State-wide Services

Blind/Low Vision Direct Services
Certified professionals are available to provide direct services to students in their local schools. This is a fee-for-service program and is currently offered at $80/hour, portal to portal with an additional quarterly fee of $80/student for processing and paperwork.

Blind/Low Vision Support Services
Certified professionals are available to provide observation and support services to students and teachers in their local schools for a fee of $90. 

Services include, but are not limited to:
Evaluations & Assessments 
Braille and/or Pre-Braille Assessments 
Functional Vision and Learning Media
Classroom Observations
Consultation with staff, parent(s), and/or student(s)

Assistive Technology Assessments (please use MAT Lab Application for this service only).  



Certified O&M Specialists are available to provide direct services in the student’s home community. This is a fee-for-service program and is currently offered at $80/hr, portal to portal.
