Welcome Jordan Langue - INRSC's 2019 Pool Manager

posted Feb 27, 2019, 11:28 AM by Jack Rowley

After 6 years of hard work and dedication to make our pool safe and fun for our families, Mr. Mura has decided to hang up his whistle.

While the pool won't be the same without him, we are pleased to announce that Jordan Langue has accepted the position of pool manager. Jordan is a teacher at North Allegheny Senior High School and the Chair of the Business, Computers and Information Technology Department. He has been a swim coach with ANSC and the North Allegheny High School Tigers since 2015. Jordan has previously worked as the manager or assistant manager at Community Swim Club (O’Hara Township), Wildwood Golf Club (Allison Park), and Pittsburgh Field Club (Fox Chapel). In addition Jordan previously managed INRSC during the summer of 2011 before moving to Hershey for a teaching position!

Mirra Gavran

posted Apr 4, 2018, 7:06 AM by Jack Rowley   [ updated Apr 4, 2018, 7:22 AM ]

Our neighborhood pool community is saddened by the loss of one of its most active members. Mirra Gavran died on Easter Sunday. Here is a link to her obituary.

Mirra threw her heart into making every INRSC event both welcoming and memorable. She put in countless hours to turn our neighborhood pool into "The best backyard ever" and was the personification of what it means to love your neighbor.

Mirra closed her emails with this Bible passage:

“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace."

INRSC Membership Information Packet

posted Mar 28, 2017, 6:48 AM by Jack Rowley   [ updated Feb 27, 2019, 11:40 AM ]

Ready to join us?  The attached packet is what you need to get there. Take a look so you can be ready for Opening Day.
What you will find in this packet:
  • Welcome letter and highlights of changes and new information.
  • Reminders and Special Events. (p. 2)
  • Membership levels and definitions. (p. 3)
  • Membership Information Form. (p. 4 – to be filled out and submitted with your payment.)
In addition to all the fun we had last year, we have even more this year.  One thing we will be adding is something special for the adults in our pool community. Adult Swim is that date-night, evening out that lets you get away from the hustle and bustle of home and work to sit and relax by the pool with food, drinks, and a little fun. And that’s just the beginning…oh the plans we have for you and yours…just wait and see!!!
One of the best attributes about our pool is the opportunity for us to be active and socialize with friends and neighbors in a safe, comfortable environment. But we need your help to do that. Please consider volunteering.  Even a few hours of time over the summer can really make all the difference. Additionally, the Board is always looking for new members to help manage the pool.
Because of all our wonderful members last year, we were at capacity!!! So this year, if you’re coming back, we want you to get in with no problem.  Guests and Sponsored Memberships are on a first-come, first-served basis. So send your application and payment ASAP.
If you have any questions about this packet, membership, or suggestions for our summer home away from home, please feel free to contact .
We are so excited to see you again very soon! Thank you for your support.  See you at the pool!

Congratulations to former INRSC Swim Team Coach Casey Melzer

The INRSC POOL BOARD is seeking new members! If you or someone you know is interested in serving on the board, please let us know. We are also looking for volunteers in other capacities: Volunteer your time to help the pool and earn future guest passes. What can you do? What talents do you have? Consider donating your time and expertise to the pool. Please respond to this email if you have any volunteer ideas to share.

We love our pool, and we love our membership. It is the heart of our neighborhood; and what makes living in Ingomar North so special.

THANKS for being a part of it. Email us for more information.
