COCO POPS TRUFFLES

INGREDIENTS
200 gr. dark chocolate chips
375 gr. chocolate rice cereal (like Kellogg's coco pops)

HOW TO MAKE
Lay a large baking sheet with wax paper.

Melt carefully in double boiler or microwave the chocolate. Stir gently so as to have a smooth mixture and let aside to come to room temperature. Add the cereal and mix well.

With a small spoon take small doses of the mixture and with the help of a second spoon gently let on to the wax paper (form small rocks). Let the small "rocks" aside to cool completely and harden.

Then place them in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
