Inside Out Cheese-Steak
Serves 8 (Four people for two nights)
I Recommend Serving this with Yams (Sweet Potatoes)

2 Lb. Steak
8 Soft Hoagie Rolls (The kind you have your 6-Inch subs on)

2 White Onions
16 Oz. Sliced Provolone Cheese
2 Sweet Bell Peppers (If possible get different colors)
32 Oz. Mushrooms (Any Kind)

Ground Pepper (To Taste)
Salt (To Taste Yet Again)
Whatever you need for your side dish (Yet again, I recommend Yams)
1. Chop the onions, mushrooms, and  peppers coarsley (Chunky)

2. Saute all the vegetables in a skillet until desired doneness, set them aside in a bowl
3. Cook the shaved steak in the same skillet until done, set that aside too
4. Place the provolone cheese strips on the hoagie rolls like shown in the photo
5. Cook the rolls until you think they are done, cheese should bubble
6. Assemble your sandwiches, steak first
7. Enjoy your delicious sandwiches
