PESTO TORTELLINI BAKE

6-8 servings

INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk
5 tbsp. olive oil
1 jar pesto sauce
2 sachets tortellini pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
250 gr. shredded cheese mix
salt and pepper

HOW TO MAKE
Preheat oven to 180oC. Cook pasta according package instructions.

Simmer milk, olive oil, pesto sauce in a skillet on medium heat until the mix incorporates.  In a baking dish put pasta, tomatoes, and 150 gr. of the cheese mix and mix gently until combined. Pour over the top of pasta the pesto sauce and mix until everything is covered. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top.

Cook in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes.

Note:
You can add to the pasta mixture some cooked shredded chicken for extra flavor.
