12. Correcting the error of stoning to death for adultery.

The error of Stoning to death for adultery.

How Allaah removed stoning to death for adultery in the Torah (Taurat), Gospel (Injil) and Quran.

1. Allaah did not stone to death for adultery in the Jewish Bible and in the Quran in the time of Prophet David (Dawud).

1.1 Allaah did not stone to death for adultery in the time of Prophet David (Dawud).

The same story of Prophet David (Dawud) and Allaah’s forgiveness for adultery is revealed by Allaah in both the Jewish Bible and the Quran:

Quran 38:21 And has the story of the (two) disputers reached you and how they climbed the wall into the chamber (of Prophet David’s (King Dawud’s) private mind, “his conscience”)?

Quran 38:22 How they (suddenly) entered (the chamber of his private mind, “his conscience”) and King David (Dawud) was afraid of them and they said, “Do not be afraid, (we have come for your help, we) two are arguing with each other because one has wronged the other so judge between us and show us the correct path.”

Quran 38:23 This is my brother (in religion who) has ninety nine ewes ((female sheep) which really represented the many wives that Allaah had given to Prophet David (King Dawud)) but I have one ewe ((female sheep) which really represented Bath-sheba the wife of Uriah the Hittite) and he said, "Give it (the one ewe) to me (so that I can add your one female sheep to my 99 female sheep) and (the power of) his speech forced me to give it (my only female sheep)."

Quran 38:24 (Prophet David (King Dawud)) said, “He has done wrong by demand your (one) ewe (female sheep) and adding it to his (ninety nine) ewes (female sheep). Many brothers (in religion) oppress one another except those who believe (in Allaah) and do good deeds, and they are few. And then Prophet David (Dawud) understood that We (Allaah) were telling (a story) about him (Prophet David (King Dawud) and what Prophet David (King Dawud) did to Uriah the Hittite and his wife Bath-sheba) and he (Prophet David (King Dawud)) asked forgiveness of his Lord (Allaah) and he bowed (prostrating) and repented (to Allaah for his sins).

(Note 1. In the story of Prophet David (King Dawud) Allaah shows us that Allaah forgives the great sins of humans if the human is truly repentant and asks for Allaah’s forgiveness.

Quran 38:17 ……. remember Our (Allaah’s) servant Prophet David (King Dawud), possessor of strength, he was always turning in repentance (to Allaah).

(Note 2. Prophets are human like every other human.

For example when Moses (Musa) killed a man Allaah later made Moses (Musa) a prophet. Why? Because Moses (Musa) repented and asked for Allaah’s forgiveness.

Many people believe that Prophets did not commit great sins but Allaah reminds us that Prophets are human and we are forbidden to idol worship any human.

All prayer must be to the creator who is the one Allaah and not to humans such as to saints or to prophets.

Allaah’s Quran repeatedly confirms what is in Allaah’s Torah (Taurat), and Allaah’s Torah (Taurat) repeatedly confirms that humans must not idol worship the prophets and all worship must be to Allaah only.

Allaah’s Quran and Allaah’s Torah (Taurat) and Allaah’s Gospel (Injil) all confirm that Allaah forgives all sins great and small to anyone who sincerely repents and asks for Allaah’s forgiveness no matter who they are and no matter what they have done. That is Allaah’s promise in all Allaah’s Books.

A human who sins and a prophet who sins are both equally able to repent and ask Allaah for forgiveness. That is Allaah’s promise in all Allaah’s Books.

All Allaah’s Books teach us to think kindly about the prophets because they bring the word of Allaah to us and Allaah knows every sin that everyone commits and Allaah uses those sins in stories as examples to teach people to follow Allaah’s guidance.

Allaah teaches humans in stories about the sins of humans so when Allaah teaches through the sins of Allaah’s prophets is it Allaah you fear or do you fear a human?

If you fear offending the prophet instead of believing Allaah’s story then you have made a human your idol because you fear a human more than Allaah and what Allaah is teaching you in Allaah’s story.

Quran 38:25 So We (Allaah) forgave him (Prophet David (King Dawud)) and he is near to Us (Allaah’s mercy) and a happy place of return (to Allaah and Paradise).

(Note 3. Allaah completely forgave Prophet David (King Dawud) of his sin of adultery and murder and shall give him Paradise. Why? Because he sincerely repented and asked Allaah for forgiveness.

(Note 4.

(Note 5. The story of the ewes (the female sheep) and Prophet David’s (King Dawud’s) sins and Allaah’s forgiveness in Quran 38:21 – 38:25 are confirmed in Allaah’s Old Bible (Old Testament, Hebrew Bible, Jewish Bible) in Second Samuel 12:1 – 12:13 and 11.1 – 11:21.

(Note 6. In the story of the ewes (the female sheep), Prophet David (King Dawud) admits his sins to Prophet Nathan so King David (King Dawud) might not yet have been appointed a Prophet when he committed those sins in Allaah’s Old Bible (Old Testament, Hebrew Bible, Jewish Bible) in Second Samuel 12:1 – 12:13 and 11.1 – 11:21.

(Note 7. Prophet (Hadhrat, Hadrat, Hazrat) Nathan (Nathin, Natnan) is not the Nathan who is the son of Prophet (Hadhrat, Hadrat, Hazrat) David (King Dawud, David Hamelech, Dawood, Dawid, Dawud, Dawuud).

Prophet (Hadhrat, Hadrat, Hazrat) Nathan (Nathin, Natnan) lived in the time of King David (David Hamelech, Dawood, Dawid, Dawud, Dawuud) and Prophet (Hadhrat, Hadrat, Hazrat) Solomon (King Solomon, Jedidiah, Sollomon, Solomoon, Solomun, Soloomon, Solumon, Soolomon, Sulaimaan, Sulaymaan, Suleimaan, Sulemaan, Sulaiman, Sulayman, Suleiman, Suleman, Shlomo Hamelech) so several prophets might have existed at the same time. They acted as Kings or Prophets or both at different times as Allah determined.

(Note 8. In the Torah (Taurat) the story of the ewe (the female sheep) and the 2 men is told by Prophet Nathan to show that Prophet David (King Dawud) is not yet a Prophet. This is similar to the event when Prophet Moses (Musa) killed an Egyptian before he had been appointed a prophet of Allaah.

(Note 9. In the Quran the story of the ewe (the female sheep) and the 2 men is told by the 2 men themselves directly when they climb into Prophet David’s (King Dawud’s) private chamber (the private chamber is in his mind, “his conscience”) so that Allaah can focus the story to tell us that any sin can be forgiven by Allaah if we truly repent and ask Allaah for forgiveness.

Allaah is using the story of the ewe (the female sheep) in two different times to two different peoples so Allaah knows best how to tell his story in the time of the Torah (Taurat) and in the time of the Quran.

Today in 1432 AH (2011) we can read both Allaah’s Quran and Allaah’s Torah (Taurat) and understand more about what Allaah is telling us in the story of the ewe (the female sheep).

(Note 10. Since the story of the ewe (the female sheep) is told by Allaah it is not fitting to believe that Allaah made any error in the story as it is in Allaah’s Quran or in Allaah’s Torah (Taurat). In fact the way Allaah reveals the story in both of Allaah’s books tells us more about the meaning of that story.

(Note 11. Allaah’s Old Testament (Old Bible, Torah, Taurah Taurat, Tavrat, Tawrah, Tawrat, Al-Taurah Al-Taurat, Al-Tavrat, Al-Tawrah, Al-Tawrat and the prophets and the writings) reveals that the story of the 2 disputers and the ewe (the female sheep) to King David (King Dawud, David Hamelech, Dawood, Dawid, Dawud, Dawuud) was through Prophet (Hadhrat, Hadrat, Hazrat) Nathan (Nathin, Natnan).

Allaah’s Quran reveals that same story of the 2 disputers and the ewe (the female sheep) after it had been told and had climbed into the mind of King David (Dawud) where the 2 disputers talk in the mind of King David’s (Dawud’s) conscience.

Allaah’s Quran (Koran, Al Quran) confirms Allaah’s Torah (Taurah Taurat, Tavrat, Tawrah, Tawrat) and Allaah’s Torah (Taurat) confirms Allaah’s Quran.

(Note 12. It is not necessary for Allaah to include the details of the sins of Prophet David (King Dawud) in the Quran unless it is needed to explain something.

To explain human sin and Allaah’s forgiveness, the details of what the sin was makes no difference to this story in the Quran.

Allaah has already explained the sins of Prophet David (King Dawud) in Allaah’s Old Bible (Taurat, Old Testament, Hebrew Bible, Jewish Bible) in Second Samuel 12:1 – 12:13 and 11.1 – 11:21 so it is not necessary for Allaah to repeat those details again in the Quran.

Allaah did the same when the Gospel (Injil) was first revealed, at that time it was also not necessary to repeat everything that Allaah had revealed in the Torah (Taurat) because both books confirmed each other.

The Quran and the Gospel (Injil) and the Torah (Taurat) support each other because all of them were revealed by Allaah.

(Note 13. Allaah put aside the law of the Torah (Taurat) in the time of Prophet David (King Dawud) when Allaah forgave Prophet David (King Dawud) of his sins of adultery and murder in Allaah’s Old Bible (Taurat, Old Testament, Hebrew Bible, Jewish Bible) in Second Samuel 12:1 – 12:13 and 11.1 – 11:21 by allowing Prophet David (King Dawud) to keep his life by replacing stoning to death with another punishment for him.

Quran 38:26 “O David (Dawud), We (Allaah) have made you a successor (Caliph, King) on the earth so judge truthfully between the people and do not follow your desire because it might lead you away from the path of Allaah. Those who go away from the path of Allaah shall have a terrible punishment because they forgot the Day of Accounting (The Day of Judgement).”

(Note 14. In Quran 38:23 – 38:25 Allaah forgives David (Dawud) of his sins of murder and adultery and later in Quran 38:26 appointed him a prophet of Allaah just as Allaah forgave Moses (Musa) of his sin of murder and later appointed him a prophet of Allaah. Allaah shows us that when people sincerely repent and ask forgiveness then Allaah is ready to forgive.

(Note 15. Prophet David (Dawud) was the King of Judah 1632–1625 BH (1010–1003 BCE, 1010–1003 BC) and then the King of the United Kingdom of Israel (Israel and Judah, “Kingdom of Israel”) 1625–1592 BH (1003–970 BCE, 1003–970 BC).

(Note 16. Prophet Moses (Musa) is said to have crossed the Red Sea around 1847 – 1842 BH (1225 BCE – 1220 BCE, 1225 BC – 1220 BC) and received the Torah (Taurat) which commanded stoning to death for married people who commit adultery and the ability of those who are unmarried and who commit illegal sexual intercourse to correct their behaviour and then marry each other if they wish. That was Allaah’s law before the time of Prophet David (Dawud).

(Note 17. In the Old Bible (Taurat, Old Testament, Hebrew Bible, Jewish Bible):

Second Samuel 12:13 And David said to Nathan, “I have sinned against the Lord (Allaah).” And Nathan said to David (Dawud), “The Lord (Allaah) has put away your sin (of murder and adultery); you shall not die.”

(Note 18. It is possible to argue that Allaah has the authority to intervene and to make special exceptions and that no authority was given in the Torah (Taurat) for humans after the time of Prophet David (Dawud) to be exempted from the laws.

(Note 19. However this special exception to the law on adultery in the Torah (Taurat) by Allaah does prepare the way for a later time around 607 BH (33, 33 CE, 33 AD) when Prophet Jesus (Isa) would bring an end to stoning to death for adultery.

1.2 Prophet Jesus (Isa) was the first messenger of Allaah to stop stoning to death for adultery.

(Note 20. Allaah sent his messenger Prophet Jesus (Isa) to the children of Israel to warn them to obey Allaah’s law in the Torah (Taurat) in which Prophet Jesus (Isa) removed stoning to death for adultery by giving the judgement of Allaah as a mercy to the children of Israel by revealing that only a person without sin can throw the first stone.

Every human has sinned and even Prophet Jesus (Isa) refused to throw a stone as proof that he was not different to any other human.

Prophet Jesus (Isa) showed by his example that there is no human (including Prophet Jesus (Isa)) that Allaah has created that is without sin.

Allaah removed stoning to death for adultery not by cancelling the law of Prophet Moses (Musa) but by ordering a new condition that would make all humans think about what they have done.

The new condition in cases of adultery between married people that is revealed by Prophet Jesus (Isa) in the Gospel (Injil) makes every person who wishes to give death to another person understand that they themselves also carry their own sins which deserve punishment before they have any right to throw a stone at another person.

See: 2. Allaah removed stoning to death for adultery in the time of Prophet Jesus (Isa).

Prophet Jesus (Isa) brought a mercy in which Allaah no longer required that people repent by giving their life for the crime of adultery by married people.

Instead people are allowed to live and keep their life so that they might repent and make amends for that sin before the Day of Judgement.

(Note 21. Today Jews do not stone people to death for adultery based on what Prophet Jesus (Isa) revealed as a teacher of the Torah (Taurat) in the Temple of Jerusalem (Al-Quds).

