The purpose of human life.

Do humans think that they shall be left to die and disappear without a purpose having existed for their life?

Information: The Quran chapter 75.

Order of Revelation: 31 (1 is the first revelation and 114 is the last revelation).

Place of Revelation: Mecca (Makkah, Arabia today Saudi Arabia).

Number of Verses: 40 verses.

The Quran.

Chapter 75

Resurrection (Al-Qiyamah).

English interpretations of the Quran.

The Quran Chapter 75 Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah, Al-Qiyama, Al-Qiyamah, Qiyaamah, Rising of the Dead, The Day of Resurrection, The Resurrection, The Rising of the Dead) in English.

Chapter : Verse.

(Information in brackets is added to assist readers in the interpretation of the verse).

Quran 75:0 Verse 75:0 In the name of Allah, The Most Kind, The Most Merciful.

Comment 1. Humans swear to the truth by the name of Allah.

Quran 75:1 Verse 75:1 No (we do not believe in resurrection say the stone idol worshippers in Mecca Arabia today Makkah Saudi Arabia. The Holy Spirit angel Gabriel Jibril delivered the Word of Allah to Prophet Muhammad and said, “recite” what Allah has said and Allah said), I (Allah) swear (to the truth) by (the reality of) the Day of Resurrection.

Comment 1. Allah swears to the truth by what Allah has created and by what Allah shall create.

Comment 2. Why does Allah swear by what humans see and cannot see in the Quran but in the Torah Taurat Allah swears by His name?

For the people of the Torah Taurat there is nothing greater than Allah swearing in His name (Allah’s name).

Jewish Hebrew Bible Genesis 22:16 and said: 'By Myself have I sworn, said the LORD (Allah) …”

For the people of the Quran there is nothing greater than Allah swearing an oath.

Quran 56:75 Verse 56:75 I (Allah, whom your eyes cannot see) swear by the setting of the Stars (which your eyes can see).

Quran 56:76 Verse 56:76 And this is a tremendous oath (from Allah) if you only knew (how great is the word of Allah).

When Prophet Muhammad signed his name as the messenger of Allah the stone idol worshippers refused to accept that signature on the peace agreement between the Muslims and the stone idol worshippers because they did not believe he was the messenger of Allah. So with his own hand Prophet Muhammad removed the words "the messenger of Allah."
Allah swears by Allah's name in the Torah Taurat because the Children of Israel believe in Allah.
Allah swears to the truth by what humans can see of Allah's creation in the Quran because the stone idol worshippers only believe in what they can see.
In later revelations Allah shall swear in the Quran by things that humans cannot see.

Quran 69:38 Verse 69:38 So I (Allahswear by what you (humans and jinnsee.

Quran 69:39 Verse 69:39 And by what you (humans and jinndo not see.

2a. In later revelations Allah swears by his name.

I (Allah) swear by the Lord (Allah) of the rising and the setting (Sun, Moon, stars, planets) that We (Allah) are able –

Quran 70:40 Verse 70:40 (It is Allah who decides what happens, not humans). I (Allahswear by the Lord (Allahof the rising and the setting (Sun, Moon, stars, planets) that We (Allah) are able –

Note 1. Allah swears by his name in the Torah and Quran.

Jewish Hebrew Bible Genesis 22:16 and said: 'By Myself have I sworn, said the LORD (Allah) …”

Note 1. Allah swears by his name in the Torah and Quran.

Comment 3. The return of the Holy Spirit in the time of Prophet Muhammad.

Often Allah is referred to in the Quran as “We” and “Us” as a reminder that The Holy Spirit angel Gabriel Jibril delivered the Word of Allah to Prophet Muhammad.

Quran 2:97 Verse 2:97 Say (Prophet Muhammad, to the people), who is against (Angel) Gabriel Jibril?because it is he (Angel Gabriel Jibril) who has revealed this (Scripture, the Quran) to your heart (Prophet Muhammad) by Allah’s permission, confirming what was revealed before it (in the Gospel Injil and in the Torah Taurat), and as a guidance and good news for those who believe.

