Our Investment
An investment not exceeding £6000 per bed space will be offered towards conversion.
    Electrics,Gas, Fire equip, Asbestos + water surveys.
Furnishing allowance of £1500 per Bed space.
        Bed, mattress, wardrobe,chest of draws, bedside cabinet, curtains,carpet etc.
Communal Areas £1000
        Sofa, tv, table and chairs.
Kitchen white goods £1500.
        Cooker, Fridge freezer, Wash/Dryer, 

The Numbers. (based on Sawston Cambridge)
CPG will pay the equivalent of  Social housing rental value  (approx £120 Week) as a lease payment or £6240 Annual.

The market rental is £900 to £1200pcm  (£10 -£14,000 Annual)

We ask you to consider the full package of investment into your property of approx £30k over 5 years the investment and income this reflects a true annual payment of £12,240.