As soon as Prophet Jesus (Isa) made the revelation against stoning to death for adultery in the Jewish Temple in Jerusalem (Al-Quds) in 607 BH (33, 33 CE, 33 AD), the Jews who brought the case of a woman who was caught in the act of adultery to Prophet Jesus (Isa) in the hope of finding a reason to condemn Prophet Jesus (Isa) as a false prophet instead obeyed the judgement of Prophet Jesus (Isa) because none of the Jews could find a fault in the judgement of Prophet Jesus (Isa) concerning the woman who had been caught in the act of adultery.

See: 2. Allaah removed stoning to death for adultery in the time of Prophet Jesus (Isa).

(Note 22. Prophet Jesus (Isa) was the first Prophet to remove stoning to death for adultery as a result of Allaah’s mercy to those among the children of Israel who believed in Allaah.

Gospel of John 15:25 They (the disbelievers among children of Israel) hated me without a (just) cause because (Allaah commanded) that the word (of Allaah) might be fulfilled that is written in their law (the Torah (Taurat) where Allaah promises to send His (Allaah’s) prophets (messengers) to correctly guide the people).

(Note 23. In the Gospel (Injil) Prophet Jesus (Isa) said, “the Father (Allaah) is greater than I (Jesus (Isa)).”

Prophet Jesus (Isa) never said he was Allaah.

Prophet Jesus (Isa) said Allaah was greater than him.

Gospel of John 14:28 "You heard that I (Jesus (Isa)) said to you, 'I go away, and I will come to you.’ If you loved me (Jesus (Isa)), you would have rejoiced because I (Jesus (Isa)) go to the Father (Allaah), for the Father (Allaah) is greater than I (Jesus (Isa)).

(Note 24. Jesus (Isa) was a prophet in a long line of Jewish prophets.

Gospel of Matthew 5:17 Do not think that I (Prophet Jesus (Isa)) have come to abolish the law or the prophets; I (Prophet Jesus (Isa)) have come not to abolish but to fulfill (the laws of the Torah (Taurat) as a Prophet).

Gospel of Matthew 5:18 For truly, until heaven and earth pass away, not one letter, not one stroke of a letter, shall pass from the law (of the Torah (Taurat)) until all is accomplished (on the Day of Judgement).

Gospel of Matthew 5:19 Therefore, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does them and teaches them shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

(Note 25. In fulfilling the laws of the Torah (Taurat) as a Prophet, Prophet Jesus (Isa) said another Prophet would come after him, in the Gospel (Injil) of John.

Gospel of John 14:16 And I (Prophet Jesus (Eesa, Esa, Isa, Iesa, Iesus, Yasu, Yeshua)) shall pray to the Father (Allaah) and he shall give you another Comforter (another messenger, another prophet) so that he may abide with you forever (this is the last Prophet with the last revelation of guidance from Allaah that shall come after Prophet Jesus (Isa) has left the earth and when it comes it shall be left to abide with humans forever).

Gospel of John 15:26 But the Comforter, (with) the Holy Spirit (Holy Soul, Holy Ghost, the Spirit of Allaah, angel Gabriel, Jibreel, Jibril, Jibrael), whom the Father (Allaah) shall send in my name, he shall teach you all things and bring all things to your remembrance that I have said to you (this is the last Prophet with the last revelation of guidance from Allaah).

Gospel of John 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth, it is expedient for you that I (Prophet Jesus (Isa)) go away because if I do not go away then the Comforter shall not come to you but if I depart then I shall send him to you.

Gospel of John 16:8 "And he (the Comforter), when he comes, (he) shall judge the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment.

Gospel of John 16:9 (The Comforter shall judge) concerning sin, “because they (the children of Israel) do not believe me (Prophet Jesus (Isa))” (and therefore they do not believe Allaah who sent Prophet Jesus (Isa) as the messenger of Allaah to tell them (the children of Israel) that they are making sin (wrong doing)).

Gospel of John 16:10 (The Comforter shall judge) of righteousness, because I go to my Father (Allaah) and you shall see me no more.

Gospel of John 16:11 and (Allaah is sending another comforter, counselor, prophet and messenger after Isa to explain the word of Allaah) concerning judgement, because the ruler of this world (Satan, Shaitan) has been judged (by Allaah as evil and therefore whoever follows Shaitan shall be judged in the Hereafter as evil but whoever rejected evil and followed Allaah and Isa who 2000 years ago was the messenger of Allaah who delivered the Injil shall be among the righteous in the hereafter).

1-1. Before Isa (Jesus) God sent Musa (Moses) 3200 years ago.

The ruler of this world (Shaitan) has been judged (by Allaah as evil and therefore whoever follows Shaitan shall be judged in the Hereafter as evil but whoever rejected evil and followed Allaah and Musa who 3200 years ago was the messenger of Allaah who delivered the Taurat shall be among the righteous in the hereafter).

1-2. After Isa (Jesus) Allaah sent Muhammad 1400 years ago.

The ruler of this world (Shaitan) has been judged (by Allaah as evil and therefore whoever follows Shaitan shall be judged in the Hereafter as evil but whoever rejected evil and followed Allaah and Muhammad who 1400 years ago was the messenger of Allaah who delivered the Quran shall be among the righteous in the hereafter).

1-3. How is Satan the ruler of this world?

God tests every human including Jesus with Shaitan (the devil).

Those who obey Shaitan fail the test of life that Allaah has given.

Those who reject Shaitan pass the test of life that Allaah has given.

Gospel of John 16:12 I have still many things to say to you but you cannot bear them now (because of your sorrow that I am leaving the Earth).

Gospel of John 16:13 When he (the Comforter with), the Spirit of truth (sent by Allaah) has come he shall guide you to all truth because he shall not speak of himself but whatever he shall hear (from Allaah), (that) is what he shall speak and he shall show you things to come.

Gospel of John 16:14 He (the Comforter with the Spirit of truth) shall praise me (as a messenger of Allaah) and he shall receive (the words) of mine and shall give (them) to you.

Gospel of John 16:15 All things that the Father (Allaah) has (include what) are mine (meaning, that all things that Allaah has include what I, Jesus (Isa) have said) therefore I say, that he (The Comforter with the Spirit of Truth from Allaah, angel Gabriel, Jibreel, Jibril, Jibrael) shall take of mine (words) and give (them) to you (the children of Israel, so that you shall know that the Comforter speaks the truth).

2. Allaah removed stoning to death for adultery in the Gospel (Injil).

2.1 Allaah removed stoning to death for adultery in the time of Prophet Jesus (Isa).

(Note 1A. When Allaah made a special exemption for Prophet David (Dawud) in the Torah (Taurat) as discussed above it showed that Allaah does change His (Allaah’s) laws as He (Allaah) wills.

This prepared the way for the later prophets who would bring new less restrictive laws as a mercy from Allaah.

(Note 2A. In 607 BH (33, 33 CE, 33 AD) Prophet Jesus (Isa) brought an end to stoning to death for adultery in the Gospel of John 8:1 – 8:11 (Injil of John 8:1 – 8:11).

Gospel of John 8:1 And Prophet Jesus (Isa) went to Mount Olivet (Mount Olive, Jebel az-Zeitun).

Gospel of John 8:2 And early in the morning he (Prophet Jesus (Isa)) came again into the temple (in Jerusalem (Al-Quds)), and all the people came to him, and sitting down he taught them.

Gospel of John 8:3 And the scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman to him (Prophet Jesus (Isa)) who was taken while doing adultery and they set her near them,

Gospel of John 8:4 And said to him (Prophet Jesus (Isa)), “Master, this woman was taken while doing adultery.”

Gospel of John 8:5 Now Prophet Moses (Musa) in the law commanded us to stone (to death) such a person. But what do you say (Prophet Jesus (Isa))?

Gospel of John 8:6 And this they said tempting him, so that they might accuse him (of something that was against the law of Allaah). But Prophet Jesus (Isa) bowed down to write with his finger on the ground (as a teacher does when teaching and he ignored those men).

Gospel of John 8:7 When they continued asking him, he (Prophet Jesus (Isa)) stood up and said to them, “He that is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her.”

Gospel of John 8:8 And again he bowed down and he wrote on the ground (as a teacher does when teaching).

Gospel of John 8:9 When they heard this (answer to their question about stoning to death for adultery), they went out (of the Temple) one by one, beginning with the eldest (because the eldest knew immediately that they were not without sin). And (soon) Prophet Jesus (Isa) was alone and the woman (who was caught doing the act of adultery) was standing near (in the Temple).

Gospel of John 8:10 Then Prophet Jesus (Isa) stood up and said to her, “Woman, where are those that accused you? Has no one condemned you?

Gospel of John 8:11 She said, “No one, my Lord.” And Prophet Jesus (Isa) said, “Neither will I condemn you. Go now and sin no more.”

(Note 3A. In Christianity there is no stoning to death for adultery because Prophet Jesus (Isa) revealed that there is no one on the earth that is without a sin for which they do not deserve to be punished before they have any right to kill another person for a sin.

3. Allaah removed stoning to death for adultery in the Quran.

3.1 Allaah does not command stoning to death for adultery in Allaah’s Quran.

Allaah’s Holy Quran has no mention of stoning to death for adultery because Allaah removed it as a mercy to the Muslims who believe Allaah’s Quran just as Allaah had removed it through Prophet Jesus (Isa) as a mercy to those who believed Allaah’s Gospel (Injil).

In every religion Allaah tests who follows the word of Allaah and who follows the word of humans.

For Christians that test involves Trinity which is the word of humans that is not found in Allaah’s Gospel (Injil).

But millions of Christians believe the word of humans more than Allaah’s word.

In Islam there is the same test and the same result involving stoning to death for adultery which is the word of humans that is not found in Allaah’s Quran.

But millions of Muslims believe the word of humans more than Allaah’s word.

4. Stoning to death in Islam comes from Hadith (human stories).

4.1 The first stoning to death in early Islam.

(Note 1B. The first stoning to death in Islam was before Allaah revealed to Prophet Muhammad, “I (Allaah) have perfected for you your religion”:

Quran 5:3 “…… Today I (Allaah) have perfected for you your religion and completed My (Allaah’s) favour to you and have chosen for you (the name) Islam as your religion. …..”

(Note 2B. Before Allaah proclaimed,I (Allaah) have perfected for you your religion” Allaah gave Prophet Muhammad the understanding of the true consequences of stoning to death for adultery after Prophet Muhammad declared “O Allaah, I am the first to revive Allaah’s command (given to Prophet Moses (Musa) in the Torah (Taurat) for stoning to death for adultery) after they (the Jews of Yathrib (Medina), Arabia) had cancelled it.”

In this hadith (story from humans), Prophet Muhammad judges the Jews according to their own laws in the Jewish Torah (Taurat) and not the laws of the Quran.

Al-Bara ibn Azib narrated that Prophet Muhammad (Allaah’s messenger) passed by a Jew who had been blackened and flogged.

Allaah’s messenger said to them (the Jews of Yathrib (Medina)), “Is this the punishment for adultery in your Book (the Torah (Taurat))?”

They said, “Yes.”

Prophet Muhammad called one of their scholars and said, “I ask you in the name of Allaah who revealed the Torah (Taurat) to Prophet Moses (Musa) if that is the prescribed punishment for adultery, which you have in your Book (the Torah (Taurat)).”

He (one of the Jewish scholars of Yathrib (Medina)) said, “No, had you not asked me in the name of Allaah, I would not have told you.

We find stoning to death (as the punishment in the Torah (Taurat)).

But this (offence) became quite common amongst our rich people so when we caught any rich person we freed him but when we caught a poor person we punishment him (by stoning him to death).

We decided to agree (on a punishment) for both the rich and the poor.

We blacken the face with coal and flogged instead of stoning.”

Allaah’s messenger said, “O Allaah, I am the first to revive Allaah’s command (given to Prophet Moses (Musa) in the Torah (Taurat) for stoning to death for adultery) after they (the Jews of Yathrib (Medina), Arabia) had cancelled it.”

He then gave the order and he (the offender) was stoned to death.

(Collected by Imam Muslim, Book 17, story (hadith) 4214.

Notice what is in this hadith.

The Jews said “We blacken the face with coal and flogged instead of stoning.”

Then Prophet Muhammad makes a decision (a judgement), “O Allaah, I am the first to revive Allaah’s command (given to Prophet Moses (Musa) in the Torah (Taurat) for stoning to death for adultery) after they (the Jews of Yathrib (Medina), Arabia) had cancelled it.”

What has happened is that Prophet Muhammad tells Allaah that Prophet Muhammad is reviving a law from the time of Prophet Moses (Musa) which the Jews of Yathrib (Medina) had cancelled.

5. Allaah shows Prophet Muhammad the consequences of reviving the Jewish law of stoning to death for adultery instead of flogging which had been used by the Jews of Yathrib (Medina).

5.1 Stoning to death of Ma'iz ibn Malik before Allaah cancelled stoning to death for adultery in Allaah’s Holy Quran.

The following early history of stoning to death in Islam was before Allaah revealed to Prophet Muhammad, “I (Allaah) have perfected for you your religion”:

Quran 5:3 “…… Today I (Allaah) have perfected for you your religion and completed My (Allaah’s) favour to you and have chosen for you (the name) Islam as your religion. …..”

Before Allaah cancelled stoning to death in the Quran Allaah showed Prophet Muhammad that there was no one among his people (the Muslims) who had the religious understanding that Prophet Muhammad possessed.