Quran 2:253 Verse 2:253 The messengers We (Allah) endowed with gifts, some (with) more (gifts) than others. To some of them Allah spoke and to others He (Allah) raised their rank (of honour). To (messenger and prophet) Jesus Isa the son of Mary Mariam We (Allah) gave clear (signs of his truthfulness) and strengthened him with the Holy Spirit (Angel Gabriel Jibril). If Allah had so willed He (Allah) could have made succeeding generations not fight among each other if after the clear (signs of Allah’s revelations) the people believed, but they chose to dispute, some believing (the Prophets of Allah) and others rejecting (the Prophets of Allah). If Allah had willed then they (the humans) would not have fought each other but Allah does whatever He (Allah) wills.

Quran 5:110 Verse 5:110 When Allah says, “O (Prophet) Jesus Isa, son of Mary Marium, remember My (Allah’s) favour to you and to your mother and how I (Allah) strengthened you with the Holy Spirit (Ruh al-Qudus) so that you spoke to humans (when you were only a baby) in the cradle and as an adult, and how I (Allah) taught you the Scripture and Wisdom and the Torah Taurat and the Gospel Injil, and how with My permission (the permission of Allah) you shaped clay in the likeness of a bird and with My (Allah’s) permission you blew (life) into it and it became a (living) bird by My (Allah’s) permission. And with My (Allah’s) permission you (Prophet Jesus Isa) healed the person who was born blind and with My (Allah’s) permission (you healed) the leper. And you (Prophet Jesus Isa) raised the dead (to life) with My (Allah’s) permission. And I (Allah) stopped the Children of Israel (the Jews in Judea today in Israel and Palestine) from (harming) you (Prophet Jesus Isa) when you came to them with clear proofs (that you are a prophet and messenger of Allah) and those of them (the Children of Israel, the Jews in Judea today in Israel and Palestine) who had no faith said, “This is nothing but fraud (deception).”

Quran 16:102 Verse 16:102 Say (Prophet Muhammad, to the people), “The Holy Spirit (Ruh Al-Qudus) has truly brought the revelation from your Lord (Allah), in order to strengthen (the faith of) those who believe and as a guidance and Good News to those that have submitted (to Allah, meaning those that believe in Allah).”

Quran 40:15 Verse 40:15 Raised high above any ranks (or any degrees, or any measure, or any evaluation, or of anything that exists), is the Lord (Allah) of the Throne (The Master controller of everything, owner of everything that is created), By His (Allah’s) command He (Allah) sends the Spirit (ar-ruh, of inspiration, of revelation, of His command) to any of His (Allah’s) servants as He (Allah) pleases so that it (whomever Allah sends the inspiration of Allah’s revelations, whomever Allah sends the inspiration of Allah’s command) may warn (humans) of the Day of Mutual Meeting (the Day of the meeting with Allah, The Day of Judgement,  The Day of Allah’s Judgement).

Quran 75:18 Verse 75:18 So when We (Allah) recite it (the Quran through the Holy Spirit angel Gabriel Jibril), then follow its recitation (by repeating what you heard).

Quran 75:19 Verse 75:19 And We (Allah through the Holy Spirit angel Gabriel Jibril) explain it (the Quran).

3a. The return of the Holy Spirit is confirmed in the Gospel Injil.

Gospel of John 14:16 And I (Prophet Jesus Isa) shall pray to the Father (Allah) and he shall give you another Comforter (another messenger, another prophet) so that he may abide with you forever (this is the last Prophet with the last revelation of guidance from Allah that has been left to abide with humans forever);

Note 1. Allah is the Father meaning the creator and the judge of every human.

Gospel of John 15:26 But the Comforter, (with) the Holy Spirit (angel Gabriel Jibril), whom the Father (Allah) shall send in my name, he shall teach you all things and bring all things to your remembrance that I have said to you, this is the last Prophet with the last revelation of guidance from Allah).

