 2:190 Ayah 2:190 And fight in the way of Allaah (by protecting every innocent life so that you only fight) those who fight you (meaning fight people who are fighting you. It is illegal to kill people who are not fighting such as people who are in places of worship in Quran 2:114 and Quran 22:40. Fight in the Quran never means fight people who are not fighting you and fight in the Quran never means fighting civilians and fight in the Quran never means fighting innocent people and fight in the Quran never means fighting unarmed children or unarmed women or unarmed men who are not fighting you and fight in the Quran never means fighting people only because of their nationality or only because of their religion and fight in the Quran never means fighting people who do not wish to fight you or who surrender to you and fight in the Quran never means fighting people with whom you have a peace treaty unless the peace treaty has been violated and cancelled) and do not go over the legal limits (that Allaah has imposed on you in Quran 4:93 where Allaah promises Hell Jahannam forever to the Muslim who kills one innocent Muslim and Quran 5:32 where Allaah in the hereafter will judge the killing of one innocent Muslim or the killing of one innocent non Muslim as equal to the crime of killing all mankind). Allaah does not like the transgressors (meaning people who make actions that Allaah has made illegal for example it is illegal to kill people who are not fighting such as people who are in places of worship in Quran 2:114 and Quran 22:40. See Quran 2:114, Quran 2:190, Quran 2:191, Quran 2:192, Quran 2:193, Quran 2:217, Quran 4:93, Quran 5:32, Quran 5:33, Quran 5:34, Quran 9:28, Quran 9:29, Quran 22:39, and Quran 22:40).

Comment 1. Forgive the disbelievers see Quran 45:14

Ayahs that Allaah revealed in the Quran during a time of war with stone idol worshippers in Mecca, Arabia today Makkah Saudi Arabia do not cancel the revelations Allaah revealed earlier in the Quran just as the verses that Allaah revealed in the Torah Taurat during a time of war with stone idol worshippers in Canaan today Israel and Palestine do not cancel the revelations Allaah revealed earlier in the Torah Taurat.

All of Allaah’s verses carry a message of wisdom for humankind.

Some verses give guidance in times of war and other verses give guidance in times of peace.

The correct interpretation of each verse in the Books of Allaah gives knowledge and wisdom and guidance to whoever Allaah wills.

Quran 2:191 Ayah 2:191 And kill them (in battle meaning the stone idol worshippers in Makkah as explained in Quran 22:39 and Quran 22:40wherever you find them (killing you in battle meaning fight people who are fighting you as explained in Quran 2:190. It is illegal to kill people who are not fighting such as people who are in places of worship in Quran 2:114 and Quran 22:40. Fight in the Quran never means fight people who are not fighting you and fight in the Quran never means fighting civilians and fight in the Quran never means fighting innocent people and fight in the Quran never means fighting unarmed children or unarmed women or unarmed men who are not fighting you and fight in the Quran never means fighting people only because of their nationality or only because of their religion and fight in the Quran never means fighting people who do not wish to fight you or who surrender to you and fight in the Quran never means fighting people with whom you have a peace treaty unless the peace treaty has been violated and cancelledand drive them out from wherever they drove you out (to reclaim your territory). Oppression (meaning the persecution of Muslims by the stone idol worshippers in Makkah only because Muslims say “Allaah is my Lord” in Quran 22:39 and Quran 22:40 needs to be opposed because if Muslims do not fight against the oppression of their religion then Quran 2:217 explains that the stone idol worshippers of Makkah shall continue fighting Muslims until they turn Muslims away from their faith in Allaah if they can and the resultis worse than the killing (in battle against the oppression of religion because Quran 2:217 explains that those among the Muslims who die and had returned to stone idol worship shall be in the fire of Hell Jahannam meaning the oppression of religion in the time of the stone idol worshippers in Makkah 1400 years ago needed to be removed and replaced by the guidance of Quran 2:256 “There is no compulsion in religion …” meaning religion must come voluntarily from the human heart and not from the fear of humans or by force from Muslims or by force from stone idol worshippers). Do not fight them (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) near the Sacred Mosque (“Sacred Mosque” is Al-Masjid Al-Haraam in Makkah because this is Holy ground) unless they fight you in it (first). Then If they (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) fight you (there first) then you can kill them (there in battle like they are killing you there in battle). This is the reward for the disbelievers (meaning for the stone idol worshippers in Makkah if they persecute and fight against Muslims without a just cause. See Quran 2:114, Quran 2:190, Quran 2:191, Quran 2:192, Quran 2:193, Quran 2:217, Quran 4:93, Quran 5:32, Quran 5:33, Quran 5:34, Quran 9:28, Quran 9:29, Quran 22:39, and Quran 22:40).

