SAVORY CAKE WITH FETA CHEESE AND BACON

INGREDIENTS
500 gr. self raising flour
2 tsp baking powder
salt
pepper
200 gr. butter
200 gr. greek yoghurt
3 eggs, lightly beaten
250 gr. crumbled feta
6-8 slices bacon, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced

DIRECTIONS
Put in a bowl the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 180oC. Melt the butter over low heat and add it to the flour mixture. Add the eggs and yogurt. Mix well with a fork until all materials combine. Continuing to stir and add the feta and peppers.

Grease a bundt cake pan and pour the mixture. Flatten the surface and bake for about 1 hour. Allow to cool for about 20 minutes and cut into slices.
