Access to Learning Award Recipient
Funded by the Gates Foundation’s Global Libraries initiative, the Access to Learning Award honors innovative efforts of public libraries or similar organizations outside the United States to connect people to information through free access to computers and the Internet. This site lists previous winners, and includes videos and photo galleries detailing their work and how they accomplished it.