Narrated by Nu'aym ibn Huzzal that Yazid ibn Nu'aym ibn Huzzal, on his father's authority said that, Ma'iz ibn Malik was an orphan under the protection of my father.

He had illegal sexual intercourse with a slave-girl belonging to a clan.

My father said to him, “Go to the Messenger of Allaah and inform him of what you have done because he might ask Allaah for your forgiveness.”

His purpose in that was simply a hope that it might be a way of escape for him.

So he (Ma'iz ibn Malik) went to him and said, “Messenger of Allaah, I have committed fornication so inflict on me the punishment ordered by Allaah.”

He (Prophet Muhammad) turned away from him, so he came back and said, “Messenger of Allaah, I have committed fornication so inflict on me the punishment ordered by Allaah.”

He (Prophet Muhammad) turned away from him (again), so he came back and said, “Messenger of Allaah, I have committed fornication so inflict on me the punishment ordered by Allaah.”

When he said it four times, the Messenger of Allaah said, “You have said it four times, with whom did you commit it?”

He (Ma'iz ibn Malik) replied, With so and so.

He asked, “Did you lie down with her?”

He (Ma'iz) replied, “Yes.”

He asked, “Had your skin been in contact with hers?”

He (Ma'iz) replied, “Yes.”

He asked, “Did you have intercourse with her?”

He (Ma'iz) said, “Yes.”

So he (Prophet Muhammad) gave orders that he (Ma'iz ibn Malik) should be stoned to death.

He was then taken out to the Harrah and while he was being stoned he felt the effect of the stones and could not bear it and fled.

But Abdullah ibn Unays encountered him when those who had been stoning him could not catch up with him.

He threw the bone of a camel's fore-leg at him, which hit him and killed him.

They then went to the Prophet and reported it to him.

He (Prophet Muhammad) said, “Why did you not leave him alone (by stopping the stoning)? Perhaps he might have repented and been forgiven by Allaah.”  (Collected by Abudawud Book 38, story (hadith 4405).

This story (hadith) shows that what the people decided to do (to keep stoning Ma'iz ibn Malik to death when Ma'iz wanted them to stop) was different to what the prophet of Allaah (Prophet Muhammad) would have done.

Prophet Muhammad says to his followers, “Why did you not leave him alone (by stopping the stoning)? Perhaps he might have repented and been forgiven by Allaah.”

Prophet Muhammad was telling his people that seeking repentance from Allaah is a higher purpose compared to punishment.

Ma'iz ibn Malik insisted that he be punished and time and time again Prophet Muhammad ignored him until Ma'iz ibn Malik’s insistence that the law of Allaah be carried out could no longer be ignored.

Even then, once Prophet Muhammad gave the order for the stoning to take place Allaah showed Prophet Muhammad that his own people did not understand because when Ma'iz ibn Malik asked them to stop the stoning and ran away from the stoning instead of asking Ma'iz ibn Malik “are you repenting to Allaah for what you did?” They killed him.

So Allaah showed Prophet Muhammad that his own people did not understand the purpose of punishment, repentance and forgiveness for which Islam serves the Most Merciful (Allaah).

Prophet Muhammad said, Ma'iz ibn Malik might have repented and been forgiven by Allaah.

Prophet Muhammad understood that repentance to Allaah and the forgiveness of Allaah is always available but those that threw the stones did not understand that repentance to Allaah and the forgiveness of Allaah is always available and they where only thinking about the act of the punishment by killing and their heart was not open to the understanding of repentance and forgiveness or anything except killing as they understood in their mind to be the order of the Prophet of Allaah.

Allaah showed Prophet Muhammad that there was no one among his people (the Muslims) who had the religious understanding that Prophet Muhammad possessed.

5.2 Stoning to death of a woman from Juhaina before Allaah cancelled stoning to death for adultery in Allaah’s Holy Quran.

For a second time before Allaah cancelled stoning to death in the Quran Allaah showed Prophet Muhammad that there was no one among his people (the Muslims) who had the religious understanding that Prophet Muhammad possessed.

Imran ibn Husain reported that a woman from Juhaina who had become pregnant because of adultery came to Allaah’s Messenger.

She said, “Allaah’s Messenger, I have done something for which (prescribed punishment) must be imposed on me, so impose it.”

Allaah’s Messenger called her master and said, “Treat her well and when she delivers (her baby) bring her to me.”

He did accordingly.

Then Allaah’s Messenger pronounced judgment about her and her clothes were tied around her and then he commanded and she was stoned to death.

He then prayed over her (dead body).

Umar said to him, “Allaah’s Messenger, you offer prayer for her, whereas she had committed adultery?”

Prophet Muhammad said, “She has made such a (big) repentance that if it were to be divided among seventy men of Medina, it would be enough (to forgive 70 men). Have you found any repentance better than this that she sacrificed her life for Allaah, the all powerful?” (Collected by Imam Muslim, Book 17, Story (hadith 4207).

After the stoning of Ma'iz ibn Malik people still did not understand that repentance to Allaah and the forgiveness of Allaah is always available and they where only thinking about the act of the punishment by killing and their heart was not open to the understanding of repentance and forgiveness or anything except killing as they understood in their mind to be the order of the Prophet of Allaah.

Again Allaah showed Prophet Muhammad that there was no one among his people (the Muslims) who had the religious understanding that Prophet Muhammad possessed.

In general (on any and on every matter) those that came to Prophet Muhammad for any reason and asked that they be forgiven where normally forgiven, those that insisted to be punished were normally punished (unless the request of punishment was not justified in their case) and those that did not ask for forgiveness or did not repent were either punished or forgiven by Prophet Muhammad.

6. Allaah removes stoning to death for adultery from His (Allaah’s) Quran.

6.1 Allaah first removed stoning to death for adultery from the Quran during the life of Prophet Muhammad.

In 5 AH (626 CE, 626 AD) Aisha (Aishah), the wife of Prophet Muhammad was falsely accused of adultery by both men and women who were her own Muslim people.

Chapter 24 of the Quran was revealed by Allaah as a result of that false accusation of adultery.

When Prophet Muhammad first adopted stoning to death instead of flogging, Allaah showed Prophet Muhammad the consequences of that decision on the people and then on his wife (Aisha (Aishah)) and himself with the false accusation of adultery against Aisha (Aishah).

Prophet Muhammad understood the signs of Allaah and said about stoning to death “I cannot write it down anymore” (From Abu Ya‘la al-Mawsili who died 307 AH recorded in his Musnad and al-Nasa`I who died 303 AH recorded in his Sunan record).

(“I cannot write it down anymore.” This means Allaah does not allow Prophet Muhammad to recite the ayah about stoning to death for adultery anymore so that someone can write it down or memorize it because Allaah has cancelled that ayah).

The following hadith (story from man) shows that Allaah did not allow Prophet Muhammad to continue to give permission in the Holy Quran for the punishment of stoning to death (al rajm) for adultery.

Imam ibn Kathir narrated the story (hadith) that, “people were sitting around Merwan and Zayd bin Thabit was also present.”

He (Zayd) said, “we used to recite in the Quran that punishment for married adulterer and adulteress is stoning to death.”

Merwan asked, “So why did you not write this in the Quran?”

He (Zayd) said “listen, when we started talking about this, we went to Umar bin Khattab and he told us, one man came to the Prophet and he started talking about the ayah about stoning to death (ayah al rajm, ayat al rajm).”

Someone from the gathering asked “O Allaah’s messenger write this ayah of stoning.”

Prophet Muhammad said “I cannot write it down anymore or something similar/same.

(From Abu Ya‘la al-Mawsili who died 307 AH recorded in his Musnad and al-Nasa`I who died 303 AH recorded in his Sunan record).

The first time Allaah stopped stoning to death for adultery was when Prophet Muhammad said about the stoning to death ayah “I cannot write it down anymore.” This shows that stoning to death for adultery had been authorized to Prophet Muhammad at an earlier time but was later cancelled by Allaah.

In Quran chapter 24 Allaah shows to Prophet Muhammad that even his own people where not afraid to falsely accuse of illegal sexual intercourse Aisha (Aishah) who was the innocent wife of the prophet of Allaah.

It was only revelation from Allaah that allowed Prophet Muhammad to know the truth of Aisha’s (Aishah’s) innocence that saved the life of Aisha (Aishah).

If such a false accusation had come after the death of Prophet Muhammad then an innocent woman would have been stoned to death.

Allaah clearly showed Prophet Muhammad the injustice that would happen after Prophet Muhammad left the earth.

If the people of Prophet Muhammad were not afraid to lie to the Prophet of Allaah then who would they be afraid of after Prophet Muhammad left the earth?

Prophet Muhammad understood why Allaah had brought adultery to him through his wife and Prophet Muhammad later said about stoning to death for adultery, “I cannot write it down anymore” (From Abu Ya‘la al-Mawsili who died 307 AH recorded in his Musnad and al-Nasa`I who died 303 AH recorded in his Sunan record).

As Allaah has willed it is not written in Allaah’s Quran and it was replaced by the punishment of flogging as Allaah willed.

The Necklace Affair.

The “Necklace Affair” or the “Affair of the Necklace” is the time when a caravan convoy left without Aisha (Aishah), the wife of Prophet Muhammad while she was searching for her lost necklace.

She was alone for several hours until a young man found her and took her to her caravan convoy.

The false accusation of adultery made by Muslims against Aisha (Aishah), the wife of Prophet Muhammad took place in 5 AH (626 CE, 626 AD) when Prophet Muhammad was returning from a campaign of fighting against the Arab tribe of Banu Mustaliq (Juwairiah’s tribe) who lived in the territory of Qadid on the Red Sea shore (today the west coast of Saudi Arabia) between Jeddah and Rabigh.

At that time Banu Mustaliq was allied with the stone idol worshippers of Mecca (Makkah), Arabia.

At sunrise the camp moved out but Aisha (Aishah), the wife of Prophet Muhammad who accompanied Prophet Muhammad had been left behind and alone for several hours.

Aisha (Aishah) was found by a young man who took her to the new camp site.

This event was the source of the false accusation of adultery by the people of Prophet Muhammad (both Muslim men and Muslim women) against Aisha (Aishah), the wife of Prophet Muhammad.

It would have been at a time after this event that occurred in 5 AH (626 CE, 626 AD) that Prophet Muhammad would have said about stoning to death “I cannot write it down anymore.”

(“I cannot write it down anymore” From Abu Ya‘la al-Mawsili who died 307 AH recorded in his Musnad and al-Nasa`I who died 303 AH recorded in his Sunan record).

(“I cannot write it down anymore.” This means Allaah does not allow Prophet Muhammad to recite the ayah about stoning to death for adultery anymore so that someone can write it down or memorize it because Allaah has cancelled that ayah).

6.2 The second time Allaah removed stoning to death for adultery from the Quran was on the day of the death of Prophet Muhammad.

In this hadith (story from humans) Allaah made clear that with the death of Prophet Muhammad all permission for the use of stoning to death (al rajm) had ended.

Aisha (Aishah, the wife of Prophet Muhammad) said “When the ayat “Rajm” (Stoning) and ayah “Rezah Kabir” descended, they were written on a piece of paper and kept under my pillow.

Following the demise (death) of Prophet Muhammad a goat ate the piece of paper while we were mourning.”

Another translation is:

Aisha (Aishah, the wife of Prophet Muhammad) said “The ayah of stoning and of suckling an adult ten times were revealed, and they were (written) on a paper and kept under my bed.

When the Messenger of Allaah expired and we were preoccupied with his death, a goat entered and ate away the paper.”

(From Sunan Ibn Majah, Book of Nikah, hadith 1934 and Sunan ibn Majah, Volume 2, Page 39 and Sunan Ibn Majah (Arabic), Book of Suckling 2020).

Only Allaah has the power to command an animal to devour and take away the “Word of Allaah.”

Aisha (Aishah) clearly understood what had happened when Prophet Muhammad had just died and a goat immediately came and ate away the paper with the ayah of stoning to death for adultery and she did not have it written again.

Allaah commands the goat to take away the word of Allaah.

Allaah knows what the goat is doing.

Quran 24:41 Have you not seen that Allaah is the one whom all that are in the heavens and the earth exalt (including) the birds (while they are) with wings spread out (in their flight)? He (Allaah) knows the prayer and the exaltation from each (creature) and Allaah is aware of what they (Allaah’s creatures) do.

The ayah about stoning to death for adultery had been revealed by Allaah during the life of Prophet Muhammad when Prophet Muhammad had first chosen it from the Torah (Taurat) law instead of flogging for adultery which was what the Jews in Yathrib (Medina) had been doing.

After Allaah had shown Prophet Muhammad the consequences of Prophet Muhammad’s choice of punishment in one stoning (of Ma'iz ibn Malik where Prophet Muhammad said to his people, “Why did you not leave him alone (by stopping the stoning)? Perhaps he might have repented and been forgiven by Allaah”) and after another stoning (of a woman from Juhaina where Prophet Muhammad said , “She has made such a (big) repentance that if it (the sacrifice) were to be divided among seventy men of Medina, it (the sacrifice) would be enough (to forgive 70 men) and finally in the false accusation for adultery by his own people against his wife (Aisha (Aishah)), Prophet Muhammad understood what Allaah was showing him and in regards to stoning to death for adultery Prophet Muhammad said, “I cannot write it down anymore” (From Abu Ya‘la al-Mawsili who died 307 AH recorded in his Musnad and al-Nasa`I who died 303 AH recorded in his Sunan record).