Note 1. Allah is the Father meaning the creator and the judge of every human.

Gospel of John 15:27 And you (the disciples of Jesus Isa) also will bear witness, (to the words I have spoken by writing the Gospels Injils) because you have been with me (Jesus Isa) from the beginning (of the work of Jesus Isa as a prophet and messenger of Allah).

Gospel of John 16:7 But I (Jesus Isa) am telling you the truth: it works out better for you that I (Jesus Isa) go away, for if I (Jesus Isa) were not to go away, the Counselor (the next Comforter, the next prophet and messenger) would not come to you (because a new messenger cannot come until the old messenger has departed). Whereas if I (Jesus Isa the messenger of Allah) go, I (Allah revealed through the Holy Spirit to Jesus Isa) will send him (the next Counselor, the next prophet and messenger of Allah) to you (just as Allah sent the messenger Moses Musa with the Torah Taurat before Allah sent Jesus Isa with the Gospel Injil).

Gospel of John 16:8 "And he (the Comforter), when he comes, (he) shall judge the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment.

Gospel of John 16:9 (The Comforter shall judge) concerning sin, “because they (the children of Israel) do not believe me (Prophet Jesus Isa)” (and therefore they do not believe Allah who sent Prophet Jesus Isa as the messenger of Allah to tell the children of Israel that they are making sin wrong doing).

Gospel of John 16:10 (The Comforter shall judge) of righteousness, because I go to my Father (Allah) and you shall see me no more.

Note 1. Allah is the Father meaning the creator and the judge of every human.

Gospel of John 16:11 and (Allah is sending another comforter, counselor, prophet and messenger after Jesus to explain the word of Allah) concerning judgement, because the ruler of this world (Satan Shaitan) has been judged (by Allah as evil and therefore whoever follows Satan Shaitan shall be judged in the Hereafter as evil but whoever rejected evil and followed Allah and Jesus Isa who 2000 years ago was the messenger of Allah who delivered the Gospel Injil shall be among the righteous in the hereafter).

3-1. Before Jesus Isa Allah sent Moses 3200 years ago.

The ruler of this world (Satan Shaitan) has been judged (by Allah as evil and therefore whoever follows Satan Shaitan shall be judged in the Hereafter as evil but whoever rejected evil and followed Allah and Moses Musa who 3200 years ago was the messenger of Allah who delivered the Torah Taurat shall be among the righteous in the hereafter).

3-2. After Jesus Isa Allah sent Muhammad 1400 years ago.

The ruler of this world (Satan Shaitan) has been judged (by Allah as evil and therefore whoever follows Satan Shaitan shall be judged in the Hereafter as evil but whoever rejected evil and followed Allah and Muhammad who 1400 years ago was the messenger of Allah who delivered the Koran Quran shall be among the righteous in the hereafter).

3-3. How is Satan the ruler of this world?

Allah tests every human including Jesus Isa with Satan Shaitan (the devil).

Those who obey Satan Shaitan fail the test of life that Allah has given.

Those who reject Satan Shaitan pass the test of life that Allah has given.

Gospel of John 16:12 I have still many things to say to you but you cannot bear them now (because of your sorrow that I am leaving the Earth).

Gospel of John 16:13 When he (the Comforter with), the Spirit of truth (sent by Allah) has come he shall guide you to all truth because he shall not speak of himself but whatever he shall hear (from Allah), (that) is what he shall speak and he shall show you things to come.

Gospel of John 16:14 That one (the Comforter, the Counselor, the prophet and messenger) will glorify (honour) me (Jesus Isa, by confirming that Jesus Isa is a prophet and a messenger of Allah), because from mine (words) he (the Comforter, the Counselor, the prophet and messenger) will take (as Allah reveals it to him through the Holy Spirit angel Gabriel Jibril), and report it (the words of Jesus Isa) to you (the people).