Comment 1. When does Allaah not support Muslims?

Quran 2:190 Ayah 2:190 And fight in the cause of Allaah (the cause of righteousness and not for your own selfish causes) ..."

Quran 2:190 Ayah 2:190 "... do not go over the legal limits (that Allaah has imposed on you). ..."

Quran 2:190 Ayah 2:190 "... Allaah does not like people who make actions that He (Allaah) has made illegal (it is illegal to kill people who are not fighting such as women and children).

Quran 9.36 Ayah 9.36 "... know that Allaah is with those who restrain themselves (from going over the legal limits allowed by Allaah during war, for example it is illegal to kill people who are not fighting such as women and children).

See Quran 2:30 and 2:179 comments.

Comment 2. Those who do not understand that the Quran has ayah of history that include history about fighting translate the Quran as if those commands are for me and you to fight today.

No those are not commands for me and you to fight today.
They are commands given by Allaah to Prophet Muhammad addressed to those people who lived in the time of the prophet 1400 years ago.
We need to know that the ayah about fighting are connected to issues that occurred in history.

Quran 2:192 Ayah 2:192 Then if they (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) cease (stop fighting), (then you stop fighting. See Quran 2:114, Quran 2:190, Quran 2:191, Quran 2:192, Quran 2:193, Quran 2:217, Quran 4:93, Quran 5:32, Quran 5:33, Quran 5:34, Quran 9:28, Quran 9:29, Quran 22:39, and Quran 22:40). Allaah is forgiving and Most Merciful.

Quran 2:193 Ayah 2:193 And fight them (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah meaning fight people who are fighting you. It is illegal to kill people who are not fighting such as people who are in places of worship in Quran 2:114 and Quran 22:40. Fight in the Quran never means fight people who are not fighting you and fight in the Quran never means fighting civilians and fight in the Quran never means fighting innocent people and fight in the Quran never means fighting unarmed children or unarmed women or unarmed men who are not fighting you and fight in the Quran never means fighting people only because of their nationality or only because of their religion and fight in the Quran never means fighting people who do not wish to fight you or who surrender to you and fight in the Quran never means fighting people with whom you have a peace treaty unless the peace treaty has been violated and cancelled. See Quran 9:28 and Quran 9:29until there is no oppression (meaning persecution of Muslims by the stone idol worshippers) and (the Kabah in Makkah) becomes the (symbol of the) religion for Allaah (and not the symbol of stone idol worship)Then if they (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) cease (stop fighting) then (you stop fighting and let there be) no hostility (no fighting and no bad feelings towards the stone idol worshippers for what they did to Muslims in the past) except against (those who continue to be) the oppressors (meaning those stone idol worshippers who continue persecuting Muslims only because of their religion. See Quran 2:114, Quran 2:190, Quran 2:191, Quran 2:192, Quran 2:193, Quran 2:217, Quran 4:93, Quran 5:32, Quran 5:33, Quran 5:34, Quran 9:28, Quran 9:29, Quran 22:39, and Quran 22:40).

9d allaah/ayah http://sites.google.com/site/islamandthequran/quran-surah-9-fighting-in-the-cause-of-allaah-in-1432-ah

Quran 2:194 Ayah 2:194 The sacred month is for the sacred month (when humans do only sacred things in the sacred month), and for all violations (in the sacred month which is only for sacred things) is (the law of) legal retaliation (whose purpose is to save life by acting as a deterrent against evil actions). Then whoever transgressed on you (in the sacred month for example to fight against you) then you may transgress on him in the same manner (meaning you may respond by also fighting them see Quran 2:217). And fear Allaah and know that Allaah is with those who fear (Allaah).

Quran 2:195 Ayah 2:195 And spend (time, property and wealth) in the way of Allaah (by doing good in this world), and do not throw (yourself) into destruction (of Hell Jahannam in the hereafter by doing evil in this world). Do good (things in this world), indeed, Allaah loves the good-doers.

Comment 1. Allaah loves those who do good.

