CRAB GREEN SALAD

4-6 servings
Preparation: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS
1 head of Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 lettuce, chopped
1 Iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 radicchio lettuce, chopped
1 onion, minced
1 can crab meat or 250 gr. crab sticks chopped
2-3 tsp chopped dill

For the dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp sea salt pinch of black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Prepare the dressing. In a jar with lid put all ingredients and shake until combined. In a salad bowl toss together lettuces, onion, crab, dill and dressing until combined. Top with some extra dill and serve immediately.
