Preparing the Camera ready Paper

Springer needs all source files (including figures) for the preparation of the proceedings. Please create a ZIP File according to the instruction below and submit that ZIP file via EasyChair (click “upload a new version”). The submission deadline is 15 September 19 September 2014. For any questions, please contact the publication chair (Peter David Shannon innsciis2014@itb.edu.bn).

Please ensure your document complies to the following criteria:
  • Use full names of authors, without academic titles.
  • All figures must be readable in B&W (they are printed in B&W).
  • Make sure your paper is in the Springer format. Use the Springer LNCS style, you can find LaTeX and Word templates at the Springer website (see author guidelines, latex and word template at the bottom of this page). Please ensure that the reference section is formatted according to Springer format (you can see examples in the author guidelines).
  • Make sure the name and e-mail address of the contact author in EasyChair is correct. This person will receive the proof of the paper. You will be contacted by Springer to get your approval for the final papers.
  • The page limit is 8-10 pages (minimum 8 pages, maximum 10 pages).
Create a local directory with your paper id (e.g. "001") and place the following files in this directory:

    • LaTeX users: create a subdirectory/subfolder "src" and add all your source files (tex, bib, images, etc.) into "src".
  3. Completed consent to publish form with scanned signature (renamed this file as "consent001.pdf" that follows your paper id). Please make sure you use the consent to publish form that edited with name of Conference and Editors. The form can be downloaded at the bottom of this page. Also, please take note that Springer does not accept digital signatures hence the copyright form should be printed out, signed in ink, then scan it to convert it back to a digital format.