Gospel of John 16:15 Everything the Father (Allah) has (including what) is mine (including what belongs to Jesus Isa such as the words spoken by Jesus Isa); this is how I (Jesus Isa) said, 'from mine (the words of Jesus Isa which Allah through the Holy Spirit shall reveal to the next messenger after Jesus Isa) he (the Comforter, the next messenger after Jesus Isa) will be taking, and report it to you (humans).'

Quran 75:2 Verse 75:2 And no (we do not believe in resurrection say the stone idol worshippers in Mecca Arabia today Makkah Saudi Arabia. The Holy Spirit angel Gabriel Jibril delivered the Word of Allah to Prophet Muhammad and said, “recite” what Allah has said and Allah said), I (Allah) swear by the (soul of the) person who blames them self for having done wrong (and is sorry for what they did, that the Day of Resurrection is the truth).

Comment 1. Allah swears to the truth by what Allah has created and by what Allah shall create.

Allah swears to the truth in the name of the soul which Allah has created.

Quran 75:3 Verse 75:3 Do people think that We (Allah) shall not assemble their bones (after their death back to life on a Day of Resurrection in the hereafter)?

Quran 75:4 Verse 75:4 (A Day of Resurrection when humans shall be completely restored) even restoring their (smallest part down to their) fingertips.

Quran 75:5 Verse 75:5 But people continue to do wrong (even when they are warned that the Day of Resurrection is real and is coming).

Quran 75:6 Verse 75:6 People ask, “When is the Day of Resurrection?”

Quran 75:7 Verse 75:7 When the eye sight is dazzled (by what it shall see).

Quran 75:8 Verse 75:8 And the Moon darkens (in an eclipse).

Quran 75:9 Verse 75:9 And the Sun and the Moon are brought together (in an eclipse).

Quran 75:10 Verse 75:10 On that Day (the last day on Earth) people shall say, “To where can we escape?”

Quran 75:11 Verse 75:11 But there shall be no escape (from that Day).

Quran 75:12 Verse 75:12 The end of the journey on that Day (of Resurrection) shall be to your Lord (Allah).

Quran 75:13 Verse 75:13 On that Day (of Resurrection) you shall be told what (deeds) you did (in your life) and what (deeds) you did not do (that you should have done in your life).

Quran 75:14 Verse 75:14 And each person shall testify against them self.

Comment 1. In the hereafter each person shall testify against themself.

Quran 36:65 Verse 36:65 This Day (of Judgement) We (Allah) shall close their mouths, and their hands shall speak to Us (Allah) and their feet shall bear witness to what they used to do (of good and evil deeds).

Quran 41:20 Verse 41:20 And when they (each person) reach it (the Hell fire), their ears and their eyes and their skins shall bear witness against them regarding what they used to do (of evil deeds in their first life).

Quran 41:21 Verse 41:21 And they (each person) shall say to their skins, "Why do you testify against us?" They (their skins) shall reply, "We were made to speak by Allah who makes everything speak. He (Allah) created you the first time and to Him (Allah) you have returned (resurrected back to life in the hereafter)."

Quran 41:22 Verse 41:22 And you were not covering (protecting) yourself (by doing righteous deeds and fearing Allah during your first life) incase your ears and your eyes and your skins should testify against you (in the Hereafter), but you thought that Allah did not know much about what you were doing (during your life).

Quran 75:15 Verse 75:15 Even though they shall give excuses (saying they are not to blame for whatever bad they did, saying that someone else was to blame).

Comment 1. A righteous person accepts blame for the wrong they did during their life.

Allah guides whom Allah wills to the path of goodness and Allah guides the good person to take the correct path.

Allah guides whom Allah wills to the path of evil and Allah guides the bad person to take the wrong path.

Quran 12:53 Verse 12:53 "And (to Allah he said) I (Prophet Joseph Yusuf) do not free myself (from the blame). Surely, the human is inclined to evil except when my Lord (Allah) gives His (Allah’s) mercy (to whomever Allah wills). Surely my Lord (Allah) is forgiving and merciful."