(“I cannot write it down anymore.” This means Allaah does not allow Prophet Muhammad to recite the ayah about stoning to death for adultery anymore so that someone can write it down or memorize it because Allaah has cancelled that ayah).

With the death of Prophet Muhammad, Allaah commanded a goat to eat away the paper containing the ayah about stoning to death for adultery.

Only Allaah has the power to decide what is in Allaah’s Quran and Allaah showed that with the death of Prophet Muhammad the authority from Allaah for stoning to death had been removed by Allaah himself through the action of a goat eating away (taking away) the Word of Allaah.

Allaah commands the white ants to take away the words that were written in the name of Allaah.

Allaah gave a similar sign during the time when an agreement to ban assistance to the first Muslims was made between the tribes of Mecca (Makkah), Arabia today Saudi Arabia.

The agreement banned assistance and trade and removed from Mecca (Makkah) the Muslim members of the tribes of Bani Hashim and Bani Abdul Muttalib to a barren valley of hunger and isolation called Sheb Abi Talib (Abu Talib valley) in 7BH (615, 615 CE 615 AD) until and unless the Muslims agreed to return to the religion of praying to stone statues (idols).

The agreement to ban the Muslims was written on parchment paper and placed on the wall inside the Kabah (the Holy House) in Mecca (Makkah).

The agreement came to an end after 3 years when Allaah showed Allaah’s disagreement with that agreement by ordering white ants to eat that agreement so that the only thing left not eaten away were the words “In Your name, O Allaah.”

Just as Allaah had shown Allaah’s will by ordering white ants to eat away the agreement that banned all aid to Muslims and exiled Muslims to a barren valley of hunger and isolation so too did Allaah order that when Prophet Muhammad died a goat should immediately eat away the paper on which was written the ayah al rajm (the stoning to death for adultery).

Allaah first used white ants to remove a paper that contained a ban on Muslims and later a goat to remove the ayah about stoning to death for adultery as a mercy from Allaah on the believers.

Allaah makes Allaah’s will clear to whoever Allaah wills it to be clear.

Satan (Shaitan) confuses humans to show who believes the word of humans and who believes the word of Allaah.

Allaah knows what the ants are doing.

6.3 The third time Allaah removed stoning to death for adultery from the Quran was after the death of Prophet Muhammad when the Quran was collected in the form it is today.

When the Quran was being brought together in the form we see today Allaah made it clear for the third time that the use of stoning to death for adultery had ended.

Ibn Abi Shaybah reported, concerning al-masahif, from al-Layth bin Sa‘d who said, “The first to collect the Quran was Abu Bakr and Zayd bin Thabit wrote it.

And people came to Zayd bin Thabit (with parts of the Quran) (but) Zayd did not write anything (in the Quran) without the testimony of two reliable witnesses.

The last part of Surah Bara`ah (Repentance) was not found except with Khuzaymah bin Thabit.

He (Zayd) said, “Write it, for the Messenger of Allaah had declared the testimony of Khuzaymah equivalent to that of two men.”

So he wrote it.

And ‘Umar came with the ayah of stoning (ayah al rajm, ayat al rajm) but Zayd would not write it because ‘Umar was alone (in his testimony) (From Al-Suyuti as quoted in ‘Awn al-Ma‘bud 3130 and "The Itqan" by Suyuti Part 1, Page 168).

‘Umar came with the ayah of stoning (ayat al rajm) but Zayd bin Thabit would not write it because ‘Umar was alone (in his testimony because every ayah required two witnesses before it was accepted in Allaah’s Holy Quran. Only Allaah had the power to stop a second witness and indeed no other witness could be found as Allaah had willed).

Abu Bakr is mentioned as being involved in collecting the ayahs of the Quran so why was the ayah on stoning to death for adultery not in Abu Bakr’s collection if it was still valid or if it was Allaah’s will?

Why did not Aisha (Aishah) the wife of Prophet Muhammad support the idea that the ayah of stoning to death for adultery was still valid by immediately having it rewritten after a goat had taken away the Word of Allaah unless she had known that the ayah had already been cancelled before the death of Prophet Muhammad and she understood that Allaah had confirmed that ayah was cancelled when Prophet Muhammad died and Allaah commanded the goat to eat away (take away) the paper on which that ayah was written.

Allaah knew what the goat was doing.

Those who compiled the Quran rejected the claim that stoning to death for adultery was still valid after the death of Prophet Muhammad.

How can we then today accept something that we can see has been rejected by Allaah from Allaah’s Holy Quran?

Only Allaah had the power to reject the stoning to death for adultery from Allaah’s Holy Quran.

6.4 How was Allaah’s Holy Quran compiled?

1. When Prophet Muhammad recited the Quran as well as being memorized it was written by scribes on pieces of palm leaves, bone and leather.

2. Soon after the death of Prophet Muhammad 53 BH – 11 AH (571 – 632 CE), Umar bin Khattab (companion of Prophet Muhammad) suggested to Abu Bakr (the first Caliph and companion of Prophet Muhammad) that the Quran should be compiled.

3. Abu Bakr (the first Caliph and companion of Prophet Muhammad) 51 BH – 13 AH (573 – 634 CE) gave Zayd bin Thabit (Companion of Prophet Muhammad) 11 BH - 45 AH (611 – 665 CE) the task of collecting and writing down the Quran.

4. The collected Quran (“Recitation”) that had been collected was checked with those who had memorized the Quran.

5. After the death of Abu Bakr (first Caliph and companion of Prophet Muhammad) 51 BH – 13 AH (573 – 634 CE) and Umar bin Khattab (second Caliph and companion of Prophet Muhammad) 40 BH – 23 AH (584 – 644 CE), the standardization of the Holy Quran was order by Uthman bin Affan (third Caliph and companion of Prophet Muhammad) 47 BH – 35 AH (577 – 656 CE).

6. Uthman bin Affan (third Caliph and companion of Prophet Muhammad) ordered that the Quran which had been compiled in the time of Abu Bakr and Umar bin Khattab be copied by four of the most knowledgeable scribes which included Zayd bin Thabit and that copies be sent out to the various Islamic territories to replace all other copies that were in circulation. Today we have the same Quran with the addition of vowel symbols that assist Arabic readers to correctly pronounce the written word (as Allaah has willed).

7. All other copies of the Quran were destroyed by the first Muslims.

The danger of hadith (stories from man) is that they might carry knowledge of some of the destroyed ayah that had been declared invalid so that today humans may have adopted knowledge that had been destroyed by the first Muslims because it was incorrect, faulty or invalid.

One ayah, the stoning to death for adultery which Allaah destroyed by ordering a goat to eat it away was adopted by millions of Muslims although Allaah himself removed that ayah from His (Allaah’s) Holy Quran.

Allaah knew what the goat was doing.

But Allaah had His reason to leave some Muslim hadiths about stoning to death for adultery just as Allaah had His reason to leave for Christians the hadith about Trinity.

7. Belief in stoning to death for adultery comes from hadith (stories from humans).

7.1 The Umar hadith (story from humans) on stoning to death for adultery.

Muhammad bin Ja‘far and Hajjaj said that, Shu‘bah said that, Sa‘d bin Ibrahim said that, ‘Ubayd Allaah bin ‘Utbah said that, Ibn ‘Abbas said that, ‘Abd al-Rahman bin ‘‘Awf said, Umar (Umar bin Khattab) performed hajj and intended to address the people.

Abd al-Rahman bin ‘Awf said (to ‘Umar), all kinds of riff raff (ra‘a‘) have gathered around you (in the season of hajj), so delay it till you go to Madinah.

When he arrived in Madinah, I sat close to him near the minbar and I heard him (Umar bin Khattab) say, There are people who say, “What is this al-rajm (the stoning) when in the Book of Allaah there is only flogging?”

The Messenger of Allaah stoned and we stoned after him.

Were it not that they (the people) shall say I (Umar bin Khattab) have inscribed in the Book of Allaah (the Quran) what is not there, I (Umar bin Khattab) would have inscribed it as it was sent down (by Allaah).” (Ahmad 333).

Notice that in this hadith, Umar bin Khattab confirms that in the Book of Allaah (the Quran) there is only flogging.

This confirms that in the Book of Allaah the only punishment from Allaah for adultery is flogging because in Quran chapter 24 Allaah orders the punishment of flogging followed by clear examples of adultery and married people in adultery.

Allaah might say (might because only Allaah truly knows) did not Umar bin Khattab say that in the Book of Allaah (the Quran) there is only flogging?

So why did you not believe Umar bin Khattab?

Did you read the Quran? Did you see only flogging? Why then did you not believe everything Allaah told you in Quran chapter 24?

You say Umar bin Khattab said “The Messenger of Allaah stoned and we stoned after him.”

So did you look and find that in Allaah’s Quran? No, so you believed something that is not in Allaah’s completed, perfected and guarded Quran?

So you believed the word of humans more than the Word of Allaah?

Did you not see Quran 22:52?

Quran 22:52 Never did We (Allaah) send a messenger or a prophet before you (Prophet Muhammad) but when he (the messenger or the prophet) recited (the message of Allaah) Satan (Shaitan) proposed (to put something false) in it. But Allaah abolishes what Satan (Shaitan) proposes. Then Allaah makes His (Allaah’s) ayat precise (to remove confusion, to remove misunderstanding and to remove any doubt about its meaning). Allaah knows all and is wise.

Did you not understand that what is in the Quran is protected against Satan (Shaitan) by Allaah. However what is in hadith (stories by humans) has no guaranteed protection against Satan (Shaitan) from Allaah)?

Did you not see Quran 24:18?

Quran 24:18 And He (Allaah) explains to you the revelations (for example Allaah has revealed the punishment of flogging in Quran 24:1 – 24:2 and then clearly explains to you who receives the punishment of flogging in Quran 24:3 – 24:18). Allaah knows all and is wise.

Did you not understand that the one who is best able to explain the meaning of Allaah’s revelations is Allaah himself in Allaah’s Holy Quran?

Did you not see how Satan (Shaitan) revealed the Trinity and how Allaah shows which Christians correctly believed in Allaah by praying only to Allaah and which Christians did not believe Allaah but they believed Satan (Shaitan) by mistakenly praying to what Allaah created such as Prophet Jesus (Isa) and to hundreds of dead people they called saints instead of correctly praying only to Allaah who created all the creations?

Trinity is a hadith (story from humans) that is not in Allaah’s Holy Gospel (Injil).

Did not Allaah warn you in Quran 22:52 (below) and Quran 24:18 (above) that there shall be the same test in Islam to show who believed Allaah in Allaah’s Holy Quran and who believed hadith stories from humans more than they believed Allaah’s Holy Quran?

Stoning to death for adultery is a hadith (story from humans) that is not in Allaah’s Holy Quran.

Prophet Jesus (Isa) and Umar bin Khattab shall receive the rewards they earned in their life and there is not one false story about them that Allaah does not know. Indeed it is the task of Satan (Shaitan) to deceive humans in a way that shows which people believe the Word of Allaah and which people believe the word of humans more than the Word of Allaah.

Allaah tells us in Quran 22:52 that what is in the Quran is protected against Satan (Shaitan) by Allaah.

However what is in hadith (stories by humans) has no guaranteed protection by Allaah against Satan (Shaitan)).

Do not fear humans but fear Allaah.

The hadith (story from humans) in Ahmad 333 says that Umar bin Khattab was afraid to write in the Quran the command to stone to death for adultery as it was sent down by Allaah.

Who was Umar bin Khattab afraid of?

This hadith says that Umar bin Khattab was afraid of what men would say about him.

Can we believe that Umar bin Khattab was more afraid of what man thought about him compared to what Umar bin Khattab has said Allaah commanded him to do?

If Allaah commanded you to do something would you say I am not going to do it because I am afraid of what men might say about me?

When you are in the Hereafter you shall not be judged on what other humans said but you shall be judged by what you did.

Quran 2:40 “…fear no one except Me (Allaah).”

Quran 2:150 … So do not fear them (humans) but fear Me (Allaah) so that I (Allaah) may complete My (Allaah’s) blessings on you and that you may walk on the right path.

Quran 2:155And We (Allaah) shall test you with some fear …”

Quran 3:173 Those to whom the people said, "the people have gathered against you so fear them" instead increased the faith of the faithful and they said, "Allaah (alone) is all we need and He (Allaah) is our best protector."

Quran 2:189 “… righteous (is the person) who fears Allaah.”

Quran 3:175 It is only Satan (Shaitan) that suggests that you fear his supporters, so do not fear them but fear Me (Allaah), if you have (true) faith (in Allaah).

Quran 4:77 “… then suddenly some of them feared humans as they feared Allaah or even feared humans more than they feared Allaah …. The Hereafter is much better for those who fear Allaah …”

Quran 5:3 “… Today those without faith have despair of (not being able to destroy) your religion, so do not fear them (humans) but fear Me (Allaah) instead. …”

Quran 5:44 “… So do not fear humans but fear Me (Allaah)… Whoever does not judge by what Allaah has revealed is a disbeliever in Allaah.”

