I am a third year doctoral student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at George Mason University. I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Georgia with degrees in both Psychology and Sociology. I currently have an internship with the Army Research Institute (ARI) in Arlington, Virginia. I conduct selection and retention research on Army officers; specifically, I am working on a project concerning the predictors of continuance for Army officers over a 20 year period.
My primary research interests are workplace diversity and inclusion, with a particular focus on perceptions and experiences of minority leaders (e.g., women and ethnic minorities). Visit the Workplace Diversity Research Group website for more information about the research that my colleagues and I conduct. In addition, I'm involved with research concerning emotion management in the workplace. I work primarily with Dr. Eden King, Dr. Stephen Zaccaro, and Dr. Seth Kaplan.
If you have any questions about the program or my research interests, please feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
