Makes about 30-35 cookies
Preparation: 35 minutes - Waiting: 20 minutes - Baking: 15-18 minutes

400 gr. butter, at room temperature
1 can (397 gr.) sweetened milk
500 gr. self raising flour

For the toppings
100 gr. M&Ms
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp orange zest
100 gr. chocolate chips
1 tsp lemon zest
80 gr. walnuts, chopped

lace butter in the mixer bowl and beat on high speed until fluffy. Add milk and continue beating for 2 minutes. Reduce speed and add flour, spoon by spoon. When the ingredients combine, stop the mixer and mix with a spoon. Divide dough into 3 equal parts.
In the first one, add M&Ms and cocoa powder. Mix with a spoon until combine. Wrap the dough in cling film. Continue by adding orange zest and chocolate chips to the second one and lemon zest and walnuts to the third part. Mix well and cover with cling film. Refrigerate the three doughs for 20 minutes.
Apply parchment paper on a baking sheet and preheat the oven to 180oC. Using a teaspoon take small amounts of dough, form small balls and place them on the sheet and press them to flatten. Bake the cookies for 15-18 minutes, if you want them crispy bake them a little bit longer. Let cool completely on a rack and store in an airtight container.