Quran 5:54 O you who have faith (in Allaah), Whoever leaves his religion, (know that soon) Allaah shall bring a people (to replace them) whom He (Allaah) loves and who love Him (Allaah) and (they shall be) humble toward those with faith (in Allaah) and stern toward those without faith (in Allaah), striving in the way of Allaah and without fear of anyone who may criticize them. …”

Quran 9:13 “… Surely Allaah has more right that you should fear Him (Allaah), if you are (true) believers (in Allaah).”

Quran 12:57 “… And the reward of the Hereafter is better for those who believe and who used to fear Allaah

Quran 16:50 They (who believe in Allaah) fear their Lord (Allaah) above them (humans) and they do what they are commanded.

Quran 16:52 To Him (Allaah) belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth and to Him (Allaah) is due constant worship. Shall you then fear anyone other than Allaah?

The question is, is this Umar bin Khattab hadith (story from humans) a true hadith or a false hadith, or is it a test from Allaah to find who shall follow the word of humans in a hadith (story) and who shall follow the Word of Allaah (in the Quran which is the only story guaranteed by Allaah to be under Allaah’s protection)?

8. Only a Prophet has direct revelations and understanding from Allaah.

8.1 No one gave an example that was equal to Prophet Muhammad in making peace.

In the Peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah in 6 AH (628 CE, 628 AD) between the stone idol worshippers and the Muslims Umar jumped up and went to Abu Bakr saying, "Is this not Allaah’s messenger and are we not Muslims and are they (the people of Mecca (Makkah)) not idol worshippers?"

Abu Bakr agreed, and he (Umar) went on, "Then why should we agree to what is demeaning to our religion?"

Abu Bakr replied, "Stick to what he (Prophet Muhammad) says, for I (Abu Bakr) testify that he (Prophet Muhammad) is Allaah’s messenger."

Umar said, "And so do I."

Then he (Umar) went to Prophet Muhammad and put the same questions to Prophet Muhammad who answered, "I am Allaah’s slave and His (Allaah’s) messenger. I shall not go against His (Allaah’s) commandment and He (Allaah) shall not make me the loser (in the hereafter)."

Umar used to say, "I have not stopped giving charity and fasting and praying and freeing slaves because of what I did that day out of fear for what I had said, when I hoped that (my plan) would be better." (Sirat p. 504).

(Note 1. Only a Prophet has direct revelations and understanding from Allaah).

8.2 No one gave an example that was equal to Prophet Muhammad in honouring peace agreements.

Prophet Muhammad honoured all agreements including the peace agreement with the stone idol worshippers in Mecca (Makkah), Arabia today Saudi Arabia.

During the Peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah in 6 AH (628 CE, 628 AD) between the stone idol worshippers and the Muslims, Prophet Muhammad said, "Oh Abu Jandal, be patient and control yourself, for Allaah will provide relief and a means of escape for you (from the stone idol worshippers in Mecca (Makkah)) and those of you who are helpless.

We have made peace with them (the stone idol worshippers in Mecca (Makkah)) and we and they have invoked Allaah in our agreement and we cannot deal falsely with them."

Umar jumped up and walked alongside Abu Jahl, saying, "Be patient, for they are only idol worshippers, the blood of one of them is but the blood of a dog," and he moved the hilt of his sword close up to him (Abu Jahl).

Umar used to say, "I hoped that he (Abu Jahl) would take the sword and kill his father with it, but the man spared his father and so the matter ended." (Sirat p. 505).

(Note 1. Only a Prophet has direct revelations and understanding from Allaah).

8.3 No one gave an example that was equal to Prophet Muhammad in understanding what is correct and what is not correct.

Prophet Muhammad rejected the advice of Umar, who counseled to have Abdullah ibn Ubayy (Abdullah bin Ubayy, Abd-Allaah ibn Ubaiy, Abdullah ibn Salul, Abdullah bin Salul who died naturally in 9 AH (631 CE 631 AD) killed and also the offer of Ibn Ubayy's own son, who was a Muslim, to kill his own father.

(The Life of Mahomet volume 3 chapter 16 by William Muir, The Bonds of Faith are the bases of the links between men (1991) by Akram Diya Al-Umari, The Life and Times of Muhammad (2002) p. 262f by John Bagot Glubb).

(Note 1. Only a Prophet has direct revelations and understanding from Allaah).

8.4 No one gave an example that was equal to Prophet Muhammad in understanding what others did not understand.

In the stoning to death of a woman from Juhaina.

Umar said to him (Prophet Muhammad), “Allaah’s Messenger, you offer prayer for her, whereas she had committed adultery?”

Prophet Muhammad said, “She has made such a (big) repentance that if it (the sacrifice) were to be divided among seventy men of Medina, it (the sacrifice) would be enough (to forgive 70 men). Have you found any repentance better than this that she sacrificed her life for Allaah, the all powerful?” (Collected by Imam Muslim, Book 17, Story (hadith 4207).

(Note 1. Only a Prophet has direct revelations and understanding from Allaah).

8.5 No one gave an example that was equal to Prophet Muhammad in knowing what others did not know.

This Hadith (story from humans) has a lesson about music and musical instruments because it confirms what is in Allaah’s Quran. Allaah’s Quran says do not make unlawful what Allaah has not made unlawful.

Allaah does not forbid music, singing and musical instruments in Allaah’s Quran.

Bukhari, Book 15, Hadith 70 is narrated by Aisha (the wife of Prophet Muhammad) who said that, “Prophet Muhammad came to my house while two girls were singing beside me the songs of Buath (a story about the war between the two tribes of the Ansar, the Khazraj and the Aus, before the time of Islam).
Prophet Muhammad lay down and turned his face to the other side.
Then Abu Bakr came and spoke to me (Aisha, the wife of Prophet Muhammad) harshly saying, "musical instruments of Satan (Shaitan) near the Prophet?"
Prophet Muhammad turned his face towards him (Abu Bakr) and said (to Abu Bakr), "Leave them (alone)."
When Abu Bakr became inattentive, I (Aisha, the wife of Prophet Muhammad) signaled to those girls to go out and they left.
It was the day of 'Id, and the Black people were playing with shields and spears; so either I (Aisha) requested the Prophet Muhammad or he (Prophet Muhammad) asked me whether I would like to see the display. I replied “Yes”.
Then Prophet Muhammad made me stand behind him and my cheek was touching his cheek and he was saying, "Carry on! O Bani Arfida," until I got tired.
Prophet Muhammad asked me, "Are you satisfied (Is that sufficient for you)?" I replied “Yes” and he told me to leave.

(Note 1. Only a Prophet has direct revelations and understanding from Allaah).

8.6 No one gave an example that was equal to Prophet Muhammad in knowing how to avoid going astray.

(Hadith 1. This is a Hadith (story from humans) near the time of the approaching death of Prophet Muhammad in 11 AH (632 CE, 632 AD).

Sahih al-Bukhari Hadith number 9.468 narrated by Ibn Abbas:

Ibn Abbas said; When the time of the death of the Prophet (Muhammad) approached there were some men in the house and among them was Umar ibn Al-Khattab.

Prophet Muhammad said, "Come near and let me write for you a statement after which you shall never go astray."

Umar said, "The Prophet (Muhammad) is seriously ill and we have the Quran, so Allaah’s Book is sufficient for us."

The people in the house differed and disputed.

Some of them said, "Come near so that Allaah’s messenger may write for you a statement after which you shall not go astray," while some of them said what Umar said.

When they made much noise and differed greatly before the Prophet, he said to them, "Go away and leave me."

Ibn Abbas (a cousin of Prophet Muhammad) used to say, "It was a great disaster (a great loss of guidance) that their arguing and noise prevented Allaah’s messenger from writing that statement for them.”

(Note 1. Only a Prophet has direct revelations and understanding from Allaah).

(Hadith 2. This is a second Hadith (story from humans) near the time of the approaching death of Prophet Muhammad in 11 AH (632 CE, 632 AD).

Sahih al-Bukhari Hadith number 4.393 narrated by Said bin Jubair:

Said bin Jubair said that he heard Ibn Abbas saying, "Thursday, do you not know what Thursday is?”

After that Ibn Abbas wept till the stones on the ground were soaked with his tears.

On that I asked Ibn Abbas, "What is Thursday (about)?"

He (Ibn Abbas, a cousin of Prophet Muhammad) said, "When the condition (i.e. health) of Allaah’s messenger (Prophet Muhammad) deteriorated and he said, 'Bring me a bone of scapula so that I may write something for you after which you shall never go astray.'

The people differed in their opinions although it was improper (for them) to differ in front of a prophet.

They said, 'What is wrong with him? Do you think he is delirious? Ask him (to understand).

The Prophet replied, 'Leave me as I am in a better state than what you are asking me to do.'

Then the Prophet ordered them to do three things saying, 'Turn out all the pagans from the Arabian Peninsula, show respect to all foreign delegates by giving them gifts as I used to do.'

The sub-narrator added, "The third order was something beneficial which either Ibn Abbas did not mention or he mentioned but I forgot.'

(Note 1. Only a Prophet has direct revelations and understanding from Allaah).

(Note 2. No one knows what Prophet Muhammad wanted to write “after which you shall never go astray” but as Prophet Muhammad prophesied, as soon as Prophet Muhammad died the arguments between Muslims continued right up to this day.

(Note 3. Why are all Muslims not happy with Allaah who has revealed everything that is compulsory in His (Allaah’s) Quran?

(Note 4. Quran 7:157 Those who follow the messenger, the Ummi (Ummiyy, Ummy, those who are not among the People of the Book, Gentile meaning those who are not from the children of Israel, Unlettered meaning the one having no formal education. Meaning, the) Prophet (Prophet Muhammad who was among the Arabs in Mecca (Makkah), Arabia today Saudi Arabia who had never before read or recited a scripture) and (who is the prophet) whom they find mentioned in the Torah ((Taurat) Deuteronomy 18:15 – 18:22) and the Gospel ((Injil) Gospel of John 14:16, 15:26, 16:7 – 16:15 that is)) with them (the Jews and the Christians) and who (is the prophet that) enjoins on them (the Arabs in Mecca (Makkah)) what is good and forbids for them what is evil and (who is the prophet that) relieves them of their burden (of the difficult stone idol religious practices) and the chains that were on them (such as sacrificing new born babies to the stone idol gods by burying female babies while they were still alive). Those who believe in him (Prophet Muhammad) and honour him and help him and follow the light which is sent down with him, they are the successful (in the Hereafter).

Quran 62:2 It is He (Allaah) who has sent to the Ummi (Ummiyy, Ummy, Ummyyeen, those who are not among the People of the Book, Gentile meaning those who are not from the children of Israel,  Unlettered meaning the people who have no formal education such as the Arabs in Mecca (Makkah), Arabia today Saudi Arabia who had never before received a scripture), a messenger (Prophet Muhammad) from among them, to recite to them His (Allaah’s) revelations and clean them (of their sins) and teach them the Book (the Quran) and wisdom. And although before (when they prayed to stone idols) they were in clear error –

Quran 62:3 others among them (the Arabs in Mecca (Makkah)) have not yet joined them (in the religion of Allaah). He (Allaah) is exalted in might and wisdom.

Who was Ibn Abbas?

Ibn Abbas is the person who described what he saw and heard in the two Hadiths (stories from humans) 1 and 2 above.

Abdullah ibn Abbas (Abdullah bin Abbas, Abd Allaah ibn Abbas, Ibn Abbas, son of Abbas, cousin of Prophet Muhammad, expert in the Quran and the Sunnah (the way of Prophet Muhammad), 3 BH – 68 AH (619 – 687, 619 – 687 CE, 619 – 687 AD).

Abdullah bin Abbas has been called tarjuman al-qur'an (the interpreter of the Qur'an).

Ibn Abbas was a cousin of Prophet Muhammad.

Ibn Abbas’s aunt Maimuna (Hazrat Maymuna bint Al-Haritha, Maimuna bint Harith, Maymuna bint Harith, Maymuna bint Al-Haritha, Maimuna bint Harith Al-Haritha, Meymune binti Haris, Burrah binti Haris, Burrah binti Harith) 28 BH – 55 AH (594 – 674, 594 – 674 CE, 594 – 674 AD) was one of the wives of Prophet Muhammad.

Ibn Abbas was very close to Prophet Muhammad and learned about the revelations from Allaah.

It is said that he saw Angel Gabriel twice.

Ibn Abbas had a detailed knowledge of tafsir (commentary of the Quran, interpretation of the Quran) and he showed how the meaning of words, especially of unusual words in the Qur'an should be understood in the same way the language was understood in pre-Islamic poetry.