Quran 4:93 Ayah 4:93 Whoever kills a believer (in Allaah) intentionally (meaning whoever among the Muslims kills a believer intentionally, see Quran 4:92 which is the punishment for a Muslim who unintensionally killed a Muslim) then his recompense (result) is Hell Jahannam, staying in it forever and Allaah's wrath will fall on him and He (Allaah will) curse him and He (Allaah) has prepared for him a great punishment (because whoever intentionally kills one innocent person Muslim or none Muslim it is as if that person killed all of humankind in the judgement of Allaah see Quran 5:32Quran 6:158 confirms that "... belief in Allaah and the Day of Resurrection and Judgement shall not help any soul …. if in belief he or she did not earn good by doing righteous deeds in their life ...." meaning belief in Allaah without doing good deeds is a false belief in Allaah meaning belief in Allaah with good deeds is true belief in Allaah).

Quran 6:151 Verse 6:151 "...And that you do not kill a person because Allaah has forbidden killing except in the matter of (legal) justice. He (Allaah) has commanded this for you so that you may understand (the law of Allaah).

Quran 2:196 Ayah 2:196 And complete the Hajj (the major annual pilgrimage to Makkah) and the Umra Umrah (the minor pilgrimage that is made anytime to Makkah) for Allaah. But if you are prevented (from reaching Makkah) then offer whatever sacrificial animal (like a camel, cow or sheep) can be easily obtained. And do not shave your heads until the sacrificial animal reaches its destination (the place of sacrifice in Makkah or the place where travel to Makkah has been prevented). And if any of you is ill or has an ailment on his head (preventing shaving), then (instead of shaving) compensate by fasting (for 3 days), or give charity (such as feeding 6 poor people) or offer sacrifice (of one sheep). Then when you are secure (in Makkah after whatever prevented your journey has been overcome and if you reach Makkah before the Hajj) then whoever takes advantage of this opportunity to perform Umra Umrah (the minor pilgrimage that is made anytime to Makkah) shall offer the sacrifice that he can afford. But if you have nothing (to sacrifice) then fast for three days during the pilgrimage and for seven days on your return (home), making ten days in all. This is for those whose family do not live near the Sacred Mosque (“Sacred Mosque” is l-masjidi l-harami, Al-Masjid Al-Haraam in Makkah). And fear Allaah and know that Allaah is strict in retribution (meaning in punishment for wrong doing).

Quran 2:197 Ayah 2:197 The months of Hajj (when pilgrims travel on the 11th month and 12th month to Hajj the major annual pilgrimage in Makkah held on the 8th to 12th Dhu al-Hijjah which is the twelfth and last month in the Islamic calendaris well known (throughout Arabia today Saudi Arabia). Whoever undertakes the Hajj in those times should have no sexual relations and no wickedness and no quarrelling during the Hajj (the major annual pilgrimage to Makkah). And whatever good you do Allaah knowns it. And take provisions (with you for the journey) but the best (provision to take) is righteousness. And fear Me (Allaah)  O men (people) of understanding.

Quran 2:198 Ayah 2:198 There is no sin on you if you seek the bounty from your Lord (Allaah during pilgrimage by trading). And when you depart from (Mount) Arafat then remember Allaah (by thanking Allaah in prayers and asking for forgiveness) near the sacred monument (“the Sacred Monument” is l-mashʿari l-harami, Mashar al-Haram Mash’ar-il Haram where pilgrims stay one night in the open which is a landmark of Muzdalifah. Muzdalifah is located almost midway between Mina and Arafat. Al-Mash'ar Al-Haraam is the place between the two mountains of Muzdalifah, from the narrow passage between the last two mountains before entering Makkah for those coming from Mount Arafah and the valley of Muhassir). Remember Him (Allaah) because He (Allaah) guided you (to the right path) whereas before you were one of those (stone idol worshippers) who went astray (on the wrong path).

Quran 2:199 Ayah 2:199 Then depart from wherever the people depart and ask for the forgiveness of Allaah. Indeed, Allaah is Most Forgiving and Most Merciful.

Quran 2:200 Ayah 2:200 When you have completed your acts of worship then remember Allaah (in praise) as you remember your forefathers or with greater remembrance. And from the people who say, "Our Lord (Allaah), grant us (this and this) in the world." For him is no share (of reward in Paradise Jannah) in the hereafter.

Quran 2:201 Ayah 2:201 And from those who say, “Our Lord (Allaah), grant us good in the world and good in the hereafter and save us from the punishment of the fire.”