Quran 75:16 Verse 75:16 (Prophet Muhammad) do not recite to hurry (the memorization of) it (the Quran).

Note 1. See Quran 75:1 comments.

Quran 75:17 Verse 75:17 It is Us (Allah) who have accumulated it (the Quran in your memory) and (made possible) its recitation.

Note 1. See Quran 75:1 comments.

Quran 75:18 Verse 75:18 So when We (Allah) recite it (the Quran through the Holy Spirit angel Gabriel Jibril), then follow its recitation (by repeating what you heard).

Comment 1. The first revelation from Allah.

Quran 96:1 Verse 96:1 Recite (meaning Prophet Muhammad repeat these words after Angel Gabriel Jibril has spoken them to you) in the name of your Lord (Allah) who created (all that exists and)

Quran 75:20 Verse 75:20 You (humans) love this life.

Quran 75:21 Verse 75:21 And forget about the hereafter.

Quran 75:22 Verse 75:22 Some faces on that Day (of Resurrection and Judgement) shall be bright (with happiness).

Quran 75:23 Verse 75:23 Looking at their Lord (whenever Allah makes Allah’s presence visible to the people in Paradise Jannah).

Quran 75:24 Verse 75:24 And on that Day (of Resurrection) some faces shall be gloomy (with despair).

Comment 1. The punishment for accepting Allah and then rejecting Allah comes from Allah not from humans.

Quran 3:106 Verse 3:106 On the Day (of Resurrection and Judgement) some faces shall brighten (with happiness) and some faces shall become darkened (with despair). Of those whose faces shall become darkened (they shall be asked), "Did you reject faith (in Allah) after you had accepted it? Then taste the punishment (in Hell Jahannam) for rejecting faith (in Allah)."

Quran 75:27 Verse 75:27 And it is said, “Who can save him (from death)?”

Quran 75:28 Verse 75:28 And the (dying) person knows that it (the soul) is separating (from their body).

Quran 75:29 Verse 75:29 And both legs are wrapped together (with the body in a shroud when death has come and then they are buried in the ground).

Quran 75:30 Verse 75:30 On that Day (of your death) the journey (of your soul) shall be to your Lord (Allah who is the carer of every soul until the Day of Resurrection and Judgement).

Comment 1. The soul of Jesus Isa was raised to Allah as proof that Jesus Isa is human.

Quran 4:158 Verse 4:158 Allah raised him (the soul of Prophet Jesus Isa) up to Himself (Allah, and the soul of Prophet Jesus Isa is in heaven under the care of Allah who is the creator of every soul and the carer of every soul). Allah is all powerful (able to do all things) and He (Allah) is all wise.

Quran 75:36 Verse 75:36 Do humans think that they shall be left (to die and disappear) without a purpose (having existed in their life)?

Comment 1. The purpose of life. What is the purpose of life?

Quran 44:38 Verse 44:38 And We (Allah) did not create the heavens and the earth and all that is between them for entertainment (meaning, without a serious purpose).

Quran 44:39 Verse 44:39 We (Allah) created them only for a true reason but most of them (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) do not know (Allah and therefore they do not know the reason for their existence).

Quran 44:40 Verse 44:40 (There is no doubt that) the Day of Judgement is the appointed time for all of them.

Note 1. On the Day of Judgement good and bad behaviour shall be judged in the hereafter.

Quran 64:3 Quran 64:3 He (Allah) created the heavens and the earth with truth (for a true purpose) and He (Allah) shaped you and perfected your shapes and to Him (Allah) is the destination.

Quran 75:36 Verse 75:36 Do humans think that they shall be left (to die and disappear) without a purpose (having existed in their life)?

1a. The purpose of life and death is to test which of you is best in behavior.

Quran 11:7 Verse 11:7 …. (Allah made the creation) so that He (Allah) might test you to show which of you is the best in deeds (the best in behavior). …”

Quran 67:2 Verse 67:2 (It is Allah) who has created life and death to test which of you is best in behavior. He (Allah) is mighty and forgiving.

