CHOCOLATE, CARAMEL & COCONUT BARS

4-6 servings
Preparation: 15 minutes - Baking: 40 minutes

INGREDIENTS
50 gr. butter
100 gr. digestives biscuits, grounded into powder
150 gr. dark chocolate flakes
70 gr. shredded coconut
150 gr. chopped walnuts (in the food processor)
1 can (397 g.) condensed milk

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180oC. Melt the butter and pour it over the grounded biscuits. Stir to have all the biscuits wet evenly.

Cover a square pan (20X20 cm) with wax paper. Spread the biscuit mixture and flatten with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with the chocolate flakes, coconut and chopped walnuts . Drizzle the surface with condensed milk (do not stir).

Bake for about 35-40 minutes. Remove from our oven and let the bars cool before you cut into pieces.

Just a note
1. If you don't have any chocolate flakes, you can grate some chocolate barks instead.
2. We can add a layer of banana slices between chocolate and coconut.
