The main result of the project IPA 2008 Civil Society Facility “Network for Health and Safety at Work” is that, through the implementation of this project, anti-mobbing network was established.
First, at the project start-up conference the members of the conference signed the Agreement on Regional Cooperation and established the regional anti-mobbing network. That document is available on internet portal of the project: www.antimobbing-net.org and is attached below.
Further, in all partner countries of project implementation, anti-mobbing counseling centers have been established. Anti-mobbing counseling centers work within the trade union organizations that are partner on the Project: Trade Union of Finance Organization Montenegro, Autonomous Trade Union of Employees in Banks, Insurance Companies and other Financial Organizations of Serbia, The Trade Union of Finances of Macedonia. Established counseling centers in all countries of project implementation are very important instrument that ensures sustainability of the Project.
Finally, at the project final conference Charter on the establishment of a localised anti-mobbing advisory network was signed and anti-mobbing network was fully established. Document was signed by project manager, Jadranka Apostolovski; local project coordinator from Montenegro, Krsto Pejović; local project coordinator from Macedonia, Goce Selovski; and local project coordinator from Serbia, Mara Erdelj. Charter was signed in Croatian, Montenegrin, Macedonian and Serbian language. Charter is available on internet portal of the project: www.antimobbing-net.org and is attached below.