Here is a hadith (story) about Ibn Abbas and Umar ibn Khattab (Omar bin Khattab, Umar ibn Khattab, Omar ibn Khattab, Omar al-Faruq, Umar al-Faruq, Umar ibn al-Khattab, 40 BH – 23 AH (584 – 644 CE, 584 – 644 AD), Companion of Prophet Muhammad, second Caliph).
In Bukhari 194 – 256 AH (810 – 870 CE, 810 – 870 AD), VI, No. 494 Narrated by Ibn Abbas, that Umar used to make me (Ibn Abbas) to sit with the elderly men who had fought in the battle of Badr.
Some of them felt it (they did not like that) and said to Umar, “Why do you bring in this boy to sit with us while we (also) have sons like him?”
Umar replied “Because of what you know of his position (his religious knowledge).”
One day Umar called me and made me sit in the gathering of those people and I think that he called me just to show them (my religious knowledge).
Umar then asked them in my presence, “What is the interpretation of this statement from Allaah (in Quran 110:1) “When comes help of Allaah and the conquest”
Some of them said, “We are ordered to praise Allaah and ask for His (Allaah’s) forgiveness when Allaah’s help and the conquest (of Makka, Makkah, Mecca) comes to us'.
Some others kept quiet and did not say anything.
Then Umar asked me. “Do you say the same, O Ibn Abbas?”
I replied, “No”.
He (Umar) said “What do you say then?”
I (Ibn Abbas) replied, “That is the sign of the death of Allaah’s messenger (Prophet Muhammad) which Allaah informed him (Prophet Muhammad) of (before his death).
Allaah said, “(O Muhammad) when comes the help of Allaah (to you against your enemies) and the conquest (of Mecca (Makkah)) (which is the sign of your approaching death and) you should celebrate the praises of your Lord (Allaah) and ask for His (Allaah’s) forgiveness. He (Allaah) is the One who accepts the repentance and forgives” (Quran 110:1 – 3).
Then Umar said, “I do not know anything about it other than what you have said' (meaning- you are correct).

9. The punishment for illegal sexual intercourse in the Quran.

9.1 The punishment in Allaah’s Quran for illegal sexual intercourse by unmarried Muslims.

Quran 4:15 And those of your (unmarried, see Quran 4:25 which refers to married people who have a different punishment) women who commit obscenity (fahishah, fornication, illegal sexual intercourse) take the evidence against them from four (reliable male) witnesses from amongst you and if they testify (that they saw the actual sexual penetration), confine them (the women) to houses until death comes to them (meaning, take good care of them and confine them in their houses indefinitely) or (until) Allaah provides for them some (other) way (out of the punishment, such as if they repent by promising Allaah that they shall not repeat their behaviour and correct themselves with good behaviour as is revealed in Quran 4:16).

(Note 1. Quran 4:15 refers only to women because the first question about punishment came from men asking about the penalty for women. Quran 4:16 was revealed immediately after to confirm that both men and women receive similar punishment and similar forgiveness.

(Note 2. Quran 4:15 refers to unmarried women as is shown in Quran 4:25 which refers to married people who receive a more severe punishment.

(Note 3. Quran 4:15 is not talking about a death penalty and this is clear in the next ayah Quran 4:16 where Allaah reveals Quran 4:16 “……. And if they repent (by promising Allaah that they shall not repeat their behaviour) and correct themselves (with good behaviour) then leave them alone, for Allaah is the one who accepts repentance and (Allaah is) most merciful

(Note 4. In Quran 4:15 Allaah revealed the punishment for unmarried women who commit illegal sexual intercourse. Then in Quran 4:16 Allaah reveals that both unmarried men and unmarried women who commit illegal sexual intercourse receive the same punishment.

(Note 5. After Quran 4:15 was revealed Allaah then revealed Quran 4:16 which explained “the (other) way (out of the punishment of illegal sexual intercourse by unmarried people).”

Quran 4:16 And the two persons (unmarried male and unmarried female, see Quran 4:25 which refers to married people who have a different punishment) who commit it (“it” refers to the word fahishah, fornication, illegal sexual intercourse in Quran 4:15) among you, punish them both (with harsh words and beatings with sandals or confine them in houses or jail). And if they repent (by promising Allaah that they shall not repeat their behaviour) and correct themselves (with good behaviour) then leave them alone, for Allaah is the one who accepts repentance and (Allaah is) most merciful.

(Note 1. Quran 4:16 was added after Quran 4:15 was revealed.

(Note 2. Quran 4:15 and Quran 4:16 are talking about exactly the same offence of illegal sexual intercourse between unmarried men and unmarried women.

(Note 3. Quran 4:15 and Quran 4:16 refers to unmarried people as is shown in Quran 4:25 which refers to married people who receive a more severe punishment.

(Note 4. After Quran 4:15 was revealed Allaah then revealed Quran 4:16 which explained “the (other) way (out of the punishment of illegal sexual intercourse by unmarried people).”

Quran 4:17 Allaah accepts only the repentance of those who sin out of ignorance (that means a sin that is not planned intentionally) and who repent (sincerely) soon after (the sin). Allaah shall forgive them. Allaah is all knowing and all wise.

(Note 1. Quran 4:17 confirms that Allaah’s mercy includes illegal sexual intercourse by unmarried people who sincerely repent.

Quran 4:18 And the forgiveness (of Allaah) is not for those who continue to do evil deeds till death faces one of them and he says, "Now I repent" nor for those who die while they are disbelievers (in Allaah). For them We (Allaah) have prepared a painful punishment (in the hereafter).

(Note 1. Quran 4:18 confirms that Allaah’s mercy includes illegal sexual intercourse by unmarried people who sincerely repent.

9.2 The punishment in Allaah’s Quran for illegal sexual intercourse (adultery) by married Muslims.

Quran 4:25 And if you do not have the means (not wealthy enough) to marry free believing women then you may marry believing girls from among those (slave girls) whom your right hands possess (meaning whom you own). Allaah has full knowledge about your faith and you are equal to one another as far as religion is concerned. You shall obtain permission from their guardians before you marry them and give them (the girl) their bridal money according to what is reasonable. The (slave girl) should be chaste (and not) commit unlawful intercourse randomly (prostitution) nor have secret lovers. After marriage if she commits illegal sexual intercourse (fahishah illegal sexual intercourse after marriage, adultery) then her punishment is half of that of a free (married) women (meaning a punishment of fifty lashes). This (rule from Allaah) is for those who are afraid of committing sin (afraid they might commit illegal sexual intercourse if they do not marry someone) but it is better for you to be patient. Allaah is always ready to forgive and most merciful (to those who sincerely repent for their sins).

(Note 1. Quran 4:25 is about a married person whose punishment is not the punishment of an unmarried person such as in Quran 4:15 and Quran 4:16.

(Note 2. Quran 4:25 is about a married person whose punishment is half of the punishment for a married person which is in Quran 24:1 – 24:2.

Quran 4:110 Yet whoever wrongs (by making a sin that harms others) or wrongs them self (by making a sin that harms oneself, a sin that harms your soul) and then asks forgiveness from Allaah then that person shall find Allaah is always ready to forgive and most merciful.

(Note 1. There is nothing that Allaah is not ready to forgive if you sincerely repent and ask Allaah for forgiveness. This includes illegal sexual intercourse by unmarried Muslims and adultery by married Muslims).

Quran 24:1 (This is) a chapter which We (Allaah) have revealed and ordained and in which We (Allaah) have revealed clear signs so that you remember (to follow what Allaah has commanded in this chapter).

(Note 1. In 5 AH (626 CE, 626 AD) Aisha (Aishah), the wife of Prophet Muhammad was falsely accused of adultery by both men and women who were her own Muslim people. This chapter 24 of the Quran was revealed by Allaah as a result of that false accusation of adultery).

(Note 2. Quran chapter 24 is the punishment for married people which is why Quran chapter 4 ayah 4:25 which describes the punishment for a married person refers to half the punishment in Quran Chapter 24 ayah 24:2

Quran 24:2 The (married) woman and the (married) man (who voluntarily confess to illegal sexual intercourse or who are seen by four male witnesses in the act of being) guilty of (doing illegal) sexual intercourse, flog each one of them with a hundred lashes. Do not let pity for them stop you from obedience to (the law of) Allaah, if you believe in Allaah and the Last Day. And let a group of believers witness the punishment.

Quran 13:39 Allaah removes what He (Allaah) will, and confirms (what Allaah wills of rulings and other matters) and with Him (Allaah) is the basis of the Scripture (which is as Allaah intended).

(Note 1. The Quran revealed through Prophet Muhammad is as Allaah intended. The Torah (Taurat) revealed through Prophet Moses (Musa) is as Allaah intended. The Gospel (Injil) revealed through Prophet Jesus (Isa) is as Allaah intended.

Quran 3:50 And I (Prophet Jesus (Isa)) have come to confirm the Law (Torah (Taurat)) which came before me, and to make lawful to you part of what was forbidden to you (in the Law), and I have come to you with a sign (proof that I am a prophet) from your Lord. So fear Allaah and obey me.

Note 1. Prophet Jesus (Isa) confirmed what was in the Torah (Taurat) and made lawful to humans some of the things that were forbidden in the Torah (Taurat) law to humans.

Note 2. Just as Allaah sent Prophet Jesus (Isa) to make easier some of the laws in the Torah (Taurat) so was Prophet Muhammad sent to make easier some of the laws in the Torah (Taurat) as a mercy from Allaah on the people.

Quran 25:68 – And those who do not pray to any other god along with Allaah, nor kill someone who Allaah has forbidden (to be killed) except in the right (by accident, self defence, in battle against the oppression of religion (the oppression against the belief in Allaah) under the wisdom and command of the Prophet of Allaah), nor commit illegal sexual intercourse. And who ever does that shall pay a penalty. – (Continued Quran 25:69).

Quran 25:69 – The punishment shall be doubled for them on the Day of Resurrection and they shall live there in disgrace. – (Continued Quran 25:70).

Quran 25:70 – Unless that person repents and believes (in Allaah) and does righteous work then Allaah shall change their evil deeds to good deeds. Allaah is always ready to forgive and (Allaah is) merciful.

(Note 1. Allaah is always ready to forgive and Allaah is merciful.

There is no sexual sin that Allaah does not forgive for those who repent to Allaah including adultery by married Muslims (see Quran 4:25 and 24:1 – 24:2) or illegal sexual intercourse by unmarried Muslims (Quran 4:15 – 4:18) and both of these are confirmed in Quran 4:110, 25:68 – 25:71.

Quran 25:71 And whoever repents and does righteousness he surely turns to Allaah with true repentance (that is accepted by Allaah the Most Merciful).

(Note 1. Whoever repents and does righteousness he surely turns to Allaah with true repentance that is accepted by Allaah the Most Merciful.

There is no sexual sin that Allaah does not forgive for those who repent to Allaah including adultery.

Quran 87:6 We (Allaah through Angel Gabriel) shall make you (Prophet Muhammad) recite (the Quran) so that you shall not forget it.

Quran 87:7 Except for what Allaah wills.

(Note 1. The will of Allaah.

Why is stoning to death for adultery not in the Quran?

Allaah completely removed stoning to death for adultery in Allaah’s Quran.

Who is following Allaah’s will that is in a written record (Allaah’s Quran) and who is following what humans tell them is Allaah’s will but what humans say is Allaah’s will cannot be found in Allaah’s Holy Book (Allaah’s Quran)?

Quran 87:6 We (Allaah through Angel Gabriel) shall make you (Prophet Muhammad) recite (the Quran) so that you shall not forget it.

Quran 87:7 Except for what Allaah wills.

Quran 10:64 For them (the believers that do the good and avoid the evil) is good news in this worldly life and in the Hereafter. There is no changing the Words of Allaah (Allaah’s decrees, Allaah’s promises, Allaah’s Holy books) and that (Paradise with Allaah) is the ultimate success.

Quran 10:60 And what do those who invent a lie concerning Allaah (think shall be their situation) on the Day of Resurrection? (Do they think they shall not be punished by Allaah?) Allaah is truly bountiful toward humans (giving humans everything that exists) but most of them give no thanks.

(Note 1. Allaah orders humans in His Quran and then humans disobey what Allaah has ordered in Allaah’s perfected, completed and protected Quran.

In Quran chapter 24 is the punishment for adultery from Allaah Himself in the first and second ayah, made easy for everyone to see.

Allaah commands to those who believe in Allaah to give the punishment not to kill by flogging for adultery (not stoning to death) and it is followed by the full story of the false accusation of adultery against the wife of Prophet Muhammad.

Some people believe humans that say this is not the punishment for adultery more than they believe what Allaah has told them in Allaah’s Quran and in the ayat 24:1 – 24:2 that Allaah himself says is clear and without any confusion.

If it is not the punishment for adultery why after Allaah commands the punishment of not to kill by flogging is Allaah telling us the story of the Prophet’s wife who was falsely accused of adultery?

The Quran is for people who have understanding.

Adultery is an example where Allaah has clearly given his order and where humans shall have to explain why they believed the opinions of other humans more than what Allaah has ordered humans to do in Allaah’s perfected, completed and protected Quran.

Is it possible to believe that Allaah forgot to include stoning to death in the Quran?

That is impossible because Allaah himself has told us that the Quran is perfected, completed and protected.

Those that do not believe Allaah do not believe that the Quran is perfected, completed and protected and they seek to believe what is not in Allaah’s Quran by believing in punishments such as stoning to death for adultery which come from humans and not from Allaah’s Quran.

The hearts that are deaf and blind cannot see or hear or understand Allaah’s revelations and so they are not correctly guided because they are more guided by what humans tell them than what Allaah tells them in Allaah’s Holy Quran.

10. How can millions of Muslims be misled to believe in stoning to death for adultery when it is not in Allaah’s Holy Quran?

And How can millions of Christians be misled to believe that Allaah is a Trinity when it is not in Allaah’s Gospel (Injil)?

Quran 38:80 He (Allaah) said, “You (Iblis (Satan (Shaitan))) are delayed (from your punishment).