1b. Belief without good deeds is a false belief in Allah.

Satan Shaitan believes in Allah but it is a false belief because Satan Shaitan does not do good deeds.

The wife of Prophet Lot Lut did not do good deeds because she followed the law of Sodom which mistreated visitors who came to that city.

Quran 6:158 Verse 6:158 "... belief in it (Allah and the Day of Resurrection and Judgement) shall not help any soul …. if in belief (he or she) did not earn good (by doing righteous deeds in their life). ....”

Quran 41:8 Verse 41:8 “For those who believe and do good deeds, for them is an everlasting reward (in Paradise Jannah).”

Quran 75:37 Verse 75:37 Did the person not come from a drop of fluid (sperm) that was ejected (from the male to combine with the egg that is inside the female)?

Quran 75:38 Verse 75:38 Then the person became a clinging clot (of blood) and (Allah) created (their form) and proportioned (them).

Quran 75:39 Verse 75:39 And He (Allah) created from it (from the sexual intercourse, children of) two sexes, the male and the female.

Quran 75:40 Verse 75:40 Is not He (Allah who creates life not also) able to give life to the dead?

H

Hadith (Haadeeth, Haadiith, Haadith, Haadiths, Hadees, Hadeeth, Hadis, Hadiths, are the stories from humans about Prophet Muhammad and the early Muslims that show the sunnah meaning the examples of what Prophet Muhammad and the early Muslims said or did. Hadith that correctly adds to our understanding of Allah’s Quran is a blessing. Hadith that adds to the Quran something that is against what Allah has revealed in Allah’s Quran is a hadith from Satan Shaitan to test who believes Allah’s Quran and who believes something that is against what Allah has revealed in Allah’s Quran. This is the same test Allah made for the Christians in the Gospel Injil to test who believes the story from humans that Prophet Jesus Isa is Allah and who reject Satan Shaitan and believes what Allah revealed in the Gospel Injil where Prophet Jesus Isa always prayed to Allah like every prophet before him in the Gospel of Mark 1:35, Gospel of Matthew 11:25, Gospel of Luke 22:41 and Gospel of John 17:1 - 17:26. Prophet Jesus Isa said another messenger “the comforter” will come after him in the Gospel of John 14:16, 15:26 – 15:27, 16:7 – 16:15 just like every prophet before him had promised. Prophet Jesus Isa died a natural death and his soul was made visible and raised by Allah into heaven in the Gospel Injil like Prophet Elijah Ilyas who also died a natural death and his soul was also made visible and raised by Allah into heaven in the Torah Taurat. Prophet Jesus Isa does not know the hour of the Day of Resurrection because only Allah knows in the Gospel of Mark 13:32 and Gospel of Matthew 24:36. See Was Jesus Isa killed on the cross https://sites.google.com/site/islamandthequran/was-isa-killed-on-the-cross   Hadith stories come from humans and not from Allah meaning all hadith stories which contradict the Quran by teaching the opposite to what Allah teaches in the Books of Allah are false hadith stories which were invented by people who made a living telling stories after the death of Prophet Muhammad or told by people who were deceived to believe false stories. Beware of hadith stories in the Bukhari collection and Muslim collection and other collections of stories that teach the opposite to what Allah teaches in the Quran and remember that humans declared them to be Sahih meaning authentic, genuine, sound and not Allah. If hadith stories agree with the Quran then accept it. If hadith stories do not agree with the Quran then reject it. On the Day of Judgment Allah judges by the words in the protected Quran. On the Day of Judgment Allah does not judge by the words in unprotected human hadith stories. The Quran is the protected word of Allah including the words and actions of Prophet Muhammad which are described and protected by Allah in the Quran.See How to find hadith stories invented after the death of Prophet Muhammad  http://sites.google.com/site/islamandthequran/invented-hadith-stories   ).
