Frontconcept Software Inc. (hereafter referred to as FCI) has committed to the privacy of the users of our mobile applications and services.

What this Privacy Policy Covers

    *  This privacy policy covers FCI's treatment of personally identifiable information stored in your mobile devices which access FCI's applications/services.
    * This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of companies or applications or persons that FCI does not own or control or employ.

FCI's products or service may need certain personal information. Where required, this information may include:

    * information stored in your mobile devices such as, but not limited to, contact information, address book, call logs, text messages, email and social networking account information
    * information provided by third party companies that provide services to you such as, but not limited to, email and social networking contents.

    By accessing the products or services of FCI, you voluntarily grant us accesses to the required personal information, and use of the information in accordance with this privacy policy.
Access and Use of Non-Personal Information
FCI may use non-personal information on your devices to customize our products and service for you.
   
Third Party Companies

FCI may allow third party companies to present advertisements on some of our products.
Third party companies are bound to their own privacy policies, and FCI assumes no responsibility or liability for their usage.
Collection of Information
FCI will only collect contact information, and device configuration when you request customer support.  All other information collected by FCI's products and services will be only stored locally in your devices.
  
Information Sharing and Disclosure

FCI may disclose your contact information, and device configuration to third parties who work on behalf of FCI to provide customer support services requested by you.
We will share personal information for these purposes only with third parties whose privacy policies are consistent with ours or who agree to abide by our policies with respect to personal information

    * We have your express consent to share the information for a specified purpose;

Security

No data transmission over the Internet can be considered 100% secure.  However, FCI uses industry-standard encryption to protect data transmissions when applicable.
When you are presented with multiple options, it is your responsibility to choose the most secure transmission option. FCI assumes no responsibility or liability for the consequence of your choice.

No data stored in a device can be considered 100% secure from unauthorized access. FCI will only encrypt collected passwords in your device, it your responsibility to protect your devices from unauthorized access, and malicious software.  FCI assume assumes no responsibility or liability for the consequence of any security breach on your devices.

FCI retains your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes identified above or as required by law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy

FCI may at any time, without notice to you and in its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time.  Please review this policy periodically. Your continued use of FCI's products or services after any such amendments signifies your acceptance thereof.