Quran 38:81 Until the appointed day and time (the Day of Resurrection).

Quran 38:82 He (Iblis (Satan (Shaitan))) said, “By then I shall have misled all of them (humans).”

Confusion in Judaism.

The religion of Judaism spilt within 40 days of Prophet Moses (Musa) leaving the children of Israel to go up to the top of Mount Sinai (Mount Horeb in the Sinai peninsula today in Egypt) where he received the Torah (Taurat) and while he was away from his people (the children of Israel), they had built an idol statue of a calf to which they prayed and split the religion so that a few believed in Allaah and most believed in the idol statue of a calf.

Confusion in Christianity.

The religion of Christianity was spilt in 306 BH (325, 325 CE, 325 CE) 300 years after Prophet Jesus (Isa) when the Roman Empire adopted the human invention of Trinity (One Allaah in three forms, the Allaah-head trinity).

The religion of Christianity was divided between those who believed Jesus (Isa) was a prophet and those who believed that Jesus (Isa) was Allaah because they believed that one of Allaah’s forms is in the form of a human.

The people of the Roman Empire had worshipped many stone idol gods in the form of humans for hundreds of years so a Allaah that they could see and understand and who looked like a human made sense and was easier for the Romans to accept compared to the Jewish Allaah who was invisible.

Christians who believe that Jesus (Isa) is a prophet see that this is true for them when they read Allaah’s Gospel (Injil).

Christians who believe that Jesus (Isa) is god also see that this is true for them when they read Allaah’s same Gospel (Injil).

Allaah guides each person to see what Allaah wills in Allaah’s Gospel (Injil) as easily as Allaah willed some Christians to mistakenly accept the belief in Trinity which is not in Allaah’s Gospel (Injil) but is a hadith (story from humans).

Satan (Shaitan) shows who believes humans in hadith (stories) more than they believe the word in Allaah’s Gospel (Injil) where Prophet Jesus (Isa) was a human who prayed to Allaah and Prophet Jesus (Isa) never ordered anyone to pray to him (Prophet Jesus (Isa))).

Confusion in Islam.

The religion of Islam was spilt after Prophet Muhammad left the earth when people disagreed about who should be the leader.

Shia Muslims have one idea about leadership when they read the Quran.

Sunni Muslims have a different idea about leadership when they read the same Quran.

However there is only one leader of the Muslims and that is Allaah and the word of Allaah in Allaah’s Holy Books.

The religion that Allaah decreed is one religion called Islam and its followers are called Muslims.

10.1 Confusion between Allaah (the infallible) and humans (the fallible).

In Islam there is a focus on the infallibility of the prophets of Allaah except for minor sins.

The idea of infallibility has led some Muslims to believe that the leaders who led after Prophet Muhammad were also infallible humans except for minor sins.

In Judaism the prophets of Allaah often have serious fallibility that Allaah forgives by punishing them to show humans that His (Allaah’s) prophets are human and must not be worshipped as idols or as saints.

Instead they must be respected as humans who have been chosen by Allaah to be Allaah’s messenger.

The idea of human infallibility led some Christians to believe other humans who proclaimed that Jesus (Isa) was Allaah and led to the building of images of idols of Jesus (Isa) on a cross and idols of saints which are creations to whom people mistakenly prayed instead of correctly praying only to Allaah who is the creator of every creation.

Had people believed all of Allaah’s Holy Books instead of believing what other people told them then they would have avoided that error if Allaah had willed.

The only thing that is infallible is Allaah, the creator.

The belief that any human is infallible leads to idol worship so that humans listen more to what “infallible” humans say instead of listening to what the infallible Allaah has said in His (Allaah’s) Holy Books (the Torah (Taurat), the Gospel (Injil) and the Quran).

10.2 Allaah guided and corrected Prophet Muhammad.

Allaah gave Prophet Muhammad the choice to decide to either adopt stoning to death or flogging as the punishment for adultery.

Prophet Muhammad took stoning to death as the punishment for adultery (as Allaah had willed).

Then Allaah showed Prophet Muhammad the consequences of that decision on his people and finally on his wife and on himself through the false accusation of adultery against the wife of Prophet Muhammad (as Allaah had willed).

Prophet Muhammad understood the signs of Allaah and said about the stoning to death for adultery, “I cannot write it down anymore” (From Abu Ya‘la al-Mawsili who died 307 AH recorded in his Musnad and al-Nasa`I who died 303 AH recorded in his Sunan record).

(“I cannot write it down anymore.” This means Allaah does not allow Prophet Muhammad to recite the ayah about stoning to death for adultery anymore so that someone can write it down or memorize it because Allaah has cancelled that ayah).

It was near the approaching time of death of Prophet Muhammad that Allaah revealed I (Allaah) have perfected for you your religion”:

Quran 5:3 “…… Today I (Allaah) have perfected for you your religion and completed My (Allaah’s) favour to you and have chosen for you (the name) Islam as your religion. …..”

To confirm that stoning to death for adultery was not part of Islam, Allaah commanded a goat to enter the room of Prophet Muhammad and to eat away the paper that contained the ayah about stoning to death for adultery exactly at the time of the death of Prophet Muhammad (From Sunan Ibn Majah, Book of Nikah, hadith 1934 and Sunan ibn Majah, Volume 2, Page 39 and Sunan Ibn Majah (Arabic), Book of Suckling 2020).

That was the same ayah that Prophet Muhammad had said (after his wife had been falsely accused of adultery), “I cannot write it down anymore.” (From Abu Ya‘la al-Mawsili who died 307 AH recorded in his Musnad and al-Nasa`I who died 303 AH recorded in his Sunan record).

The third time Allaah showed that stoning to death for adultery was not part of the perfected religion of Islam was when Allaah prevented a second witness from confirming the testament of Umar that stoning to death for adultery was valid.

Only Allaah had the power to decide what would be allowed in Allaah’s Quran and what would be rejected from Allaah’s Quran.

Allaah rejected stoning to death for adultery and the evidence is in Allaah’s Quran which is as Allaah intended.

11. Some Muslims say, “I shall never stop believing hadith (from humans) about stoning to death for adultery” as strongly as some Christians say, “I shall never stop believing in hadith (from humans) that Jesus (Isa) is Allaah.”

The Christians who believe in Trinity and the Muslims who believe in stoning to death for adultery both believe in hadith (stories from humans) that are nowhere to be found in the word of Allaah’s protected Holy Books (the Gospel (Injil) and the Quran).

They have more faith in the Book of humans (hadith, stories) than in the Books of Allaah (the Torah (Taurat) and the Gospel (Injil) and the Quran)

When humans follow other humans instead of following what is commanded by Allaah misguidance is the result.

11.1 Misguidance: The misguided killing of homosexuals.

In this Hadith (story from man) Al-Bayhaqi reported in his book Shu`ab al-Iman on the authority of Abu ad-Dunya that Abd al-`Aziz ibn Abi Hazim related from Dawud ibn Bakr who related from Muhammad ibn al-Mukadir the following:

Khalid Ibn al-Walid wrote to Abu Bakr (seeking the legal ruling) concerning a man with whom another man had sexual intercourse. So Abu Bakr gathered the Companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and sought their opinion.

Ali, may Allaah be pleased with him, was the strictest of all, saying, “Only one nation disobeyed Allaah by committing such sin and you know how Allaah dealt with them. I see that we should burn the man with fire.” The Companions unanimously agreed on this.’

This incident is also mentioned by al-Waqidi under the subject of apostasy at the end of the section on the apostasy of Bani Salim).”

Where in the Quran are humans commanded to burn other humans alive?

In the Quran the angels of Allaah are threatened with a violent homosexual attack which was punished by Allaah and not by humans.

Where in the Quran did Allaah order humans to kill a homosexual person?

Even thought the Hadith (Khalid Ibn al-Walid wrote to Abu Bakr) is faulty some people still use it by saying the fault in the hadith (story from humans) was in the method of the punishment so they stone to death the homosexual.

Others say no that is wrong you must throw the homosexual off a high building and they kill them like that.

Others say no you must push a wall and crush them to death so they do that.

All of them are without guidance and without sense and without understanding.

Where is the human with true righteousness in their heart who says to the homosexual, “come my brother let us talk about the path to righteousness and what you want in your life and in the Hereafter and how I can help you?”

How many homosexuals did Prophet Muhammad kill? Not one, none.

(Note 1. When humans follow other humans instead of following what is commanded by Allaah misguidance is the result.

11.2 Misguidance: No human after Prophet Muhammad has the power of a prophet to reveal the future.

Prophet Muhammad was the last prophet so no human after Prophet Muhammad has the power of a prophet to reveal the future.

Which people believe hadith (stories from humans) that show the future and which people pass the test from Allaah by holding tightly to Allaah’s Quran?

Would Allaah punish someone who believed only in Allaah’s Quran and rejected hadith (stories from humans) that are no where to be found in Allaah’s Quran?

If Allaah wanted humans to know the future why did Allaah not put the following human hadiths (stories) in Allaah’s Holy Quran?

Here is a sample of hadith (stories from humans) that predict the future.

‘Umar bin al-Khattab testifies (that at one time Hushaym said, ‘Abd al-Rahman bin ‘Awf and so-and-so said that) that the Messenger of Allaah did indeed carry out stoning and we carried it out after him. “Beware that after you there shall come people who shall reject al-rajm, al-Dajjal, intercession, the punishment in the grave, and being taken out of hell after being burnt (for a period)” (Ahmad 151 and also recorded by al-Bayhaqi).

And,

Ali bin Zayd reported from Yusuf bin Mahraam who said that, ibn Abbas gave us a sermon in Basra and he said, “Omar bin Khattab the leader of Muslims stood among us and he said, "O people, surly there shall be people from this nation who shall deny rajm (stoning) and deny dajjal and deny the pond of the prophet and shall deny the intercession of the prophet and shall deny the punishment in the grave and shall deny that some people shall be taken out from the hellfire after they have been punished"

(The book of Sharia (كتاب الشريعة) volume 3 page 1192)

And,

"Ali bin Zayd narrated from Yusuf bin Mihraan who said that ibn Abbas who said that Umar bin Khattab said, "O people, Indeed stoning (rajm) is truth, so do not deviate from it and the proof is that the Prophet (Muhammad) stoned and Abu Bakr stoned and I (Umar bin Khattab) also stoned. Hence there shall be people from this nation who shall deny stoning, who shall deny dajjal……”

(The book of Sharia (كتاب الشريعة) volume 3 page 1195).

Comment 1. Are you afraid of hadith (from humans) when you read, “Beware that after you there shall come people who shall reject al-rajm, al-Dajjal, intercession, the punishment in the grave, and being taken out of hell after being burnt (for a period)” or are you afraid only of Allaah and Allaah’s Word in the Holy Quran?

These hadith (stories from humans) predict the future but we know that Prophet Muhammad was the last prophet and we know that Allaah gave Prophet Muhammad the final revelation to all humans in Allaah’s Quran.

Therefore it is Satan (Shaitan) who seeks to make humans believe things that Allaah has not decreed.

This is how Satan (Shaitan) deceived millions of Christians to believe in the Trinity which is not in the Gospel (Injil) and deceived millions of Muslims to believe in stoning to death for adultery which is not in the Quran.

Did Allaah forget to put Trinity in the Gospel (Injil) or stoning to death for adultery in the Quran? No Allaah never forgets anything.

The humans who have more belief in what humans say in the Books of humans than what Allaah has revealed in Allaah’s Books said are the ones who believe in Trinity or in stoning to death for adultery.

Allaah has already decreed that those who follow the word of Allaah are on the correct path and Allaah guarantees that Allaah’s words are complete and contain everything that is compulsory.

If Hadith (stories from humans) add to our understanding of the Quran then they are useful hadith (stories from humans) but if they say what is not in Allaah’s Quran and not in Allaah’s Gospel (Injil) and not in Allaah’s Torah (Taurat) then they were not given by Allaah for us as a compulsory knowledge.

The Jews who followed the Torah (Taurat) were on the correct path and they only became misguided when they believed humans more than they believe Allaah in Allaah’s Torah (Taurat).

The Christians who followed the Gospel (Injil) were on the correct path and they only became misguided when they believed humans more than they believe Allaah in Allaah’s Gospel (Injil) and in Allaah’s Torah (Taurat).

The Muslims who follow the Quran are on the correct path and they only become misguided when they believed humans more than they believe Allaah in Allaah’s Quran and in Allaah’s Gospel (Injil) and in Allaah’s Torah (Taurat).

11.3 Misguidance: “Allaah has sent you 100 floggings and then you shall be stoned to death for adultery.”

A narration attributed to Ubada ibn as-Samit reports that whenever Allaah’s Messenger (Prophet Muhammad) received revelation, he felt its rigour and the complexion of his face changed.

One day revelation descended on him (and) he felt the same rigour.

When it was over and he felt relief, he said, Take from me.

Surly Allaah has ordained a way for them (the women who commit fornication), (When) a married man (commits adultery) with a married woman, and an unmarried male with an unmarried woman, then in case of married (persons) there is (a punishment) of one hundred lashes and then stoning (to death).

And in case of unmarried persons, (the punishment) is one hundred lashes and exile for one year

(Kitab Al-Hudud Book 017, Number 4192).

