02. October 2014

September 15th 2014

Dear International Club Member,

In September, we had the pleasure of having his Excellency Mohamed Tawfik, Ambassador of Egypt speak. Ambassador Tawfik discussed with great skill and clarity the underlying themes that driven Egyptian politics over the past century.

On Wednesday, October 1st we will welcome his Excellency Rachad Bouhlal, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco, who will be able to give us his perspective on the complex issues challenging the Maghreb and the Middle East. Ambassador Bouhlal is a mathematician and economist by training and has previously served in diverse economic roles and as Ambassador to various European countries.

We will be meeting at the Doubletree Hotel, 210 Holiday Court in Annapolis. Our monthly events begin with a cocktail hour at 6:00 pm; dinner at 7:00 pm and our speaker will begin at 8:00 pm. The meetings are generally over by 9:00 pm.

Please send in your reservations early with a check for the appropriate amount. All reservations are made on a first received, best seating basis.