Quran 2:202 Ayah 2:202 For them is a share (of reward in Paradise Jannah in the hereafter) for what they have earned (of the good they did in this world). And Allaah is swift to account (for what you do).

Quran 2:203 Ayah 2:203 And remember Allaah during the appointed days (of the pilgrimage). Then if he leaves (from Mina to Makkah) in two days (12th or the 13th of Dhul-Hijjah) there is no sin on him and whoever delays (their departure) then there is no sin on him who fears (Allaah). Fear Allaah and know that you shall be gathered to Him (Allaah, in the hereafter).

Quran 2:204 Ayah 2:204 And of the people there is a person (Akhnas bin Shariq of Makkah, Arabia, a hypocrite who says one thing but believes the opposite) whose speech in this worldly life may please you (Prophet Muhammad) and he calls Allaah to witness what is in his heart, yet he is the most quarrelsome of the opponents (with no faith in Allaah).

Comment 1. Quran 2:204 refers to a hypocrite who said he believed Prophet Muhammad but he really did not believe. He was Akhnas bin Shariq one of the leaders and hypocrites of the stone idol worshippers in Makkah, Arabia).

Quran 2:205 Ayah 2:205 And when he (Akhnas bin Shariq of Makkah, Arabia, a hypocrite who says one thing but believes the opposite of what he said) goes away (from you Prophet Muhammad), his effort in the land is to misbehave and to destroy the crops and the cattle. Allaah does not like mischief-makers.

Quran 2:206 Ayah 2:206 When it is said to him (Akhnas bin Shariq of Mecca, Arabia, the hypocrite), "Fear and obey Allaah", he is led by arrogance to (make more) sin (wrong doing). Hell is an evil resting-place that shall be sufficient for him (in the hereafter).

Quran 2:207 Ayah 2:207 And there is the type of man (Suhayb ibn Sinan) who would sell himself (by giving his life, time and wealth) to earn the pleasure of Allaah, and Allaah is full of kindness to the servants (of Allaah).

Comment 1. Suhayb ibn Sinan (Suhayb bin Sinan, Suhayb ibn Sinan al-Rumi, Suhayb bin Sinan al-Rumi) 35 BH – 35 AH (587 – 658 CE, 587 – 658 AD) immigrated to the safety of Yathrib Arabia later known as Medina Arabia today Madinah Saudi Arabia to escape the stone idol worshippers in Makkah Arabia who were persecuting Muslims because they believed in one Allaah and rejected returning to stone idol worship).

Quran 2:208 Ayah 2:208 All you who believe, come, all of you, into submission (to Allaah) and do not follow the footsteps of the devil (Satan Shaitan). He (Satan Shaitan) is for you (humans) your clear enemy.

Comment 1. In Quran 2:208 The Devil wants you to make forbidden the things that Allaah has not forbidden. See Quran 2:169 comments.

Comment 2. The Jews in Yathrib Arabia later Medina Arabia today Madinah Saudi Arabia who accepted Prophet Muhammad as the messenger of Allaah found it hard to stop following the Jewish eating restrictions. When Rabbi Al-Husayn bin Salam (Abdullah bin Salam) in Yathrib Arabia said, “I recognise Muhammad is a Prophet of Allaah as clearly as I would recognise my own son” (in Quran 2:146) and became the first Jewish Rabbi to become a Muslim he did not eat camel meat, however since Allaah removed many of the food restrictions He (Allaah) had placed earlier on the Jews, Quran 2:208 was revealed with the meaning, do not follow the Devils desire to lead you away from Allaah (by making forbidden to you the things that Allaah has not forbidden to the Muslim, such as the eating of camel meat).

Quran 2:209 Ayah 2:209 If you backslide (go back to stone idol worship and disbelief in Allaah) after the clear (signs of the Quran and Prophet Muhammad) have come to you then know that Allaah is all-mighty and all-wise (meaning remember that Allaah shall be your judge in the hereafter).

Comment 1. Punishment for rejecting Allaah is only for Allaah to give.

Punishment for rejecting Allaah is not for humans to give in this world because Allaah has given every human freedom to choose their belief.

Quran 2:210 Ayah 2:210 Do they (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah who do not enter Islam, meaning, do those stone idol worshippers who do not willingly submit to the will of Allaah) then wait for anything other than that Allaah should come to them in the shadows of the clouds with the angels? Then the case (of who has faith in Allaah) would have already been decided (because it would be the Day of Resurrection and Judgement). And to Allaah return all matters (for judgment on that Day).

