ISI-IMSc Summer School On Network Optimization & Security

Some of the most exciting research in recent years have occurred in the confluence of the growth in computing and communication. This is exemplified in the large number of new optimization problems in the study of networks. This two-week summer school will introduce advanced students and researchers to some of the recent developments in this area and present interesting open problems.

The workshop will run for two full weeks: every day starts with three hours of lectures in the morning, followed by a problem solving session after lunch, wrapped up with another hour and half of problem discussion. The proposed lecturers and their topics are briefly summarized below.
