Introduction to Computational Cognitive Modelling Workshop
About the workshop
Our workshop is on the 23rd, 24th, 25th of April from 13:00 - 17:00 in 534, Malet St. We are Christopher Brand and Olivia Guest, both final year Ph.D. students in the CCCM at Birkbeck College.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the starting time to ensure you have a place, as we are functioning on a first-come-first-served basis.
The first day will be an introduction to Python, the second day will be an introduction to modelling using artificial neural networks, and the third day will be an introduction to Bayesian modelling. The first part is required for the second two.
Please remember to bring your laptop. Without it there will not be enough computers for everybody. Also, we want you to leave with a fully working installation of Python and related libraries so you can continue programming and learning on your own.