Comment 1. Allaah will come in the shadows of the clouds with the angels on the Day of Judgement.

This is the time when Prophet Jesus Isa and all other humans shall be resurrected.

The second coming of Jesus Isa and the second coming of every other created human will occur at the same time.

In the Gospel Injil and the Koran Quran the return of Prophet Jesus Isa is on the Day of Resurrection and Judgement.

Quran 2:211 Ayah 2:211 (Stone idol worshippers in Makkah Arabia) ask the Children of Israel (in Yathrib Arabia) how many clear signs and revelations We (Allaah) gave them. Whoever changes Allaah’s blessing after it had come to him, (meaning whoever rejects the religion of Allaah who created every creation and accepts disbelief and stone idol worship), then surely, Allaah shall be severe in punishment (in the hereafter).

Comment 1. See Quran 2:210 comments.

Quran 2:212 Ayah 2:212 The life of this world is made (to appear) beautiful (and happy) for those (idol worshippers of Makkah) with no faith in Allaah and they mock at those who have faith in Allaah (such as Bilal bin Ribah and Ammar bin Yasir and Suhayb al-Rumi who are among the poor Muslim people of Makkah). But those who obey Allaah’s orders and keep away from what He (Allaah) has forbidden shall be (in reward) above them (the stone idol worshippers) on the Day of Resurrection. And Allaah gives (everything) to whom He (Allaah) wills without limit.

Comment 1. Among the first Muslims were the poor people in Makkah who were persecuted by the wealthy stone idol worshippers for believing in one Allaah.

Some of the believers in Allaah included:

Suhayb bin Sinan (Suhayb ibn Sinan, Suhayb ibn Sinan al-Rumi, Suhayb bin Sinan al-Rumi 35 BH – 35 AH (587 – 658 CE, 587 – 658 AD).

Bilal bin Ribah (Bilal ibn Ribah, Bilal al-Habashi, Bilal the Ethiopian 42 BH – 19 AH (580 – 640 CE, 580 – 640 AD).

Ammar bin Yasir (Ammar ibn Yasir 53 BH – 36 AH, (570 – 657 CE, 570 – 657 AD).

See Quran 2:13 comments.

Quran 2:213 Ayah 2:213 Humans were one community (before they separated), then Allaah sent the prophets with the good news (of the resurrection of life in Paradise for the righteous) and warnings (of the resurrection of life in Hell fire for the evil doers) and sent down with them the Scripture (the Torah Taurat and later the Gospel Injil) with the truth to judge between people in the matters where they differed. But the people (the Jews and the Christians) who were given it (the revelations from Allaah) were the ones who disagreed about it (its meanings) after the clear revelations came to them because of the selfish envy between them (envy that led each of them to think they were the more righteous). Allaah by His (Allaah’s) grace guided those with faith in Allaah to the truth concerning matters over which they differed. Allaah guides whom He (Allaah) wills to the straight path (the right path, the correct path).

Comment 1. What is the correct religion of Allaah?

Quran 98:5 Ayah 98:5 And they (the Jews and the Christians) were not commanded anything (from Allaah) except that they (the Jews and the Christians) should worship Allaah and be faithful in religion to Him (Allaah) and establish pray (only to Allaah who created them) and give charity (to the needy people). That is the correct religion of Allaah.

Comment 2. How do Jews differ from Christians?

Some Jews called Jesus Isa a false prophet because they believed that humans killed him and Allaah did not protect him.

Comment 3. How do Christians differ from Jews?

Some Christians said Jesus Isa was Allaah or a partner with Allaah in a Trinity of three inside one godhead because they believed that Jesus Isa was a real biological son of Allaah.

Note 1. What does Father mean in the Gospel Injil?

Allaah is the Father of every creation.

Note 2. What does Son of Allaah mean in the Torah Taurat and the Gospel Injil?

Son of Allaah means Servant of Allaah or Slave of Allaah in the Torah Taurat and the Gospel Injil.

In the Torah Taurat Allaah calls the children of Israel "His Son" meaning His Servant or His Slave.

Some Christians mistakenly though Son of Allaah was a real biological son of Allaah which led to the human invention of the idea of a Trinity.

Quran 2:169 Ayah 2:169 He (Satan Shaitan) commands you to do only what is evil and sinful and tries to make you say things against Allaah, things of which you have no knowledge.