Comment 1. If this new (“take it from me”) ayah was revealed why is it not in Allaah’s completed, perfected and protected Quran?

Comment 2. This hadith (story from humans) is based on the mistaken belief that Quran 4:15 was incomplete and that a new ayah would later be revealed and added to it.

Some people thought that Quran 4:15 was not complete because it ends by saying “or (until) Allaah provides for them some (other) way (out of the punishment)”

The (“take it from me”) hadith (story from humans) is an attempt to justify a way to add an ayah on stoning to death into Allaah’s Quran.

However Quran 4:15 was completed by Quran 4.16 so there is nothing missing from Allaah’s revelation in Quran 4:15 – 4:16.

(Note 1. The punishment for unmarried Muslims who commit illegal sexual intercourse is in Quran 4:15 – 4:18.

Allaah has never used human hadith (stories) to reveal anything to the Jews that was not in the Torah (Taurat) except misguidance. Some Jews believe that Allaah’s Gospel (Injil) and Allaah’s Quran contain misguidance but they are happy to believe human hadith (stories).

Allaah has never used human hadith (stories) to reveal anything to the Christians that was not in the Gospel (Injil) and the Torah (Taurat) except misguidance. Some Christians believe that Allaah’s Quran contains misguidance and that Allaah’s Torah (Taurat) does not apply to them but they are happy to believe human hadith (stories).

Allaah has never used human hadith (stories) to reveal anything to the Muslims that was not in the Quran and the Gospel (Injil) and the Torah (Taurat) except misguidance. Some Muslims believe that Allaah’s Gospel (Injil) and Allaah’s Torah (Taurat) contain misguidance but they are happy to believe human hadith (stories).

11.4 Misguidance: Satan (Shaitan) whispers to the Muslims, “Allaah has sent you flogging followed by stoning to death.”

"Surely the prophet stoned two Jews who fornicated and surly Abu Bakr stoned and Umar bin Khattab stoned and Ali bin Abi Taalib (Ali ibn Abi Talib) stoned a woman called Shuraaha who committed fornication while she was a divorcee/widow so he lashed her on Friday and stoned her on Saturday and said, "I stoned her in accordance to the Book of Allaah and on the sunnah (example) of Prophet Muhammad"

(The book of Sharia (كتاب الشريعة) volume 3 page 1197).

Note 1. It is impossible to believe that Prophet Muhammad lashed a woman on one day and stoned her on the next day as is being claimed to be sunnah (an example of the Prophet and his followers).

Only Satan ((Shaitan) with the permission of Allaah as a test for the believers) would say “there is (a punishment) of one hundred lashes and then stoning (to death).”

This is a greater punishment that the book of Allaah’s punishments in the Torah (Taurat) that calls for only stoning to death in adultery.

The reason Prophet Muhammad did not adopt the Jewish religion was because it was a religion for people that received great punishments from Allaah.

Prophet Muhammad adopted the religion of Prophet Abraham (Ibrahim) for whom no such punishments existed.

Note 2. It is a slander on Prophet Muhammad to believe that he gave punishments that were more than required by the book of Allaah’s punishments in the Torah (Taurat)). Prophet Muhammad is the prophet of mercy and such a punishment is not believable.

Note 3. It is impossible to believe that Ali ibn Abi Talib lashed a woman on Friday and stoned her to death on Saturday. No such punishment has sense. No such punishment has been ordered by Allaah, the Most Merciful.

Note 4. The purpose of these stories (hadith) is to make humans believe that Allaah revealed an order to give married people who make illegal sexual intercourse, 100 lashes one day and stoning to death on the next day but Allaah gives understanding to whoever Allaah wills so that they can see that these hadith (stories from humans) make no sense because they are greater than the punishments in Allaah’s book in the Torah (Taurat)).

The reason Prophet Muhammad did not adopt the Jewish religion was because it was a religion for people that received great punishments from Allaah.

Prophet Muhammad adopted the religion of Prophet Abraham (Ibrahim) for whom no such punishments existed.

(Note 5. When humans follow other humans instead of following what is commanded by Allaah misguidance is the result.

11.5 Misguidance: From one generation to the next generation Satan (Shaitan) whispered, “Allaah has sent you more flogging followed by more stoning to death."

Acquire it from me, acquire it from me. Allaah has revealed the directive about women who habitually commit fornication about which He (Allaah) had promised to reveal.

If such criminals are unmarried or are the unsophisticated youth, then their punishment is eighty lashes and exile and if they are widowers or are married then their punishment is a hundred lashes and death by stoning. (Sahih Imam Muslim, 1690).

Note 1. Some stories (hadith from humans) come to conclusions that make no sense because they mistakenly think they are giving answers to something that is missing from Allaah’s Holy Quran.

However because there is nothing missing from Allaah’s Holy Quran the answers those stories (hadith from humans) give make no sense.

Allaah revealed the Holy Quran to the last Prophet (Prophet Muhammad) as a mercy and all the burdens in the Torah (Taurat) were made lighter in the Quran as a mercy on the people.

How can flogging followed by stoning to death be lighter than the Torah (Taurat) law of only stoning to death?

If you put your trust in the word of Allaah you shall see that the Holy Quran is the book of Mercy from Allaah where the punishment for illegal sexual intercourse by unmarried Muslim people is in Quran 4:15 – 4:18 (which is confinement and forgiveness to those who correct their behaviour) and the punishment for adultery by married Muslim people is in Quran 4:25 and 24:1 – 24:2 (which is 100 lashes for free married Muslim people and 50 lashes for Muslim women who were slaves when they accepted marriage) and it is in line with the Holy Quran being a lighter burden than the Torah (Torah) stoning to death for adultery.

Problems come when you try to make the Holy Quran fit in with what the stories (hadith from humans) say.

If you look at Allaah’s Holy Quran and forget about hadiths (stories from humans) that say things that are no where to be found in Allaah’s Quran then everything in Allaah’s Quran is complete and makes sense. How could Allaah’s word not make sense?

Only Satan (Shaitan) who wants to whisper into the hearts of humans can misled those that do not hold tightly to the Book of Allaah (the Holy Quran).

Satan (Shaitan) causes humans to invent flogging followed by stoning to death and then to say it’s the punishment that has been ordered by Allaah for adultery between married Muslims.

This is as good for Satan (Shaitan) as the success Satan (Shaitan) had in confusing millions of Christians to believe in Trinity even thought there is no Trinity mentioned in the Holy Gospel (Injil).

Prophet Jesus (Isa) only prayed to one Allaah and the Jews only pray to one Allaah and the Muslims only pray to one Allaah. This is the same one Allaah, our creator.

To spoil what Allaah created Satan (Shaitan) tries to make us say something that Allaah did not say.

The following are imaginary sayings of Allaah that follow the teachings of the Holy Quran and are against Satan’s (Shaitan’s) whisperings.

On the Day of Judgement Allaah might (only Allaah really knows) say, “Show Me in My Book (the Holy Quran) where did I (Allaah) give you the order to lash people 100 times and then stone them to death?”

On the Day of Judgement Allaah might (only Allaah really knows) say, “Show Me in My Book (the Holy Quran) where did I (Allaah) give you the order to stone people to death?”

Allaah might (only Allaah really knows) say, “Remember when Satan (Shaitan) told the Jews of Yathrib (Medina) to look outside the Torah (Taurat) and make for themselves a new law for adultery but Prophet Muhammad brought back the law of the Torah (Taurat) to them when they asked for his judgement on them?”

Allaah might say “I gave you the Holy Quran with a smaller burden as a mercy to the people, then you added to the Quran by believing more and more about things such as stoning to death for adultery that Allaah did not command you to do in the completed, perfected and protected Holy Quran.”

The reason Prophet Muhammad did not adopt the Jewish religion was because it was a religion for people that received great punishments from Allaah.

Prophet Muhammad adopted the religion of Prophet Abraham (Ibrahim) for whom no such punishments existed.

Allaah might (only Allaah really knows) say, “Satan (Shaitan) came to Me (Allaah) and he (Satan (Shaitan)) said I (Satan (Shaitan)) can make your believers worship humans like I (Satan (Shaitan)) made the Christians pray to a human that You (Allaah) created. Then (with Allaah’s permission) Satan (Shaitan) whispered stories (hadiths) and then many people believed the stories (hadiths) more than they believed the word of Allaah’s Holy Quran.”

Allaah might (only Allaah really knows) say, on the Day of Judgement, "Did I (Allaah) not say that the Muslim is the one who chose to believe Allaah in Allaah’s Holy Quran and the disbeliever is the one that chose to believe something that is not in Allaah’s Holy Quran?”

Allaah might (only Allaah really knows) say, “Did I (Allaah) not tell you that My (Allaah’s) Book (the Holy Quran) is complete for all peoples in all times and if you follow it you are on the right path and paradise is for you?”

Allaah might (only Allaah really knows) say, “The job of Satan (Shaitan) is to show which people believe what Allaah has ordered and which people believe things that Allaah has not ordered.”

Allaah might (only Allaah really knows) say, “Remember I (Allaah) warned you that Satan (Shaitan) is the open enemy to all humans and that he only has the power to confuse the one who lets go of My (Allaah’s) Book (the Holy Quran).”

(Note 2. When humans follow other humans instead of following what is commanded by Allaah misguidance is the result.

11.6 Misguidance: Allaah might say (only Allaah really knows), “Did I not include many signs and warnings in the stories (hadith from humans) and in the Holy Quran to warn against Satan (Shaitan)?"

In this story (hadith from humans) Umar mentions he would consider writing in the book of Allaah (the holy Quran).

Muhammad bin Ja‘far and Hajjaj related to us that Shu‘bah related to us from Sa‘d bin Ibrahim related to us that ‘Ubayd Allaah bin ‘Utbah related to us that Ibn ‘Abbas related to us that ‘Abd al-Rahman bin ‘‘Awf who said, ‘Umar performed hajj and intended to address the people.

‘Abd al-Rahman bin ‘Awf said (to ‘Umar), All kinds of riffraff (ra‘a‘) have gathered around (in the season of hajj), so delay it (your travel) till you go to Madinah.

When he arrived in Madinah, I sat close to him near the minbar and I heard him say, “There are people who say, What is this al-rajm when in the Book of Allaah there is only flogging?

The Messenger of Allaah stoned and we stoned after him. Were it not that they shall say I have inscribed in the Book of Allaah what is not there, I would have inscribed it as it was sent down.” (Ahmad 333).

Note 1. It is hard to believe that Umar would be more afraid of people than he is afraid of Allaah when he says “Were it not that they shall say I have inscribed in the Book of Allaah what is not there.”

Umar might more likely say ‘I am not afraid of what the people say but I am afraid of what punishment Allaah would give to me if I did not add His (Allaah’s) missing revelation in His (Allaah’s) book.’

What would you do if Allaah told you to add his revelation to His (Allaah’s) Holy Quran?

Umar would not be afraid of the people but he would be afraid of the punishment of Allaah.

With all the warnings in the Quran to only fear Allaah, how is it possible to believe that Umar could say he was afraid of the people and therefore he would not put a missing ayah of stoning to death for adultery in the Quran that Allaah had commanded?

This confirms there is no command from Allaah for stoning to death for adultery in Islam.

11.7 Misguidance: Muslim is killing Muslim.

What happened to Islam in Somalia, Pakistan, Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan and Chechnya?

Because everyone in Somalia is Muslim maybe Somalia can most clearly show us what happened.

For 19 years 1413 - 1432 AH (1992 - 2011) Muslims in Somalia have killed their Somali Muslim brothers, sisters and children.

What happened to their Islam?

What happened is that they memorized the Quran but they believed humans more than they believed Allaah’s Quran, Allaah’s Torah (Taurat) and Allaah’s Gospel (Injil).

Many Muslims believe that Allaah’s Gospel (Injil) and Allaah’s Torah (Taurat) contain misguidance but they are happy to believe human hadith (stories).

Errors in understanding Islam and the Quran come from what humans said after Prophet Muhammad left the earth.

The Quran is correct and is the real word of Allaah.

But when humans listen to other humans more than they listen to Allaah, then their interpretation of the Quran is not Allaah’s word in the Quran but the words of what other humans have told them.

Only what Allaah has revealed in Allaah’s Holy books is really from Allaah.

When people listen more to what other people say instead of what Allaah says in Allaah’s Holy books then misguidance starts.

12. Correcting the error of stoning to death for adultery.

When the human Hadith (story) of stoning to death for adultery which is not mentioned in the Quran is forgotten then all of Allaah’s books (the Torah (Taurat) and the Gospel (Injil) and the Quran) all agree that Allaah removed stoning to death for adultery.

See 1: Allaah protects His Quran, His Torah (Tawrah, Tawrat, Taurat, Tavrat) and His Gospel (Injil, Injeel, Enjil, Enjeel, Al-Enjeel).

No one can change the word of Allaah. All of Allaah’s books confirm each other.

Interpretations of the Quran (Al-Quran, Al Quran).

This is an interpretation of some of the meanings in the Quran.
This is not a perfect translation of the Quran because the Quran is in the Arabic language.
The Arabic language in the Quran must be understood as it was understood over 1400 years ago.
Allaah guides who He wills to the correct understanding of the Quran.
In the English language the word Allaah is God.
Allaah (God) is the creator of the Jews, Christians, Muslims and everyone and everything that exists.