Note 3. Satan Shaitan whispers things to humans about Allaah such as Trinity which are not true.

See Quran 2:169 comments.

Comment 4. What does Islam reveal to the Christians?

Jesus Isa is a human prophet and messenger of Allaah not Allaah and not a part of Allaah in a Trinity.

Comment 5. What does Islam reveal to the Jews?

Prophet Jesus Isa was not killed on the cross because Allaah protected him.

Comment 6. The Gospel Injil confirms that no human killed Jesus Isa.

Gospel of John 10:18 No one takes it (my life) from me (Jesus Isa); I lay it down (my life) of myself (voluntarily as Allaah has ordered Jesus Isa to do). I (Jesus) have authority (from Allaah) to lay it down (on the cross where humans shall try to kill Jesus Isa through crucifixion) and I (Jesus Isa) have authority (by the order of Allaah) to take it (my life) up again (as proof that no one killed Jesus Isa); this order I have received from my Father (Allaah).
Note 1. Allaah is the Father of every creation.
Note 2. Son of Allaah means Servant of Allaah or Slave of Allaah in the Torah Taurat and the Gospel Injil.
Quran 19:93 verse 19:93 There is no one in the heavens and the earth who does not come to the Most Merciful (Allaah) except as a servant.

Quran 2:214 Ayah 2:214 Or do you think that you shall enter Paradise without such (trials and tests from Allaah) as came to those who passed away before you? They (those who passed away before you) encountered suffering and adversity, and were so shaken in spirit until the Messenger (of Allaah) and those of faith who were with him cried, "When shall the help of Allaah come?" Truly, help from Allaah is always near.

Note 1. "When shall the help of Allaah come?" shows trust in Allaah.

Quran 2:215 Ayah 2:215 They (the people with faith in Allaah) ask you (Prophet Muhammad) what they should give (in charity?) Say, whatever you spend of good must be for parents, relations, orphans, the needy, the travelers and whatever you do of good deeds, truly, Allaah is aware of it.

Quran 2:216 Ayah 2:216 Fighting is prescribed for you (meaning fighting people who are fighting you. It is illegal to kill people who are not fighting such as people who are in places of worship in Quran 2:114 and Quran 22:40. Fight in the Quran never means fight people who are not fighting you and fight in the Quran never means fighting civilians and fight in the Quran never means fighting innocent people and fight in the Quran never means fighting unarmed children or unarmed women or unarmed men who are not fighting you and fight in the Quran never means fighting people only because of their nationality or only because of their religion and fight in the Quran never means fighting people who do not wish to fight you or who surrender to you and fight in the Quran never means fighting people with whom you have a peace treaty unless the peace treaty has been violated and cancelled) while it is hateful to you (because for 13 years Muslims in Makkah have patiently and peacefully accepted the persecution of their religion from the stone idol worshippers). It is possible that you dislike a thing (such as fighting) which is good for you (so that you are free from the persecution of the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) and that you love a thing (such as not fighting) which is bad for you (as shown by the killing and torture of Muslims in Makkah because they refused to return to stone idol worship and the boycott and exile of Muslims who were forced to live in a barren land near Makkah and the fleeing of Muslims from Makkah to Ethiopia and the fleeing of Prophet Muhammad from Makkah to Yathib Madinah all of this only because Muslims said “Our Lord is Allaah”). Allaah knows (things) while you do not know (regarding what would happen to you if you do not fight the stone idol worshippers in Makkah Arabia. Quran 2:217 explains that the stone idol worshippers of Makkah shall continue fighting Muslims until they turn Muslims away from their faith in Allaah if the can and return Muslims to the worship of stone statues if they can).

Comments 1Those who do not understand that the Quran has ayah of history that include history about fighting translate the Quran as if those commands are for me and you to fight today.

No those are not commands for me and you to fight today.
They are commands given by Allaah to Prophet Muhammad addressed to those people who lived in the time of the prophet 1400 years ago.
We need to know that the ayah about fighting are connected to issues that occurred in history.

Quran 2:217 Ayah 2:217 They (the people with faith in Allaah) ask you (Prophet Muhammad, what to do) concerning fighting in the sacred month (see Quran 2:194). Oppression (meaning the persecution of Muslims by the stone idol worshippers in Makkah only because Muslims say “Allaah is my Lord” in Quran 22:39 and Quran 22:40 needs to be opposed because if Muslims do not
